Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of dividend policy and profitability on debt policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022. This type of research is quantitative research, the population in this research are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022 and were selected using a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 12 companies that met the criteria was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple regression analysis method. This research shows that dividend policy has effect on debt policy and profitability has no effect on debt policy. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Profitability, Debt Policy

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive work environment, perceived employee job satisfaction becomes a crucial element influencing productivity. Therefore, it is imperative for companies to prioritize employee satisfaction in order to remain relevant in a challenging business environment. This study evaluates factors influencing the level of job satisfaction among alumni of Adventist University of Indonesia using multiple linear regression analysis method. Independent variables such as work-life balance and leadership style are evaluated against job satisfaction. The aim is to analyze the impact of work-life balance and leadership style on alumni job satisfaction. A total of 90 alumni were selected as research samples using the Slovin formula. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression, including simultaneous (F- test) and partial (t-test) tests, conducted using SPSS software version 23.0. The research findings conclude that both work life balance and leadership style significantly influence job satisfaction among employees in the Adventist University of Indonesia alumni environment. Abstract

Examine the impact of compensation and work pressure on the desire of workers to quit the textile industry sector companies in Bandung. The research is a quantitative research involving 100 employees working in the textile industry in Bandung. The Data were taken using questionnaires and data processed using statistical methods to predict the linear dependent variable with SPSS version 25. The achievement of the following research analysis is the result of commensurate findings and some that are not and simultaneously the impact of compensation and workload on the employee's desire to resign. The achievement of the explanation analysis showed that the compensation effect did not show a big impact on the employee's intention to leave the company on the other hand the complexity of the work has a high value as a driving factor that causes employees to leave their jobs. Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, customers have a lot of literacy in knowing, accessing and easily comparing information about products and prices from various competitors so that customers can search for and decide which products to buy according to their wishes at the lowest price. In accordance with its mission, Kopi Janji Jiwa aims to introduce the quality taste of local Indonesian coffee to the public. One of the characteristics of Kopi Janji Jiwa is its relatively pocket-friendly prices. This is because Kopi Janji Jiwa itself targets the middle class as its main target. Apart from that, Kopi Janji Jiwa also implements production for the mass market so that product prices are adjusted to standards that apply to the wider community, not to certain groups. The problem that often occurs in every UMKM in Indonesia is that many UMKM do not calculate production costs and are inaccurate in determining selling prices. As a result, it causes losses and has to sell products at a loss. Therefore, UMKM must pay attention to choosing the type of pricing strategy that will be implemented. This research is intended to determine the extent of the influence of implementing pricing strategies in business management in UMKM (Case Study of Kopi Janji Jiwa). Abstract

Customer loyalty becomes an important factor and a valuable asset for a business when customers have a positive attitude towards the product, thus motivating them to make repeat purchases. This research aims to analyze the influence of advertising, sales promotion, brand image on customer loyalty. The population of this research is made up of Mixue, Wedrink, and Momoyo customers. This research used a purposive sampling method to take samples from a total of 126 respondents. The data was analyzed statistically by applying PLS-SEM to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of this research show that sales promotion has a positive effect on customer loyalty, advertising has a positive effect on brand image, and sales promotion has a positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, brand image has no positive effect on customer loyalty and advertising has no positive effect on customer loyalty. The managerial implication of this research is that companies need to strengthen sales promotion through various promotions and attractive offers so that they can motivate customers to buy products continuously and be loyal to the brand. In future research, it is recommended to add the age range, expand the respondent area and carry out in-depth analysis by looking at other factors such as product quality, price, location, and customer satisfaction which can influence customer loyalty, so that in future research we can obtain more comprehensive and detailed data. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of board remuneration, frequency of board meetings and profitability on financing risk with Islamic social report as a moderating variable. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia during 2017-2021. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 14 banks each year. The number of samples used in this study were 9 banks. The analysis test uses panel data regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the remuneration of the board of commissioners has no effect on financing risk, the frequency of board of commissioners' meetings has a negative effect on financing risk, the remuneration of the board of directors has a negative effect on financing risk, the frequency of board of directors meetings has a positive effect on financing risk, remuneration of the sharia supervisory board has a positive effect. on financing risk, the frequency of sharia supervisory board meetings has a positive effect on risk and profitability has no effect on financing risk. Then for Islamic social reporting, it can strengthen the relationship between the remuneration of the board of commissioners, the remuneration of the board of directors, the remuneration of the sharia supervisory board, the frequency of the board of directors meetings and the frequency of the meetings of the sharia supervisory board as well as profitability to financing risk and cannot moderate the relationship between the frequency of the board of commissioners' meetings and the financing risk. Abstract

There have been many changes that have occurred in Indonesia, one of which is changes regarding technology. These changes are also followed by a demographic bonus which is expected to occur in Indonesia from 2030 to 2040. This research aims to determine the impact of the many changes that have occurred in the current era which require Indonesia to follow suit so as not to be left behind. Some of these changes occur due to external factors such as technology which makes digital literacy a necessity as well as internal changes that are predicted to occur in 2040, namely the Demographic Bonus, namely a condition where the level of productive age becomes very high. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out the significant influence between Digital Literacy (X1) and the Impact of the Demographic Bonus (X2) on the level of unemployment among alumni of SMA N 1 JUNTINYUAT Indramayu in 2020 (Y). This research is quantitative so the media used to collect data is a questionnaire with the research population being (Alumni of SMA N 1 JUNTINYUAT Indramayu in 2020) and the sample is (Alumni of SMA N 1 JUNTINYUAT Indramayu in 2020). The questionnaire was distributed using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The results of this research show that both digital literacy and the demographic bonus have a significant influence on the level of unemployment among alumni of SMA N 1 Juntinyuat Indramayu in 2020. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi resiko bisnis pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Analisis resiko adalah proses penilaian terhadap resiko yang telah terindentifikasi, dalam rangka mengantisipasi kemungkinan munculnya dampak negatif terhadap suatu bisnis/ usaha. Analisis resiko bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur resiko berencana, memisahkan resiko- resiko besar yang akan terjadi. Resiko merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia, apalagi dalam dunia bisnis tentu tidak sepenuhnya dapat dihindari, tetapi dapat diantisipasi dan di cegah terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan strategi- strategi yang ada. Resiko juga merupakan kemungkinan terjadinya kerugian yang tidak diduga atau tidak diinginkan. Maka, analisis terhadap resiko sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis karena tujuannya yang dapat memperkecil terjadinya resiko dan meminimalisir kerugian dalam suatu bisnis. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kondisi Manajemen Risiko Bisnis Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Peneliti memutuskan untuk menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Dari hasil observasi yang sudah dilakukan pada lima UMKM yang penulis temui di sekitar Tawangmangu, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap usaha / bisnis akan selalu ada risiko usaha yang dapat terjadi baik itu risiko internal maupun risiko eksternal. Dengan demikian, risiko yang paling banyak terjadi adalah factor eksternal seperti pandemic Covid-19 yang sudah terjadi kurang lebih 3 tahun. Hal tersebut memengaruhi berbagai factor internal usaha seperti penerapan strategi bisnis yang harus dapat diatur sedemikian rupa. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan manajemen risiko bisnis bagi setiap usaha yang ada sehingga dapat mengurangi dampak negative maupun mitigasi risiko usaha. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Internal Marketing and Organizational Culture on the level of Job Satisfaction at PT. Trans Berjaya Khatulistiwa. The research method used was quantitative, with sampling carried out using non-probability sampling techniques and involving 54 respondents who filled out questionnaires. The research results show that both Internal Marketing and Organizational Culture have a partially positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Overall, these two variables also have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Job Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination value reached 67.3%. This shows that 67.3% of decisions are influenced by Internal Marketing and Organizational Culture while the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other unknown variables.
