Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic education management science topics are particularly welcome to be submitted.

This research aims to know the influence of quality service toward the students’ satisfaction and loyalty at AMIKOM Yogyakarta University. Research method is Quantitative Associative. The research participants of this research were 454 students who were chosen by purposive sampling technique. This research used a questionnaire that contained 41 questions. The result of this research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of smartPLS v.3.2.8 program. The result of the analysis process showed: (1) Quality service had a significant and positive effect on the students’ satisfaction with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.566. T statistic was 12.737 and the p-value was 0.000. Self Development Opportunity Dimension was the dimension which had the biggest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, and internationalization dimension has the smallest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, (2) Quality service had a significant and positive effect toward the students’ loyalty with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.242, T statistic was 4.834 and the p-value was 0.000. Self Development Opportunity Dimension was the dimension which had the biggest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, and internationalization dimension has the smallest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, (3) The students’ satisfaction had significant and positive effect toward the students’ loyalty with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.,516. T statistic was 10.919 and p-value was 0.000, (4) Students’ satisfaction is partial mediation of the influence of quality service toward the students’ loyalty with total effect value was 0,534.

One way to increase student saturation in the learning process is through cooperative methods in Civics subjects, the purpose of this research is to improve Civics learning about globalization in the realm of affective and cognitive competencies. This research is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing or observing and reflecting. This research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah I Sukodadi Lamongan in fourth grade students consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students using research methods in the form of tests, observations, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that children's affective and cognitive abilities increased from cycle I to cycle II. This can be described as follows: Increasing the effectiveness of student learning outcomes in the use of cooperative methods in Civics learning increased from 70.66 to 79.00. Improved performance of students' attitudes and learning interest in the use of cooperative methods in Civics learning increased from 68.66 to 76.50. So it can be concluded that cooperative methods can improve students' affective and cognitive competencies.

The need for interactive and meaningful distance learning in English lessons is needed to improve students English skills including language skills and formative test-taking skills. This is done by the author through the use of interesting modules or for entertainment for students by utilizing narrative text material in the form of fables. The research method used is descriptive research on 32 students of class XI IPA 2 as a sample of research conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The results obtained in the form of observations of the achievement of English language skills including pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, understanding are included in the intermediate or intermediate category with an average score of 2, 05. In addition, the students' English skills were also seen from the learning outcomes test data where the percentage of success of students who scored above the KKM (75) was 87.5%, namely 28 students while those who scored below the KKM were 4 students. The conclusion of this study is the achievement of students' English skills after using the narrative text learning module in the form of fables is included in the medium or intermediate category/level 2+ and the percentage of success of formative tests above the KKM is 87.5%.

Learning during the current pandemic requires innovation so that students do not miss the material. One thing that teachers can do is develop e-modules. The purpose of the e-module is so that students can continue to study independently according to their respective speeds and abilities. Research method using the Borg and Gall model with 8 systematic steps. The results of the study show that the e-module can be used properly according to expert validation and students input.

Al-Qur'an as a holy book has an important role in the hearts of Muslims. A Muslim has an obligation to improve reading (Tahsin) and practice the messages contained. The Tahsin and Tahfidz learning programs which are currently widespread in schools and Islamic boarding schools foster a spirit of learning among the people. In particular, it motivates parents to send their children to schools that have tahfidz programs. with the hope that the Tahsin and Tahfidz programs have a positive influence on the growth and development of students. This study aims to identify how the implementation of the tahsin and tahfidz programs at SMA Darun Nasya with the hope of providing information on the internalization of character values. This type of research is field research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that there was a pattern of behavior change in students after participating in the tahsin and tahfidz learning programs.

Objective conditions that occur in schools, where teachers in carrying out teaching tasks without good planning certainly cannot create conducive learning conditions for improving the quality of student learning processes and outcomes. To improve such conditions, it can be done by carrying out teacher development through the implementation of academic supervision in the hope that teachers have the will to continuously improve their competency feasibility. The problems studied are (1) how is the model for fostering junior teachers in order to make a learning implementation plan oriented to active student learning, (2) how is the coaching model for junior teachers in order to implement a learning implementation plan oriented to active student learning, (3) whether the development of junior teachers through the implementation of academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to make lesson plans oriented to active learning models, and (4) whether the development of junior teachers through the implementation of academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to implement lesson plans that well made. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the development of junior teachers carried out through the implementation of academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to make learning implementation plans oriented to the active learning model, and (2) the development of junior teachers through the implementation of academic supervision. improve the ability of teachers to carry out learning based on a well-made lesson plan.

Motivation and self-management are very influential in improving achievement. Motivation can function as a driving force that triggers the implementation of things that are done and expected. Self-management also contributes to the formation of a good self in order to design the things to be achieved, so that they are scheduled and neatly arranged, and help the process of maintaining motivation itself. However, the reality that there is high learning motivation and good self-management is still far from student culture in Indonesia, both at the student and student level. This study aims to present the value of motivation and self-management concepts contained in the book awe inspiring me and how the effectiveness of the book awe inspiring me in increasing motivation and good self-management as an alternative to solving the problem of lack of motivation to learn and student achievement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach of library research plus field research with observation, interviews and documentation research instruments. The results obtained from the research are that the book awe inspires me is very motivational and presents a very good concept of self-management.

This study aims to find out about self-efficacy with student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is using qualitative research. Based on the object of study, this research is included in literature research or library research. Literature research is research that comes from libraries and other literacies that are in accordance with the phenomenal being studied. The results of this study show that self-efficacy and student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic influence each other. This can be shown by the ability of students who can do independent learning because it is influenced by their self-efficacy which can make the independent learning environment as comfortable as possible so that there is an encouragement of learning motivation that causes them to understand learning easily. This means that self-efficacy and student independence are mutually reinforcing in achieving the success of student learning independence in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.

Students who memorize the Qur'an in carrying out their duties on campus and in Islamic boarding schools simultaneously make students inconsistent with the process of memorizing the Qur'an. It takes motivation and self-concept to minimize procrastination by knowing self-image through experiences from interactions with the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of self-concept, motivation, procrastination in students who memorized the Qur'an and the relationship between self-concept and procrastination, motivation and procrastination, as well as self-concept and motivation with delays in memorizing students. The method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. The research sample amounted to 58 people. The scale used is CVR (Content Validity Ratio) and then analyzed using Pearson correlation calculations. The results showed a negative and significant relationship between self-concept and memorization procrastination. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.536 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The higher the self-concept of students, the lower the procrastination of memorizing students. While the results of the study between memorization motivation and memorization procrastination showed a positive correlation. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.461 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate no significant correlation between memorization motivation and memorization procrastination.

The formulation of this problem is: How to bring the character to life during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is: To find out and describe how to bring characters to life during the Covid-19 pandemict. This approach is an approach that focuses on research that is oriented to obtaining findings that cannot be obtained through a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used several data collection techniques, including; Observation is one of the data collection techniques that is carried out through systematic observations of phenomena in the field. Since the government announced the first case of the 2019 corona virus disease (covid 19) in March 2020 ago, Indonesia has been faced with a pandemic. Almost all sectors of life are affected, including the education sector. Even though this is the case, the school continues to implement and improve the roles of teachers in animate characters, some of the roles of teachers are: teachers as teachers as well as evaluators, teachers as controllers in learning, teachers make learning with various good methods, and teachers be a guide in learning.
