Abstract

Problems in achieving teaching and learning success are often caused by the application of learning strategies that are not appropriate and seem monotonous and even boring. One of the reasons is rooted in the conventional educational paradigm which always uses classical teaching methods and lectures. Therefore, a more interactive and interesting learning support media is needed. One example is making learning support media using Augmented Reality (AR) based educational games. AR is a combination of real and virtual objects in a real environment, running interactively in real time, and there is integration in the real world. With this educational game, it can help teachers and parents as early childhood teachers to present media or learning environments that are more effective and interactive.

Abstract

The internet makes it easy for all people, especially young people, to communicate. With the advancement of internet and cell phone technology, social media is also growing rapidly. Young people in the modern era are proficient in managing and using computer technology in using the Internet. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods related to Moral Values, Youth and the Internet. The results of the study explain that the modern era can be said to be an era where there is a lot of development, be it cultural developments, educational developments and technology. So it is a pity if the use of the internet actually makes the younger generation have no moral values in themselves. Therefore, so that young people always use moral values in using the internet, there are several things that can be considered and applied, namely, instilling religious values, increasing awareness of young people, and the role of increasing discipline.

Abstract

This study discusses the opportunities, challenges, strengths and weaknesses of furniture SMEs in Lamongan Regency. The results of the Assessment will be used as a basis for developing an internationalization improvement strategy. The analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis and external internal matrix. The results showed that furniture SMEs in Lamongan Regency had strengths and good opportunities in improving their international performance. Based on the existing environment, these SMEs are in a determined position (carefully). Therefore, a suitable business strategy to be developed is a product development strategy by focusing on developing product diversification, differentiating, branding of products, maximizing cooperation in shipping goods, and increasing the number of alternative suppliers, in order to improve international quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how work environment, discipline, and performance affect employee performance at PT.Mitra bisnis keluarga ventura. A sample of 30 respondents was used in the procedure. Quantitative data in the form of basic information was acquired by distributing questionnaires to PT.Mitra bisnis keluarga ventura staff on duty. The SmartPLS 3 application is used to process the data. The outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing are the equation models studied. The results showed that the work environment and work performance proved to have a good impact on staff performance, while work discipline did not affect staff performance.

Abstract

Procurement of this research is intended to explore the development and use of AndroidBased Mobile Learning Media in accounting compartments for class XI accounting in SMK Negri 10 Surabaya. The method of this research is research and development through 4D development methods consisting of four levels: definition, design, development, and dissemination. The equipment used is an extra review sheet, expert verification leaves, and student questionnaire. The final result of the expert verification of the document is 89%. On average, all achieved verification results were 86.46% of the "very executable" category. As a result of a limited survey of student responses to mobile learning media, the average overall percentage of the "very understanding" category was 96.83%. From these results, can conclude that the developed Android-based mobile learning media is "very suitable" to use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the leadership role of the principal in shaping and building student character, (2) the implementation of character education in Madrasah Aliyah Badridduja, Kraksaan, Probolinggo, East Java, (3) the importance of character education in the modernization era. qualitative descriptive research. Data was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done by: checking the data against information from interviews with observations and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of character education at Madrasah Aliyah Badridduja was carried out through: character education planning, character education implementation, character education assessment. The implementation of character education at Madrasah Aliyah Badridduja is carried out through synergy through the integration of character education with intracurricular and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Public service is a strategic point in the development of good governance. One of the tasks of the government is the service of making identity cards (KTP) and in its implementation it is closely related to the rights of every Indonesian citizen. As stated by Masrin, one of the general tasks of government is the population administration system, which in its implementation is closely related to civil rights or civil rights of the population. This research is descriptive analytical research, namely research that conveys an overview of the existing facts supported by applicable and applied provisions. The method used is the Normative Juridical Approach Method, namely the Legal Research Method of Library/Secondary Data. In this study using a qualitative method which aims that the existing data is then analyzed qualitatively based on the existing statutory regulations as Positive Legal Norms so that it does not use numbers or formulas and statistics. Gradually improving the population administration management system is always being improved, in order to avoid deviations in which the government has implemented a method, namely the Population Administration Information System (SIAK), the implementation of the Population Administration System (SIAK) which requires a National Population Identification Number (NIK) nationally, with the issuance of a National Population Registration Number. Each person's National Identity Number (NIK) will not be the same until the holder of the Population Identification Number (NIK) dies. It is hoped that the Population and Civil Registry Office will continue to improve and optimize evenly and overall, related to the communication system carried out, human resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure so that the administration of population administration can be more effective and equitable at various levels of society in the future.

Abstract

The study aims to comprehend the process of restitution paid more tax on the value added tax at PT Tunas Baru Abadi Kupang and PT Rotendo Permai by implementing the process of tax documents. The study is a comparative descriptive study, in which it describes the comparative process of restitution over taxes for both companies' increased value increases. The data sources used in this study are the primary and secondary data collection techniques that include documentation and interviews. Research shows PT Rotendo Permai in implementing restitution there was neither a correction nor a finding at the time of inspection of the tax document by the inspection team of KPP Pratama Kupang. The reduction of restitution pays more than the 2018 value-added tax received in accordance with the one submitted on a December tax.

Abstract

Technology helps every job and solves problems quickly and efficiently. BPJS Employment Bogor is one of the companies that uses technology to support every work activity. BPJS Employment is a public program that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks and its implementation uses a social insurance mechanism. The research method used by the author is the waterfall model research method, which is often called the linear sequential model or classic life flow. The waterfall model provides a systematic as well as sequential approach to software development, starting with the specification of user requirements and then continuing through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, and handing over the system to customers / users. The recording of borrowing and retrieval of goods, and stock of goods at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor still uses a ledger, making it possible for data errors, inaccurate data, and data loss to occur.
