Abstract

Achieve the company's goals, the management of potential human resources will affect employee performance which in turn will affect the company's performance. To be able to show the performance of the employees of PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch. companies are required to enforce motivation and work discipline on performance employee. This study will discuss the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of outsourcing PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch. The purpose ofThis research is: 1) Knowing the effect of motivation on employee performance outsourcing PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch, 2) Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance outsourcing PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch, 3) To determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance outsourcing PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch. The research location at PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch andpopulation is 87 all employees at PT. SJS Yogyakarta Branch. Sample amountof 87 respondents were taken by simple random probability sampling method. Data is analyzed using hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this study are: (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance employee performance, (3) motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Research to determine and analyze the effect of lifestyle, features, design and product quality on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones in Surakarta, both simultaneously and partially. The population of Samsung smartphone users in Surakarta. The sample used is Non Probability Sampling, with purposive sampling technique, a total of 100 samples. Observation data collection, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis with data instrument test. Data processing uses classical assumption test, model test and influence test between x and y. The study states that lifestyle, design, features and product quality obtained a value of Fcount 98.127 <from Ftable value of 2.46 so that there is an influence between lifestyle variables, design, features and product quality that affect the decision to purchase Samsung smartphones in Surakarta simultaneously. Lifestyle variables obtained t-value 5.422 and p-value 0.000> 0.05, which means that lifestyle has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. For the design, the regression value obtained t-count value of 5.190 and p-value of 0.000> 0.05 means that the design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the feature variable obtained a t-count value of 2.086 with a p-value of 0.000> 0.40 which means that features have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the product quality variable is obtained by a regression value of the t-count equation of 2.525 with a p-value of 0.013> 0.40 which this means that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones in Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand how consumer satisfaction, product quality, brand image, and word of mouth affect repurchase interest at Chatime in Yogyakarta. The data for this study was gathered using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 200 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The criteria of the respondents is they had purchased Chatime products within the last three months. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions were reached: (1) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-value 3.224 and a significance value 0.001; (2) Product quality has an effect significant on repurchase interest with a t-value 1.696 and a significance value of 0.001; (3) Brand image has a significant on repurchase intention with a t-value 1.527 and a significance value 0.028; and (4) Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-value 6.596 and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of the marketing mix, specifically the analysis of the effects of store image, price accuracy (price), and product completeness on grocery products purchase decisions in the modern market through point of purchase (pop) as intervening variables. This research used 200 respondents as samples by applying a purposive sampling approach of which the sampling method based on certain considerations. The data collection method applied is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the test result, it claimed that store image, product completeness have a positive and significant effect on the point of purchase, while price accuracy had not. Store image, price accuracy, product completeness and point of purchase also had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions. With path analysis, the magnitude of the indirect effect was greater than the direct effect so that the point of purchase was able to mediate between the effects of store image, price accuracy, and product completeness on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The food industry is growing so rapidly that many new concepts are present to give a different feel. One of them is a restaurant with a buffet concept. While maintaining existing consumers is critical to competing today, this study focuses on factors influencing brand loyalty. OPPA GALBI is a Korean restaurant with a buffet concept. A sample in this study of 300 respondents at OPPA GALBI restaurants in Tanjung Duren. This study obtained that service quality, brand image, perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association positively influence brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Service Quality, Price, Promotion on Customer Loyalty to Go-Food application users. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to individuals who had used the Go-Food application. The number of samples is 102 respondents and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is a structural equation model (SEM) with a combination of AMOS software. The results showed that there was an effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty of Go-Food application users. There is an effect of Price on Customer Loyalty of Go-Food application users. There is an effect of promotion on customer loyalty of Go-Food application users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh dari Store Atmosphere dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Dengan hal itu, setiap pelaku usaha dapt mengetahuinya dan meningkatkan kualitas dari setiap produk yang ada. Jenis peneltian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Peneliti melakukan observasi dari data sekunder atau sumber-sumber terdahulu, seperti jurnal. Hasil atau simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan word of motuh telah dibuktikan berpengaruh positif dan berpeluang besar terhadap pelanggan dalam membuat keputusan. Hal itu menjadi salah satu bagian dari proses pertimbangan pelanggan hingga akhirnya memutuskan untuk datang pada suatu tempat dan membeli produknya tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan pelayanan jasa Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) DAOP 8 dengan variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif nonparametrik dengan teknik analisis jalur berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Melalui alat bantu program SmartPLS 3.0 didapatkan hasil bahwa ada keterhubungan erat antar variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan pelayanan jasa KAI DAOP 8 yaitu variabel kepuasan pelayanan dengan variabel keputusan menggunakan moda transportasi KAI pada pelanggan dan ada pula keterhubungan erat antar variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan pandemi Covid-19 yaitu persepsi pelanggan terhadap fakta pandemi dengan kepatuhan pelanggan terhadap himbauan pemerintah, akan tetapi tidak ada keterhubungan erat antara kedua golongan variabel tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan pelanggan KAI DAOP 8 dalam melakukan perjalanan tidak mengkhawatirkan kondisi Pandemi Covid-19 namun lebih fokus kepada pelayanan yang diberikan PT KAI, termasuk di dalamnya upaya PT KAI dalam mencegah penyebaran Virus Covid-19. Kata kunci: KAI DAOP 8, Covid-19, pelayanan jasa, kepuasan pelanggan, kepatuhan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu menggunakan seluruh jumlah karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Chandra Tabanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability on debt policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data processing is done by regression analysis using SPSS. The technique used in taking the research sample is purposive sampling. Number of samples that meet the sample criteria are 33 companies. The criteria used are liquid stocks in the 2017 to 2018 research period. The number of samples is 66. Data processing with SPSS shows that partially (t test) it is proven that the variable ability to pay short-term debt (liquidity) affects the company's debt policy while Profitability variable (profitability) is not proven to have an effect on the company's debt policy. Simultaneous Test (F test) proves that the ability to pay short-term debt (liquidity) and profitability (profitability) simultaneously affect the company's debt policy. .
