Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the effect of entrepreneurship education and training on people's interest in entrepreneurship (a case study at the Bungo Regency Job Training Center). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of education and job training on the public's interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses quantitative method, to collect the data used questionnaire. The data analysis technique with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, T Test, F Test and Determination Test (R2). The population in this study were 224 respondents and 144 respondents were used as sample. The results of the study showed that partially (t test) it is proven that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on people's interest in entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship training has a significant effect on the people's interest in entrepreneurship, simultaneously ( test f) together with entrepreneurship education and training have a significant effect on entrepreneurship interest. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.624, which means that all independent variables can affect 62.4% of the dependent variable. While the remaining 37.6% can be influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. 2) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. 3) Produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow, investment cash flow and accounting profit on stock returns in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative type with the research instrument in the form of a list of tables consisting of operating cash flow, investment cash flow, net income and share price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk , PT, State Savings Bank, Tbk and PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk. The population in this study were all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2020 as many as 43 companies. The sample used is 4 state-owned banks listed on the IDX in 2014-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. Simultaneously operating cash flow, investment cash flow and accounting profit together have a significant effect on stock returns in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know price and packaged analysis of the decision to purchase the purwanti white oyster mushrooms. The method used is the quantitative method with data retrieval using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with validity tests, religious tests, correlation analysis, classic assumptions test, linear regression analysis, hypothetical testing. The results of the study indicate that the partial price variable affected the purchasing decision variables was shown by the processing of raw data, legible, and variable variables As much as 3,725 with the significant value of 0,000< 0.05, furthermore the packaged variables have a partial impact on the purchase decision variables indicated by data processing, quantifiable, oscillate variables At 8.496, the value of 0,000< 0.05.1Based on the results of the f that the price and packaging will have a significant impact simultaneously on the an f decision of 66.803 with a significant degree (0,000 < 0.05), which means that together the price variables and the packaging will significantly affect the decision of the purchase. Its intrinsir square value is 0.547 which means that all independent variables can explain 54.7% of the existing.

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is a body care product that has many product lines, namely skin care and body care. This research was conducted to determine the effect of lifestyle, halal label and price on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products (a case study of high school students in Sungai Rumbai sub-district). This study used a quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire, the respondents who were used as samples were 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products. With the results of the t-test for lifestyle variables, it can be seen that the t-count is 1.433 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is smaller than the t-table (1.433 <1.652). This shows that the independent variable of lifestyle has no significant effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. While the halal label variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. With the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the t-count is 2.745 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is greater than t-table (2.745> 1.652). This shows that the independent variable halal label has an effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. And the level is significantly greater than than alpha (0.007<0.05). The price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products, with the results of the t-test t-count 10.383 and t-table 1.652 where t-count is greater than t-table (10.383 > 1.652) This shows the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions. However, lifestyle variables (X1), halal label (X2) and price (X3) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Its Adjusted R Square value is 56.8%. This shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by lifestyle variables, halal labels and prices, while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business challenges and opportunities during the covid-19 pandemic: attracting customer purchase interest through e-commerce, endorsement celebrities and instagram ads. Some online shops in the marketplace use endorsement celebrities and Instagram ads to attract consumer attention. When celebgrams deliver product advertisements, consumers will follow them because of their reputation, popularity and credibility. This research used survey design with purposive sampling. This research was conducted on 176 students in Yogyakarta who had already done online shopping in the marketplace during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Analysis Moment Structure (AMOS). This research proves that there is a positive influence on the use of e-commerce, endorsement celebrities and instagram ads on customer buying interest. There are several findings in this study. First, e-commerce has positive influence to the customer buying interest. Second, endorsement celebrities has positive effect to customer buying interest. Abstract

This paper empirically examines the impact of banking market structure on the productivity of small and medium enterprises. Arguably, the more competitive the banking industry, the more access to finance and the lower cost of borrowing. Eventually, it could lead to better performance of small and medium enterprises. We combine two different datasets which are dataset on small and medium enterprises and the dataset on banking. Finally, we end up with more than 91,000 firm-year observations. Our empirical results show that banking competition has significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises. More particular, we find that the less banking competition, the lower the performance of small and medium enterprises. Abstract

This study aims to measure empirically the influence of banking intermediation factors (LDR), operational efficiency and credit risk (NPL), capital adequacy (CAR), on the financial performance of Regional Development Banks in Indonesia, besides wanting to see whether there are differences the performance of BPD banks in Java and outside Java registered with the Financial Services Authority. The period used is from 2014 to 2019. This study is a comparative quantitative study that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses a different test to see whether there is a difference in performance. The results show that the LDR, efficiency, NPL and CAR variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Return on Assets at Regional Development Banks outside Java. While the LDR, efficiency, NPL and CAR variables have no simultaneous effect on return on assets at regional development banks located in Java. The results also show that there are differences in the performance of regional development banks in Java and outside Java, especially in efficiency and Non-Performing Loan variables. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of local legislative characteristics on the timeliness of local government budgets in Indonesia. Using secondary data from the authorized institutions, this study generates 2032 observations covering all local governments in Indonesia during 2015-2018 that were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research findings show that most local governments in Indonesia have been able to validate the Local Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) on time, although there are still several local governments that are late by exceeding the deadline of the APBD validation date. Furthermore, the analysis results reveal that legislative political competition has a negative effect on local government budgeting timeliness while legislative size has a positive effect. However, this study finds no significant effect of legislative gender representation considering the relatively low political representation of women in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD). From the analysis results obtained, this study emphasizes that the DPRD as the people’s representation must always maintain the quality of supervision in the preparation of the budget even though there is political competition and differences in interests. The people should also increase the representation of women in the DPRD to support equality and support the implementation of DPRD functions. In addition, local governments must also have an adequate number of DPRD members as needed. Thus, local governments can fulfill the timeliness of the APBD validation as a form of local government financial accountability. Abstract

E-commerce developers add anthropomorphized chatbot features to their websites and application to assist customers in choosing the right product. The developers usually equipped them with many designs and elements, including the anthropomorphism element. Anthropomorphism attempts to immerse a non-human object with human aspects to give an impression of an actual human. However, using a chatbot does not always bring favorable outcomes. People might be afraid to interact with it since it resembles humans. This study aims to examine the weaknesses of an anthropomorphized chatbot further. After interacting with a chatbot, people’s responses, such as their privacy concern, attitude toward advertisements from the chatbot, and their intention to disclose personal information, were investigated in this study. A Questionnaire was developed to collect the data in this study. The respondents were recruited from Amazon MTurk. 222 responses were collected for this study. All hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS statistical tools. The result showed that anthropomorphism elements in chatbots positively affect people’s privacy concerns. Privacy concern negatively affects people’s attitude toward advertisement from chatbots and their intention to disclose personal information.
