Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago country located at a meeting of three tectonic plates so that Indonesia has the potential to experience an earthquake. As a result of the earthquake many buildings are damaged building structures. When an earthquake happens, the building is expected to be able to accept a certain level of earthquake force without significant damage to the structure or if the collapsing structures must be able to give non-linear behavior in the postelasticconditions so that the building's safety level against earthquake and safety of the occupants is more secure. The Pusdiklat PPATK boarding house, Depok is a building which in its development planning is expected to be able to accept the earthquake force and behave non-linearly. But this dormitory building does not yet have data on building resistance to earthquake forces. Therefore it is necessary to analyze this building by using one method of building strength analysis to earthquake forces that is pushover method. This analysis is done using SAP2000 program. The conclusion of the analysis shows that the greater the force (base force) given the greater the displacement that occurs in the building. The maximum earthquake load that the building can accept is 730,383 kN. Based on the ATC-40 performance limit the building is at the level of IO, indicating that the building is safe to use during an earthquake.

Abstract

The study area was conducted in one of the Public Vehicle Terminals located in Depok (Margonda). The area of Public Vehicle Terminal located in Depok city is not only the center of the area where the temporary stops of public transportation to raise and lower the passengers, there is also a shopping center which causes pedestrian lane always crowded by pedestrians. Therefore, the research aimed to increase the knowledge and understanding about the comfort of a pedestrian path infrastructure, as well as to know the variable values of pedestrian characteristics, the relation of speed variables with the density, and the level of service of the pedestrian facility. Thus can be known the development function of the pedestrian facility. And the method used in the research refers to Regulation of Minister o f Public Work No. 03/PRT/M/2014. The data obtained from the observation are: the number of pedestrians, pedestrian travel time, and visual observation in the field. Data is processed into pedestrian characteristic variables such as: current, speed, density , and space. To obtain the relationship between speed variables and density variables according to Greenberg method, as well as the value form of capacity and service level of pedestrian facilities in Depok City Public Vehicle Terminal Area. And the improvement of pedestrian facilities can be maintained in the Depok City Public Vehicle Terminal Area. In accordance with the guidelines referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 03/PRT/M/2014.

Abstract

Increased population growth is accompanied by an increase in the volume of traffic. These conditions must be supported by good pavement quality. Bending hardening is the most preferred pavement on highway pavement structures. A common way to increase asphalt quality to repair damage is by adding additives, one of them is plastic. This research tries to use additives in the form of High Density Poly Ethylene plastic seed which is expected to add stability value and even able to overcome the weakness of asphalt pavement asphalt pavement layer against damage. This study used an experimental method to obtain a comparison result between normal asphalt mixture and HDPE-asphalt plastics, it will be seen that the utilization of HDPE plastic seed will influence the characteristics of concrete asphalt mixture with variation of plastic addition of 3% and 6% calculated from the asphalt weight of the plan. From the analysis of normal asphalt mixture and asphalt mixture of HDPE 3% and 6% asphalt found the optimum asphalt content (KAO) that test results obtained values of mixed characteristic parameters for the normal mixture of VIM (4.46%), VMA (16.42%), VFB (72.78%), Stability (1155 Kg), Flow (3.56 Mm), MQ (325 Kg / mm); HDPE plastic meet the specification of Bina Marga 2010 revision III that is 5.9%, 5% and 5.8%. From the analysis process of Marshall asphalt mixture 3% VIM (3.98%), VMA (14.67%), VFB (72.88%), Stability (1417 Kg), Flow (3.49 mm), MQ (406 Kg / mm ) And HDPE 6% mixture of HDPE 6% VIM (3.71%), VMA (15.60%), VFB (76.28%), Stability (1408 Kg), Flow (3.71 mm), MQ (379, 60 Kg / mm). Overall on the stability value with the added 3% and 6% HDPE plastic content, the stability value of the normal asphalt value increases.

Abstract

The growing population of the city of Jakarta to make the movement of people in it. The provision of public transport is indispensable for anticipating congestion will occur. This research aims to determine whether the performance of Transjakarta is in compliance with government rules. When the performance of Transjakarta already in the know results can be communicated to the Government of Jakarta to take a policy so that the performance of Transjakarta growing in his Ministry. This research was conducted in several important stages, include: determining the formulation of the problem, get the collected data the author by way of direct observation survey, then the data obtained were analyzed using the method descriptive and inductive methods, from there we can get the value of the performance of Transjakarta Corridor VI a. The study focused only on one corridor, the VI corridor Ragunan – Monas (Via Kuningan). Observations were then made in Seven days: Monday - Sunday to represent workdays and days off, with each observation day spanning from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. According to 100 respondents are analyzed, quality service that satisfies all of the dimensions Tangibles 0.68, Assurance 0.45, Responsiveness 0.50, Reliability 0.66, Emphaty 0.54 have a level of satisfaction performance measurement value Transjakarta by category are very satisfied with the value of all the dimensions of 0.57. Analysis based on the questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents.

Abstract

Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture which has a higher porosity value compared to other asphalt mixtures. The function of the high porosity value is to pass the water that goes through the pores of the mixture. This research is done with the aim to analyze 60/70-penetration asphalt performance that modified with low-density polyethylene plastic mix and JAP-57 polymer asphalt in porous asphalt mixture. This research is done by conducting the manufacture of test specimens in accordance with the variation of asphalt content plan among others 4%, 4,5%, 5%, 5,5% ,6% and added 3%, 5%, 7% plastics of total asphalt requirement. The resulting test objects will be subsequently performed Marshall testing to get the parameters of void in mix (VIM), stability, flow and marshall quotient, which will be analyzed according to the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association specification. From the results of the research, obtained the optimum asphalt content (OAC) in each mixture. And from the optimum asphalt content known that the marshall parameter that meets the specification is on JAP-57 porous asphalt mixture with optimum asphalt content of 4,4%. With the value of void in mix (VIM) 18,85%, stability value 539,10 Kg, Flow 2,86 mm and marshall quotient 188,30 Kg/mm.

Abstract

In construction of each project requires resources in its completion. They are workers, costs, tools, methods, and materials. The process for achieving project purpose, have defined the boundary called triple constraints, are budget allocated, schedule, and quality. From these (triple constraint) in the project, productivity of labors are one of an important thing that give an effect in time project performance. This research is to analyze the effect of labor productivity in time project performance at high rise building, especially in Jabodetabek area. The type of data for this research use primary data, and for data analysis technique use a simple linear regression with SPSs v.24 as a software. The result is labor productivity give the effect significantly in time project performance. In other words, if the labor productivity higher than the time to complete all activities will be shorter, and vice versa.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology is one of the strategies to improve the performance and competitiveness of enterprises in handling construction projects effectively and efficiently. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an information system that processes input into information in the form of building modeling as a tool in the decision making process in each stage of the construction project. BIM in construction projects face many obstacles as a result the benefits of its application has not optimal. There is a lack of prior research about analysis of the obstacle factors in the adoption of BIM in construction projects in Indonesia. This study aims to provide information factors and the main obstacle factors the application of BIM in construction projects that benefit the company in improving its application in construction projects. This study was conducted using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and factor analysis. Data collection techniques by using questionnaires and interviews. The quesioners were distributed to the respondents, the BIM user in construction projects as much as of 40 respondents. The results show that main obstacle factor the application of BIM in construction projects is the lack of participation of management in providing the motivation, training, and supervision as targeted by the company.

Abstract

Water is a basic requirement that is needed by living things. Water is also need in every household, agricultural, economic, and industrial. A common problem that we faced today is the consumption of water continues to increase in line with population growth, while diminishing water resources in terms of quality and quantity. To calculate the water needs, a study be required on population projections and projected water requirements in the future. In this study, the calculation of the water demand consist of calculation of domestic water needs (household), calculation of non-domestic water needs (municipal), and calculation of industrial water needs. The projection method used in this study is Mathematical Logistic Curve Method. Based on calculations that have been done, population of Tasikmalaya in 2025 are 668,281 peoples, water demand of Tasikmalaya in 2025 is 2,100 liters/sec, and the water avaibility of Tasikmalaya in 2025 is 944.18 liters/sec. Avaibility less than requirement, so there is a water deficit 1,155.82 liters/sec.

Abstract

Needs for air transportation cause traffic congestion in air generally perceived as consumers / passenger service users .Often there was an accident in flight , offense an airspace conducted by aircraft that makes passengers not safe. Therefore, it requires a watchtower air traffic or Air Traffic Control (ATC). On ATC Tower case which is a 9 stories building, the lateral retaining structural systems that can be used are shear wall system and without shear wall system. The analysis was performed to get structure behavior differences between two building models and better lateral retaining system for ATC Tower based on its structural behavior. The values of the analysis results shown that the two models are equally good and acceptable based on its torque, shear force, period of vibration, story drift and displacement. However, for ATC Tower case, the structural behavior is better when using shear wall or on 1st modeling because of its smaller moment, shear forces, and displacement.

Abstract

The crossing bridge at Pasar Minggu is the link between the train station and the shopping center opposite. The reconstruction of the collapsed bridge starts with problem identification and research, then chooses the most appropriate method to use in the reconstruction process, and calculates the cost for the reconstruction of the bridge. From the research results it can be seen that the bridge is reconstructed by retrofitting method where the existing bridge structure is reinforced by the method of scaffolding and launching, so that the bridge is again become feasible to be used, and the cost required to reconstruct the bridge is Rp 1.213.239.230.
