Abstract

The era of disruption is marked by the presence of various innovations, technologies, platforms, and new business models. This era opens up opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) to grow. Initial observations that aimed at Toba MSME actors show that the use of digitalization for marketing is still very low. This prompted to conduct the research with purpose to find out the possibility of how the implementation of MBKM can help accelerate the digitization of Toba MSMEs. The data collection method was carried out by surveying students, lecturers and staff as interested parties in MBKM, and continued with Focus Group Discussions with Toba MSME actors. Through this study, an evaluation of the digital capabilities and implementation of e-marketing of Toba MSME actors was carried out in order to produce further recommendations and obtaining the results in the form of an overview of Toba MSME digital capabilities based on aspects of ‘digital innovation, digital technology, digital orientation, digital capability, and marketing capability’. From this research we found that the most common obstacles faced by Toba MSME actors are the limited digital literacy of MSME actors, limited capital, lack of understanding of marketing concepts and practices, and limited number of human resources. These limitations are very likely to be resolved with the MBKM program so that the acceleration of the Toba MSME digital transformation can be carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Wage Levels and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The effect that we want to know is whether there is an effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses a sample of 62 respondents who work as employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses quantitative research with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.00 application. The results of hypothesis testing use multiple linear regression analysis with one equation that makes Y the dependent variable and the conclusion shows that H1 is accepted, that is, there is a positive influence between the Wage Level variables (X1) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This means that H1 in this study is accepted because there is a positive influence between the Wage Level variable (X1) on the Employee Performance Variable (Y) on the employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. H2 is also accepted, namely there is a positive influence between the variable job satisfaction (X2) on the employee performance variable (Y). This means that H2 in this study is accepted because there is a positive influence between the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) on the Employee Performance Variable (Y) on the employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. And H3 in this study is also accepted, which shows that the Wage Level (X1) and the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y). This means that H3 in this study is accepted because the Wage Level (X1) and the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) on employees of PT. Abstract

Creation arranging models in the assembling business are expected to limit creation costs. An organization can be said to enjoy a cutthroat benefit assuming it has a full grown creation plan so the organization can offer items or administrations to clients with the equivalent or better caliber, however at a lower cost than its rivals, so to turn into an unrivaled organization, it should be considered in arrangement of creation arranging and things that should be considered are creation advancement so the most minimal expense level can be accomplished for the execution of the creation interaction itself. Consecutive creation arranging streamlining model in maintainable assembling industry can tackle the issue of coordinated successive creation wanting to limit the absolute costs brought about in the creation interaction. The successive creation arranging model is demonstrated to have the option to limit the absolute expense of creation and the creation cycle can be done consecutively as per the progression of exercises so the satisfaction of purchaser request is satisfied in the briefest conceivable time, so the all out creation cost is least.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of capital structure ownership structure and investment opportunities directly or indirectly on firm value mediated by dividend policy. This study uses an explanatory approach. The population in this study were companies listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2013 to 2017 which amounted to 361 companies, and a sample of 42 companies. The data analysis used for hypothesis testing is the structure equation modeling (SEM) technique through the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Ownership structure and investment opportunities directly have a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy, while their effect on firm value shows that ownership structure has a negative effect and investment opportunities have a positive effect. (2) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy and firm value. (3) The dividend policy directly has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (4) The indirect effect through dividend policy as a mediating variable shows that ownership structure and investment opportunities have a positive but not significant effect on firm value through dividend policy, while capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy. The findings of this study are the higher the ratio of ownership of the capital structure, and investment opportunities will tend to increase the ratio of dividend policy and firm value. However, there is a need for an increase in dividend policy because the role of dividend policy in Indonesian Sharia Stocks is still not strong in mediating institutional ownership structure and investment opportunities towards increasing firm value.
