Abstract

This kind of research is known as causal research, which aims to determine the connection between an occurrence or the problem under study and the impact of the factors under investigation. Finding out how work discipline affects employee performance and work satisfaction as a mediating variable is the goal of this study. A quantitative approach is the research methodology employed. This study included both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was gathered by sending questionnaires to workers, while secondary data was gathered from books, documents, and other material. With a sample of 137 Department of Production employees, the population of this study included 162 employees of PT. Autokorindo Pratama. Research employing structural equation modeling, or structural equation modeling (SEM), is the main emphasis of the data assessment method. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Autokorindo Pratama employees, which shows that the more work discipline is applied, the better the employee's performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Autokorindo Pratama employees, which shows that the more work discipline applied, the higher employee job satisfaction. PT. Autokorindo Pratama. Employee performance is not influenced by their job satisfaction. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

The research titled “The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Discipline Level as a Mediating Variable” aims to identify and analyze how organizational culture influences employee performance, considering discipline as a factor that can strengthen this relationship. This research uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, utilizing a Likert scale for data collection. The population of this research is all employees of PT XYZ with data collection in the form of surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee discipline, with a very high influence value of 0.977. These findings confirm that organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employee behavior in an organization. This research provides empirical evidence that developing an organizational culture that supports discipline is an important strategy for improving employee performance.. A work environment that values discipline and commitment will encourage employees to align their behavior with the organization's values, ultimately contributing to increased productivity and overall work quality.

Abstract

This research uses compensation as a mediating variable to find out how a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) affects worker performance. Likert scales and quantitative descriptive techniques were used to collect data for research at PT XYZ. There were 110 PKWT employees selected for this research using a purposive sampling technique. The research findings indicate that the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) significantly affects compensation, demonstrating a notably high influence value of 0. 872. This evidence underscores that a transparent and equitable implementation of PKWT can enhance employee trust and satisfaction regarding their compensation. Moreover, the study provides empirical support for the notion that a well-structured fixed-term work agreement, coupled with fair compensation, serves as an essential strategy for boosting employee performance. A work environment that values employee rights and contributions fosters high motivation, ultimately leading to improved productivity and enhanced overall work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia during the 2020–2022 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling to select 46 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have adopted ESG practices. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable, alongside ESG scores and control variables such as leverage, firm size, liquidity, and company growth. The results show that ESG practices, particularly environmental performance, have a significant positive impact on financial performance. However, social and governance scores do not show a significant effect. Additionally, firm size positively affects financial performance, while leverage and company growth have significant negative impacts. These findings highlight the importance of integrating environmental factors to improve financial outcomes and long-term sustainability in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Domestic and Foreign Investment and Regional Government Capital Expenditure on Local Own-Source Revenue in the Yogyakarta Special Region, with the Poverty Rate as an intervening variable. The research focuses on understanding how these factors influence local government revenue, considering the poverty rate's role in the relationship. This study employs a quantitative research approach using secondary data collected from 2014 to 2023. Path analysis is used to assess direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Several classical assumption tests, such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, are conducted to ensure the model's validity and reliability. The results show that Domestic and Foreign Investment and Regional Government Capital Expenditure have no significant direct effect on Local Own-Source Revenue. However, the Poverty Rate significantly mediates the relationship between these variables and Local Own-Source Revenue. This indicates that efforts to increase regional revenue should focus on poverty reduction as a strategic approach to optimizing the impact of investments and government spending. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in designing effective strategies to enhance regional revenue through poverty alleviation programs.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the changes in profitability and compare the company value of Citibank, N.A., Indonesia before and after being acquired by PT Bank UOB Indonesia and to see financial due diligence and whether PT Bank UOB has done the right strategy. Profitability is measured by the ratio of Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, and Return On Asset. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a comparative research type. The result of this study is that after the acquisition in 2022 there was a significant decrease in 2024 in Net Profit Margin (NPM) between before the acquisition and after the acquisition, besides that there was a decrease in Return On Assets (ROA) and also Return On Equity (ROE). Therefore, no financial synergy exists through the acquisition of Citibank, N.A., Indonesia by PT Bank UOB Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and online convenience on consumer purchase intent on cosmetic products on TikTok Shop. The increasing use of TikTok as an online shopping platform, especially among the younger generation, encourages cosmetics business people to use efficient digital marketing strategies. Attractive and informative content marketing and convenience in online shopping are two key factors that are suspected to affect consumer purchase intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 170 respondents who had the desire to buy cosmetic products at TikTok Shop and analyzed using SPSS by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, multipe linear regression analysis, model tests (determination coefficient, F-test, t-test) to determine the influence of content marketing and online convenience on the intention to buy cosmetic products at TikTok Shop. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, online convenience has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intentions. simultaneously content marketing and online convenience together have a simultaneous effect on consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception and digital literacy on the adoption of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), with trust as a moderating variable among Generation Z in Sidoarjo Regency. This study adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as its theoretical framework. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that both risk perception and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of QRIS. However, trust does not significantly moderate the relationship between risk perception or digital literacy and QRIS adoption. These findings suggest that trust neither strengthens nor weakens the influence of the two independent variables on QRIS adoption among Generation Z in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This research discusses Altman Z score analysis to predict financial distress in pulp and paper industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. 2020-2021 is a transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic and the paperless trend which is a threat to pulp and paper industry companies to grow and develop. The method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive. The population in this research is all pulp and paper industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period with a total of 9 companies. And the samples used were 7 company samples. sample selection using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the data source comes from the website https://www.idx.co.id/id, the method used in this research is literature study and documentation, while the data analysis used is analyzing five financial ratios. The research results show that the majority of industrial companies are in the risk category or are likely to experience financial distress. These findings indicate the need for deeper attention to business strategy and company financial management to face economic challenges and technological developments. It is hoped that this research can contribute to company managers, investors and other interested parties in making better decisions based on the financial analysis of pulp and paper industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange carried out by researchers. and this research can also be a reference for further research related to Altman Z score analysis in predicting financial distress in companies in various sectors.

Abstract

Based on a report from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, a large number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been affected by the pandemic. Of the total, more than half reported a decline in sales, while the rest faced problems related to capital, distribution, and availability of raw materials. This study is a quantitative study with an associative approach conducted through a survey method, aiming to analyze the impact of organizational justice on innovative work behavior, with knowledge sharing as a mediating variabel. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM software version 3.0. The measurement tool used in this study was a questionnaire designed with a likert scale, and data were collected from 155 respondents. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, i.e., sample selection based on specific criteria. The criteria set were respondents who were employees with at least one year of work experience, assuming they had adapted to their jobs. The results of the study indicate that organizational justice has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior. Additionally, organizational justice was found to positively contribute to knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior. Other findings show that organizational justice significantly influences innovative work behavior partially through the mediation of knowledge sharing.
