Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of menu variations and tastes, perceptions of price, cleanliness on customer satisfaction at Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brig. Gen. Katamso. This study uses the dependent variable namely menu variation and taste, price perception, cleanliness and independent variables, namely customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is Simple Accidential Sampling. Simple Accidential Technique Sampling, which is known as opportunity sample or free sampling, was chosen because of comfortable accessibility and proximity to the researcher. Samples are only taken at consumers of Duta Minang Restaurant Jln. Brigadier General Katamso totaling 100 people. The procedure for collecting data uses questionnaires that are distributed to be filled by Duta Minang consumers. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 tools. Based on data analysis and the results of hypothesis testing in this study it can be concluded that menu variations and tastes have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. Cleanliness has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.016. This gives the implication that companies with good hygiene can increase customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the variable variations in menu and taste, price perception, and cleanliness positively influence consumer satisfaction with the value of F obtained at 207,528 and an error rate of 5%, the ability of the regression equation in this study, to explain the magnitude of variation that occurs in the dependent variable of 86 , 2% while 13.8% is explained by variables that the researcher cannot explain.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan harga terhadap kepuasan penumpang kereta api Wijayakusuma. Variabel independen (bebas) dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing () dan harga (), sedangkan variabel dependen (terikat) adalah kepuasan (Y).  Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditarik berdasarkan non-probability. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan skala likert yang telah dimodifikasi dan dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel experiential marketing dan harga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan.Kata Kunci : experiential marketing, harga, kepuasan

Abstract

Competence is the basis for employees in carrying out work demands that are their responsibility. Employees must continue to improve their competencies so that they can adapt to changes related to their field of work. In this case, the organization must play a role in the development of its human resources, especially related to competencies so that future employee performance will be better. This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of human resource competencies on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (KOPERINDAG) of Bima City. This type of research is associative. Poulasi in this study were 50 employees with a sample of 30 employees who included ASN. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (taking samples based on certain considerations). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, the type of data used is quantitative data from primary data sources. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression, simple linear correlation and partial tests (T test). Based on the results of this study concludes that human resource competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test value of 0.323 and sig of 0.749.Keywords: Human resource competence, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Trust and Quality of information on repurchase interest in the Market place in the city of Bima both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is the people of the city of Bima who have made purchases at the Market Place media. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 96 respondents. With multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 22, the results show that only trust has a significant effect on the buying interest of the Bima people in the Market place while the information quality has no influence and is not significant on the repurchase intention. this is supported by the magnitude of the relationship value (R) which is 0.498 which falls on the weak relationship area.Keywords:Trust, Quality of information and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of significant employee loyalty to the promotion of positions at the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that employee loyalty has a significant influence on the promotion of position in the Department of Housing and Settlements of Bima Regency, where the t value of 0.425 is greater than the value of t table of 1.996 (0.425> 1.996) with a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05).Keywords: Employee loyalty, promotion

Abstract

The lack of field salespeople has not achieved the desired target of thecompany. Increasing the level of competition between brands that makesthe main challenges that lead to decreased sales. The purpose of thisresearch is to study the valuation of Brand Equity on PurchasingDecisions. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people. Dataanalysis using a simple linear regression test and to test its significanceusing the T test. The results of this study indicate that the brand researchon Yamah NMAX motorcycle purchasing decisions at the Tugu MasDealer City of Bima. the magnitude of the effect of 65.3% is on strongrelationships, meaning that larger consumers who buy NMAXmotorcycles, decide to buy because this NMAX brand provides value andsatisfaction dedicated to consumers.Kata Kunci: Brand Equity, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy on investment decisions in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2018 period. The factors tested are growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy and investment decisions. The data used in this study are secondary data and this study uses 18 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. This study uses the Social Sciences Statistics Package (SPSS) version 17.0 to determine the results of the hypothesis. Tests using SPSS get results that show that: 1) growth opportunities have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions; 2) capital structure has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; 3) dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; 4) growth opportunity variables (company growth opportunities, capital structure, dividend policy simultaneously influence investment decisions.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine all disciplinary levels of ASN work at the Animal Husbandry Service of Bima Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive, the data analysis technique used is by using the validity test, reliability test and the one-sample t-test formula. The sample used was 46 ASN people. The results of statistical calculations are obtained, the t-value is -34,372 where the value is greater than the t-table (-34,372> 1,679), so that the hypothesis falls in the rejected area so that the result is Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) states that the Discipline of Employee Work at the Animal Husbandry Service in Bima Regency is greater than or equal to 70% of the expected criteria, which is acceptable, and Ho is rejected or the initial hypothesis which shows that the increase in discipline of employee work at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service is less than 70% of the expected criteria. is not yet good unacceptable. In this research, it can be taken from, 1. Increasing Employee Discipline at the Animal Husbandry Service of Bima Regency, based on the results of this study, where there is discipline of attendance / fixed working hours which is quite good, although there are still ASNs who are late for about 10-20 minutes, Because it is greater than 70% of the expected standard, 2. Increased Discipline of Employees who are bigger than uniforms, completing work on time or obeying the regulations are in accordance with the provisions of the regulations that apply to ASN.Kata Kunci: Work Discipline, Level of Discipline, Human Resource Management

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan tingkat perasaan di mana karyawan atau pegawai merasa nyaman dan bersemangat dalam pekerjaannya. Membangun kepuasan kerja merupakan pekerjaan yang masih menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk meujudkannya. Salah satu hal yang selalu di pompa semangatnya adalah motivasi kerja. Motivasi yang terbangun dalam diri karyawan merupakan komponen perilaku individu yang memiliki kompleksitas yang sangat rumit. Motivasi kerja sebagai konstruksi yang tidak terlihat, internal, hipotetis. Motivasi kerja juga tidak bisa kita ukur secara langsung. Sebaliknya, kita hanya mengandalkan teori mapan untuk membimbing kita dalam mengukur manifestasi yang dapat diamati dari motivasi kerja.Banyak pemikiran tentang motivasi kerja dari masa ke masa. Penulis tertarik menggali motivasi dilihat dari sisi religiusitas karyawan ketika mereka melaksanakan perintah agamanya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan pemahaman religius yang dimiliki apakah mampu menumbuhkan rasa senang terhadap pekerjaan yang mereka geluti dan memberikan energi yang berbeda bukan hanya sekedar mencari pemenuhan sisi ekonomi.Kata Kunci : Intrinsic Religious Motivation dan Job Satisfaction
