The goal of the study is to comprehend how these independent factors affect customer loyalty, the dependent variable, both individually and collectively. A significant focus is placed on the potential role of artificial intelligence in enhancing promotional strategies and service personalization, thereby strengthening customer relationships. The findings are intended to provide actionable insights for MSME owners to develop effective marketing strategies, improve competitiveness, and ensure long-term business sustainability in a competitive local market. A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing a survey method for data collection. The population comprises 16,982 MSME owners in North Jakarta, from which a sample of 150 respondents is selected through purposive samplingThe data analysis will be conducted using SPSS version 25, involving validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and multicollinearity), and multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, H4) both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The anticipated results are expected to confirm that product quality, customer service, price, and promotion innovation each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among MSMEs in North Jakarta. The study is expected to provide empirical evidence supporting the integration of AI-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, offering practical recommendations for MSMEs to build a loyal customer base and secure a competitive advantage in the local economic landscape.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the influence of board gender diversity on firm performance, mediated by ESG performance. It focuses on manufacturing firms in Indonesia, where sustainable practices and inclusive governance are increasingly relevant. Methodology: Using panel data from 27 manufacturing firms that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015–2023 (243 firm-year observations), this study measures gender diversity by the percentage of female board members, ESG performance by ESG scores, and firm performance by Return on Assets (ROA). Panel regression analysis is conducted with EViews 13, including a Sobel test to examine mediation effects. Findings: The results reveal that gender diversity positively affects ESG performance. Both gender diversity and ESG performance significantly enhance firm performance. Moreover, ESG performance partially mediates the relationship between gender diversity and firm performance. These findings highlight the strategic value of gender-inclusive boards in driving sustainability and profitability.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO) busyness on corporate value creation, moderated by audit quality. This study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the observation period of 2022-2024. The sample used included companies in the energy sector in Indonesia. The model analysis used to test the research was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study showed that CEO busyness has a negative and significant effect on corporate firm value. Furthermore, audit quality exerts a positive and significant influence on corporate firm value. Moreover, the findings reveal that audit quality moderates the relationship between CEO busyness and firm value. Specifically, high quality audits can reduce the negative impact of CEO busyness, reinforcing the importance of external monitoring mechanisms in corporate governance.

Abstract

Knowing how innovative work behaviour (IWB), intrinsic motivation (IM), and transformational leadership (TL) relate to creative self-efficacy (CSE) and providing empirical insight into the factors that drive innovation among civil servants are the objectives of this study. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires from 99 ASNs at the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Lebak Regency using SEM-PLS version 3.0. used to evaluate the structural model (inner model) and measurement (outer model). The results showed that there was no positive relationship between TL and IM on IWB. However, TL and IM have a positive influence on CSE. Furthermore, CSE plays a mediating role in the relationship between TL and IWB as well as between IM and IWB. These results highlight the importance of CSE in fostering innovation in the workplace and help organisational leaders to consider other factors that influence IWB. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought the presence of fintech to the financial industry, which in turn has had a disruptive effect on banks that still run the business in traditional way, especially the rural banks that have a similar market share and relatively smaller resources. This study aims to examine the impact of fintech lending development on the rural bank performance and the potential for collaboration between fintech companies and rural banks in the Greater Solo Region based on rural banks’ perspective. The research uses primary data obtained from questionnaire survey that are analyzed by using an in-depth descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The study discovers that the development of fintech lending in the Greater Solo area is considerably not really significant according to the rural banks’ perceptions. Furthermore, this research finds that the development of fintech lending has a negative effect on rural bank performance and a positive effect on the potential for collaboration between fintech companies and rural banks. This research contributes to providing recommendations for fintech companies and rural banks in building partnerships and for regulators in overseeing such collaborations to increase financial inclusion in Indonesia as a whole.
