Abstract

This study aims to investigate how product quality, brand image, and brand trust affect consumers' satisfaction with Avoskin Skincare. Quantitative research methodology is applied. Analysis of data with Smart PLS 3.0. Direct distribution of questionnaires to respondents is how data collecting is carried out. Students from Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta's Faculty of Economics and Business participated in this study as respondents, with a sample size of 100 individuals. The study's findings demonstrate that consumer satisfaction is positively impacted by the factors of product quality and brand trust. On the other hand, there is no correlation and no significance between the brand image and customer satisfaction variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and discuss the influence of brand resonance and brand trust on brand loyalty among consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. This research uses primary data through explanatory research methods based on surveys using a quantitative approach. The data source in this research is a sample of respondents who are consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. Data analysis uses primary data taken directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. In this research, the sample took 200 respondents. The data analysis stage was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 by looking at the external and internal models. The results of this research are that brand resonance (X1) and brand trust (X2) have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (Y) among consumers of Indomie food products in Karanganyar Regency. These results can be used as a reference for the Indomie company in making policies and carrying out product innovations through an approach to consumers based on brand resonance, brand trust and brand loyalty

Abstract

The population in Indonesia is very dense and large, which is a very promising or potential market for companies to market the products created by these companies. With so many different product choices and types of products on the market, consumers will first choose according to their needs by considering quality and price, as well as the satisfaction they receive. The subject of this research was Converse products, data was obtained from 135 consumers collected through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the objects are product quality, product price and consumer satisfaction. This data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that product quality and price had a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and intention to repurchase Converse. Apart from that, satisfaction is also able to mediate the influence of product quality and price on repurchase intentions

Abstract

Employee presence is a key element in driving organizational activities and optimizing the use of existing resources to achieve orientation. Research findings show consistency in the relationship between turnover intention and factors such as leadership, intelligence, employee behavior in carrying out tasks outside the main task (extraroles), job dissatisfaction, and experiences related to organizational commitment. The method applied in the following research applies a quantitative approach. The population identified includes employees in the CV production department. Indojati, taken by 80 people. Data analysis was carried out using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. Research findings show that it is. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style is known to influence turnover intention significantly positively. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style can mediate organizational commitment with turnover intention. Suggestions for future researchers can be to use other variables that can be studied significantly regarding the influence of turnover intention. Variables that are not applied in the following research should be applied or added to further research. Future researchers can research other organizations or service industries.

Abstract

Budget absorption is one of the important indicators in evaluating the financial performance of local governments. This study aims to identify the factors influencing budget absorption in Aceh Province by investigating the impact of the previous year's budget balance and local revenue on budget absorption in Aceh Province. The data used is secondary data collected from the financial and budget reports of Aceh Province for the period 2016-2022. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SEM PLS software. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables, previous year's budget balance and local revenue, have different impacts on budget absorption in Aceh Province. The implication of this study is the importance of effective and efficient budget management at the local level to ensure optimal budget absorption.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia Logistik is engaged in Distribution & Retail by providing logistics services for the delivery of cement products to customers. It can be outlined that the level of service quality is the main key for the company becomes the main key for the company. The purpose of this research is to maximize quality of service at the company PT Semen Indonesia Logistics with the findings of the the problem of the fios system which still cannot intervice data with the CSMS system, resulting in several SOs that must be done. with the CSMS system, resulting in several Sales Order that must be made manually because the Fios system is still manually because the Fios system is still under development. Impact resulting from this problem, is the delay in making sales orders. sales orders, scheduling is not according to standards, and even delays in the delivery of goods. Factors that influence are such as, lack of human resources, a system that is still manual, the occurrence of input errors in the SO related to the destination address, vehicle type, load type, and even delays in delivery of goods. with destination address, type of vehicle, type of cargo, quantity, this is caused by a lack of coordination between sales teams. caused by a lack of coordination between the sales team, operations, and also the warehouse. the warehouse. Abstract

The food delivery service application is a platform that provides services for people to order and buy food or drinks online. Delivery service applications such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood makes it easy for consumers to order food without having to visit the restaurant. Not only does it make it easy to order and purchase food, but the delivery service application also provides a variety of menu and restaurant choices. This research aims to identify factors that influence consumer purchase intention in food delivery service applications. Using qualitative methods with an approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzes articles related to the influence of food delivery service applications on purchase intention. The study results show that factors that are significant in attracting consumer purchase intention include speed of delivery, menu variations, ease of ordering, payment, display of product photos, user reviews, perceived ease of use, brand image, price and product quality

Abstract

In Indonesia, a large number of MSMEs have not yet implemented efficient financial management techniques. The financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is examined in this study in relation to financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, and a Love of money. Purposive sampling and other non-probability sampling techniques were used in a quantitative approach. Researchers investigated variable relationships using four analytical approaches: multiple regression analysis, data quality assessment, standard assumption verification, and hypothesis testing. The results show that while financial inclusion and financial self-efficacy do not have a partial impact on financial management, a Love of money does. However, the financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is simultaneously impacted by these three factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penenumpukan barang yang tidak menggunakan metode 5s pada gudang dan upaya penanganan oleh PT. ABC yaitu gudang yang di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan dua informan pemilihan dan dokumentasi tentang data barang yang ada di gudang PT. ABC. Metode ini menggunakan analisis data 5S. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor internal yang bertanggung jawab atas penumpukan barang di PT. ABC: kurangnya penerapan metode 5S, tidak adanya gudang pengelolaan, keterbatasan tata letak. Salah satu upaya penyelesaian yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan metode 5s dan mengatur barang sesuai tata letak tempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and evaluate the effectiveness of employee training of PT. Swabina Gatra uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model which represents the response or measurement of participant satisfaction with the implementation of the training, the learning obtained by the trainees, and changes in participants' behavior at work. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research. Data sources for this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants while secondary data was obtained from documents, books, and literature. From the results of the pre-test and post-test, the learning performance increased from the initial average of 64.50 to 82.50, and from 64.50 in the pre-test > 82.50 in the post-test. It can be concluded that learning evaluation has a significant impact on training. The training effect is good, and the trainees are satisfied and have a good feeling about the training. At the behavioral level, the participants were able to apply the knowledge and skills gained, which shows that training has a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of the program
