Abstract

Indonesia is an area prone to earthquakes. Earthquakes caused by the movement of the earth's plates are the biggest cause of earthquakes that will cause damage to the building structure. Earthquakes occurring in Indonesia often cost lives. However, it is certain that the cause of the loss of life is not directly caused by the earthquake, but caused by the destruction of the building that caused the collapse in the building.The purpose of writing the final task is to determine the performance criteria of the university building's seismic performance from the performance point value using the ATC-40 code, showing the melamine scheme (plastic joint distribution) occurring from the calculation of the software program, knowing the collapse pattern of the building so it can be known the joints Suffered damage and suffered destruction and compared the results of spectral response analysis with pushover analysis. From the results of the study, the structure of the building is able to provide nonlinear behavior indicated by the initial phase and the majority of plastic joints occur in new beam elements and then column elements. The performance level of the structure enters the criterion of Immediate Occupancy which means that minor structural and building damage can be reused immediately.

Abstract

With so many occurrences of the earthquake in Indonesia, then a lot of the developed analysis- analysis of the earthquake to the structure. Earthquake analysis is divided into two equivalent static earthquake analysis and the analysis of earthquake dynamics. Analysis of dynamical earthquake used to know the performance of high-floor building structures on the lot, irregular, and buildings that require precision. As for the purpose of this research is to analyze the structure dynamical response analysis with a spectrum that is reviewed based on displacement, and drift. In this thesis, the would have discussed building a multilevel structure analysis process shaped Letter L 7-storey method using response spectrum, then analyze his behavior against the burden of life, death and the response spectrum. Reference design using the standard 03-1726-2012 SNI and ATC-40. Conclusion of this research is the result of control performance limits of layan direction X 0, 00403m, and direction Y 0.00400 m already qualified the performance limits of layan .

Abstract

Diagrid also known as diagonalized grid structure have emerged as one of the most innovative and adaptable approaches and have evolved to the point of making its use non-exclusive to tall buildings. The advantage of this system thus even outweight the disadvantages which are specifically the complexity in design, joint connection construction and the high cost of the structure. Therefore studies related to a structure of this kind which has a huge scope in the future are highly desirable. Analysis using linear dynamics of various structures has been carried out in ETABS using the spectrum response method. The analysis results in term of the top storey displacement, inter-storey drift and time period have been compared to understand the diagrid structure system. The first comparison between diagrid and conventional system has been analysed to illustrate the superiorty of the diagrid system. This comparison illustrate the importance of diagrid in reducing various lateral load parameter such as top storey displacement, inter-storey displacement and time period. The value of the top storey displacement for conventional systems in the direction of x dan y is 34,2% and 30.9% higher than the diagrid system. Both system comparison are hybridized with and without shear wall cores. From the results of the shear wall core effect in the diagrid system, it was observed that the shear wall core improved the performance of the diagrid structure. Lateral top storey displacement decreases from 48.2 mm to 43.5 mm so it is reduced by 10%.

Abstract

One of the commercial areas in Pangkalpinang City is located in Pangkalpinang Plaza - Bangka Trade Center Area. As a commercial area, this area generates a large number of trips. Trip attractions towards this area are not only vehicle trips but also trips of the pedestrians. The trips of pedestrians in this area require pedestrian facilities. Evaluation of pedestrian facilities needs to be carried out to provide adequate pedestrian facilities. Pedestrian facilities can be evaluated based on walkability assessments. This study aims to evaluate the pedestrian facilities in Pangkalpinang Plaza - Bangka Trade Center Area through walkability index assessment. In measuring the walkability index, the pedestrian routes in this area are divided into 16 road segments. Then, the walkability index will be assessed using 9 parameters in each road segment. In this study, the walkability index assessment was carried out by comparing assessments based on the inventory of pedestrian facilities and based on perceptions of pedestrians. The results show that Pangkalpinang Plaza - Bangka Trade Center Area is in bad condition for walking. Besides that, this research reveals both based on an inventory of pedestrian facilities and based on pedestrian perceptions, that the disability infrastructure is not yet available. The results of this study also show that most of the parameters are not good enough, so it is necessary to improve pedestrian facilities. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used as a consideration of the government for improving pedestrian facilities in Pangkalpinang Plaza - Bangka Trade Center Area.

Abstract

Global warming has increased the frequency and intensity of extreme climate events such as drought. Mitigation to reduce the impact caused by drought needs to be done. However, information about land drought is still lacking at this time. Information about surface conditions is needed both in the form of numerical data and spatial data. Along with technological advances, a spatial information area can be done easily. Geographical information systems have a very good ability to visualize spatial data and its attributes. This study aims to map the distribution of drought indices in the Kampar River Basin (DAS) of Riau Province. It is hoped that this research can provide spatial information on the spread of drought indexes so that action can be taken to avoid or reduce the impact of such drought. There are two main analyzes conducted in this study, namely the analysis of the drought index using the KBDI method and the spatial analysis of the drought index of the KBDI method. Spatial analysis shows the results that the nature of drought at the study site is dominated by the nature of "Medium". The "High" drought began in June and ended in September with the largest "High" drought occurring in July and August. In the Kampar watershed there is no "Extreme" drought. Drought in the category of "Low" occurred in November and December.

Abstract

Information about low flow and water availability is one of the important factors in the management of water resources. The Rokan River Basin as one of the water resources in Riau Province is very important to know the condition of its water availability. One conceptual hydrological model for low flow analysis is the Tank Model developed by Sugawara. Data input needed in this research is daily rainfall data at Pasar Tangun Station, climatology data at Rambah Utama station and discharge data at AWLR Pasir Pengaraian. Model parameter search in the calibration stage is by trial and error. Using a 90% confidence interval a range of parameter values for the tank model is obtained, which is special for production store are surface flow 150.81 mm ≤ H1 ≤ 204.75 mm, intermediate flow 156.74 mm ≤ H2 ≤ 194.37 mm, sub base flow 141.24 mm ≤ H3 ≤ 176, 54 mm and base flow 139.43 mm ≤ H4 ≤ 176.12 mm.

Abstract

Water is one of living resource, because the water is an essential substance or constituent for human’s and other living life. There is no life on earth that may last without water. If the water supply is not enough for the needs of humans and other living beings, there will be conflicts between or among them. Due to the consideration, this research is aimed to analyze how much is the of water supply pottential based on dependable flow and how much is the demand of water in Kabupaten Manokwari. The water supply in Kabupaten Manokwari is meant to fulfill the water demand in this region quantitatively. This research is using analysis by the FJ. Mock methods. FJ. Mock mmethod uses rainfall-run off model by using rainfall data, potential evapotranspiration, and characteristics hydrology for predicting the number of river discharge by the monthly period. The result of this research is shows that annual dependable flow to the possibility of fulfilled 50% is equal to Q = 178.352 (m3/det) and discharge andalan 80% is Q = 152.405 (m3/det). The potential for water supply in Kabupaten Manokwari in 2018 is 398 570 549 m3 and the total water demand for use as many as 66.629.639 m3, kabupaten Manokwari having a surplus of raw water that could be used more.

Abstract

The existence of a bus station in the transportation network is very important, because it is a place of modal transfer. Kampung Rambutan bus station is a Type-A bus station that serves transportation of intercity interprovincial (AKAP) and intercity within DKI Jakarta (AKDP). Thus the performance of the terminal is very important in order to support the smooth running, safety and comfort of passengers in modal transfer. This study aims to determine the service quality of Kampung Rambutan bus station to user satisfaction, determine the existing performance based on Minimum Service Standards (SPM), and provide recommendations for improving the facilities of Kampung Rambutan bus station. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the users (passengers) and inventorying the existing condition of the bus station. Analysis using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and descriptive statistics. The analysis shows that there are several indicators become the main priority for improvement according to the users, namely facilities for disability users, delivery of bus departure and arrival information, safety and comfort.

Abstract

Pada stasiun manggarai telah melakukan perbaikan infrasturktur diantaranya adalah menambah gerbong kereta, menambah jumlah jadwal pemberangkatan kereta, menyediakan gerbong khusus wanita, menerbitkan e-ticketing, menambah petugas kereta, perluasan kawasan parkir, renovasi toilet dan mushola, penggusuran kios-kios untuk memperluas peron stasiun, serta perpanjangan peron stasiun . Dengan adanya perbaikan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan terbaik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan penumpang KRL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur pelayanan yang perlu dierbaiki pada Stasiun Manggarai berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang berisikan karakteristik responden dan Tingkat kepuasan dan harapan pengguna KRL, yang memuat pertanyaan mengenai Realibility (Keandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan), Emphaty (Empati), Tangibles. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh variabel yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam peningkatan kinerja pelayanan adalah Informasi gangguan kereta (60,81%) dan Tingkat keamanan di stasiun (67,67%). Variabel yang harus tetap dipertahankan kinerjanya adalah Ketepatan jadwal kereta (69,56%) serta Penampilan kerapihan para petugas.
