Abstract

Database auditing has become a very important aspect of security as organizations today use database management systems (DBMS) as the main asset that stores, maintains and monitors sensitive information. Using the Computer-Assisted Audit Technique (CAAT) technique can make it easier for auditors to complete the audit. This study aims to build an automatic tool for conducting database audits in the category of log on / off audit, database usage audit, database usage outside operating hour audit, and security attribute audit (privileges, user / login, and password changes. The resulting audit in this study begins with creating an audit environment, logging and then producing an audit report. Creating triggers and logs are the steps in obtaining data for the audit process. The resulting reports include suspicious access, inactive users, access outside of operational hours, and Inactive users are accompanied by recommendations that can be used by the auditor when conducting the audit.

Abstract

Hospital institutions are reflected in the enactment of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. Article 18 of the Hospital Law divides the types of services and their management, the management of which is Public Hospital and Private Hospital. Public hospitals are managed by the government, local governments are non-profit. A private hospital in the form of a limited liability company is profit-oriented. This model actually refers to the behavior of companies that maximize profits. The form of Hospital by Laws can be Hospital Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Decrees, Assignments, Announcements, Notifications and Agreements (MOU). The arrangement is in line with Law Number 23 of 1992 concerning Health and its derivatives. How do public services against the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic have an impact on daily life, which includes public services in the health sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze how hospital management with the concept of a profit-oriented business institution does not deviate from the concept of hospital social functions; and how can a hospital with a business model model provide good and affordable services to all levels of society, during the covid-19 pandemic? The method uses a normative juridical approach to the study of secondary data in the form of laws and regulations, research results, and articles. Data analysis was carried out in a juridical qualitative way. The results of the study, an important goal in hospital change is to increase efficiency and guarantee for the poor to get hospital services, so that changes will be measured by economic indicators and other indicators including the social function of hospitals. Covid-19 referral hospital services continue to serve Covid-19 patients, according to the strategy of the central and regional governments, the hospitals are selected based on the region.

Abstract

In order to achieve sustainability, organizations are starting to pay attention not only to financial issues, but also social and environmental issues. Then, recently, sustainability accounting or social-environmental accounting has emerged in order to convey information on financial, social and environmental responsibility for business sustainability. Various studies are still limited to the use of this information by external stakeholders (investors), this study uses internal parties, particularly managers, whether to consider social and environmental information in their decision making. In an attempt to fill the gap in social environmental accounting literature, this study explores the managers in nonprofit companies, particularly non-government-organization who claim to be social entrepreneurs. This research is bridged by stakeholder theory, with the hypothesis that internal parties (social entrepreneurship managers) consider social and environmental information in their decision making.

Abstract

Water is an important component for living on Earth, the presence of fresh water on land makes humans think long term to anticipate the worst possibility in the future, drought. Freshwater currently available has several uses, such as for toilets and kitchen needs, specifically for kitchen needs, the water consumed must be processed, so that the microorganisms contained in the water die, so that they are not dangerous when consumed. One of the steps for treating raw freshwater is so that the consumption screen can do it in one way, filtering. In most water depots currently using this method, the process includes water from a holding tank at the pump and then temporarily stored in a settling tank that has been pressurized O3 (Ozone), then the water enters a filtering tank containing a filter to prevent foreign substances from entering carried away by water, the last water will flow through an ultraviolet light filter to kill microorganisms and in the final stage, the water is ready for consumption. The use of water flow sensors and Arduino microcontrollers at this water depot is to control the use of water per gallon, thereby reducing wasted water when the gallon is slightly tilted.
