Abstract

Financial inclusion is widely regarded as a key towards reducing inequality. Providing a better access to finance helps to reduce poverty by granting more equal opportunity to grow. Therefore, to promote a more inclusive economic growth, G20 countries establish principles for innovative financial inclusion to share and promote together the development of inclusive finance. This study reviews previous both empirical and theoritical literatures to provide more evidences how the current body of literature has examined financial inclusion. Based on the previous literature, financial inclusion is determined not only by the lower cost but also distance to service, legal protection and political stability. Hence, providing wider range of services, a better legal protection and political stability is necessery particularly to promote more inclusive economic growth which is associated to financial inclusion. Abstract

In the insurance industry, the customer is the determinant of the success or failure of this business. Insurance advisors play an important role as a liaison between insurance companies and insurance seekers who will contribute to the prosperity of the organization. Customer-oriented insurance advisor will be able to achieve good sales performance. Various literatures say that value-based selling is an effective sales method. This is because the value will make it easier for customers to make a purchase decision. The main data of this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 100 insurance advisors. The responses received will be analyzed using the SEM AMOS 23 program. The results of this analysis will explain the causal relationship between the variables developed in this study. Hypothesis testing has proven that there is a positive relationship between customer orientation and value-based selling. Customer orientation can significantly increase value-based selling. Another hypothesis test proves that there is a positive and significant relationship between value-based selling and the performance of insurance advisors. It is concluded that customer-oriented insurance advisors will always create value-based selling methods so that they will have a positive impact on improving their performance.

Abstract

Objectives: this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation, leadership, and work environment on the performance of BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri employees in Yogyakarta. Method: The population in this study was BMT Bina ihsanul fikri employees in Yogyakarta city which amounted to 90 employees and the sample used was 90 employees with a = 0.05 and used the jenih sample method. The data used questionnaires. Analysis tools : Data used multiple regression multiple multiple liniear. The results of the study: the findings of this study show that organizational culture, work motivation, leadership and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of KSPPS BMT Bina Ihsanuk Fikri Yogyakarta employees. Organizational culture has a positive influence on performance. Work motivation has a negative influence on employee performance. Leadership has a positive influence on employee performance. The work environment has a positive influence on employee performance

Abstract

Indonesia has significant social media users globally. One of the most popular social media in Indonesia is Instagram. Through Instagram,companies can do marketing with celebrities as an endorser. Celebrity endorsements attract consumers' attention and encourage consumers into purchasing decisions. Consumer perception of a celebrity is determined by his or her attractiveness, expertise and credibility. Another factor that affects consumer purchasing decisions is the brand image. Nowadays, plenty of companies are using Instagram to build consumer assurance. Consumers also avail themselves to Instagram to provide reviews on products so that it may be taken into account byother consumers to purchase these products. This phenomenon defines as E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth). This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, celebrity attributes, brand image and E-WOM on purchasing decisions through Instagram . With 298 respondents, data were collected through Google Forms SPSS 26 for the Mac used to analyze these data using the multiple regression analysis techniques. This research showed that celebrity endorsement, celebrity attributes, brand image, and E-WOM positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions through Instagram.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of the Work Environment and Interpersonal Relationships on Job Satisfaction. An eighty respondents of the employees of the Daarul `Ulum Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Sewugalur Kulon Progo are solicited to participate in this study. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 program. The results shows that the Work Environment has no effect on Job Satisfaction. Interpersonal Relationhip has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, and both of Work Environment and Interpersonal relation have a simultaneous effect on Job Satisfaction. Several contributions are sugested for managerial and future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran mediasi fleksibilitas kerja pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Bulog di Kanwil Maluku dan Malut. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden secara fisik dan online. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 177 karyawan dan metode analisis menggunakan Software Statistic SPSS 25 dan WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, (2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif pada fleksibilitas kerja, (3) fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, dan (4) fleksibilitas kerja memediasi secara parsial. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional perlu diaplikasikan karena mempengaruhi persepsi fleksibilitas kerja. Saran pada penelitian yaitu perlu melakukan perluasan orientasi penelitian pada lingkup industri berbeda agar memperoleh hasil yang lebih komperehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomics on the Composite Stock Price Index so that investors get maximum profit with small risk when investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this study are working capital, interest rates, inflation, and the rupiah exchange rate. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses a period of quarter 1 2020 - quarter 1 2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and obtains a total sample of 19 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method performed with IBM SPSS version 26 which is supported by the classical assumption test. In addition, the F test, t test and coefficient of determination were carried out. Based on the results of the t test, working capital has a positive and significant effect on the JCI for the Real Estate & Property Sector, interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the JCI for the Real Estate & Property Sector, inflation has a positive and significant effect on the JCI in the Real Estate & Property Sector, and the value of The Rupiah exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on the JCI in the Real Estate & Property Sector. Abstract

Researchers want to see how far the influence of sales channels and product quality on customer loyalty. This study was conducted to find out and analyze what kind of influence is caused by sales channels and product quality on customer loyalty at the tofu factory of Mr. Tarwoto. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "The Effect of Sales Channels and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty at Mr Tarwoto's Tofu Factory". This study uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires, the respondents who are used as samples are 110 respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the F test, it is found that the sales channel (X1) and product quality (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on customer loyalty (Y) by comparing the F value with F because the F value is greater than the F value ( 135,439 > 3.08). F value 135,439 with a significant level (0.000<0.005). Then it is obtained that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that this is done jointly between sales channels, product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The value of Adjust R square is 0.712, this shows that the contribution of sales channel variables and product quality to loyalty is 0.712, which means that sales channels and product quality to purchasing decisions are 71.2% while 28.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the variables of entrepreneurship education, family environment and motivation on management student'entrepreneurial interest were. The method is a quantitative method. The population and sample in this study were all management students 2018-2022 as many as 128 people. The study resulted in an R coefficient of (0.717) and an Adjusted R Square coefficient of (0.503) this means that there is an influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment and motivation of (50.3%) and the rest (49.7%) is influenced by variables others not investigated. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on management entrepreneurship interest, it is known that the t-count value is 2.961 which is greater than t-table of 1.979, family environment has a positive and significant effect on interest in management entrepreneurship. It is known that the t-count value is 6.991 which is greater than t- the table is 1.979, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on management's entrepreneurial interest, it is known that the t-count value of 4.661 is greater than the t-table of 1.979. Entrepreneurship education, family environment, motivation have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of management students, it is known that the fcount value of 43,772 is greater than ftable of 2.68, which is 43,772 > 2.68 with a significance level of 0.000. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education, family environment and motivation in this study simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on management students' entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Participation and Amount of Capital on the SHU of the LPN-Pulau Mainan Cooperative, Dharmasraya Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection by the method of questionnaires(questionnaires), observations, interviews and documentation. The population in this study is 146 members. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that the Member Participation variabel (X1) had a positive and significant effect on SHU (Y) because the calculated value of 11.126 and the resulting significant value of 0.000. The amount of Capital (X2) has a positive and significant effect on SHU (Y) because the calculated value of 4,290 and the resulting significant value of 0.00, the variabels Member Participation (X1) and Amount of Capital (X2) have a positive and significant effect on SHU (Y) because the calculated F value of 78,116 and the resulting significant value of 0.000. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.522 which means that it is 52.2% the effect of Member Participation (X1) and Total Capital (X2) on SHU (Y). Based on the results seen from the beta coefficient, the variabel that has the most influence on SHU (Y) is the Member Patrisipation variabel (X1).
