Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. This study uses a survey of 110 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who have purchased Oppo smartphones as research objects. The findings of the study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion significantly affect brand image. However, the effect of price on brand image is not significant. In addition, this study reveals that brand image significantly mediates the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of having a positive brand image in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study is that companies should prioritize building a positive brand image and providing high-quality products at attractive prices. By promoting products effectively, companies can influence consumer perceptions and ultimately increase sales. This study provides valuable insights for companies in designing more effective marketing strategies and optimizing factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Hotel Horison Palma Pangandaran is a company engaged in the hotel industry. This research aims to obtain information and a real picture of how to implement  the Instagram social media marketing strategy at the Horison Palma Pangandaran Hotel. The research method used is qualitative descriptive which explains descriptively how to implement  the Instagram social media marketing strategy  carried out by Hotel Horison Palma Pangandaran. The data collection technique of this study is through interviews with 6 informants, documentation and literature studies, source triangulation, and using the DRAGONS framework analysis. The results of this study show that the company in implementing the dimensions  of content creation, content sharing, and community building has been running well. Meanwhile,  the connecting dimension  still experiences several obstacles that can be repaired and maximized by the Horison Palma Pangandaran Hotel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions for Apple brand mobile phone products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method with the following criteria: (1) Consumers and users of apple brand smarphone, (2) Aged 18-35, (3) People residing in Solo Raya. The data analysis used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that product quality, price, promotion, and brand image partially had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Rabbit Brothers is one of the rabbit breeders established in 2017 located in West Java, West Bandung Regency. Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed sales in 2023 fluctuated. The tighter the competition, the company needs to determine strategies in business management to determine the company's current performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy based on SWOT analysis, design a Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed strategy map based on SWOT Balanced Scorecard integration, performance measurement and performance assessment of Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed based on SWOT Balanced Scorecard integration, and improve Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed business performance based on SWOT Balanced Scorecard integration. The methods in this research are SWOT Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Analytical Hierarchy Process Software Expert Choice, and Key Performance Indicator Lead Indicator. Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed strategy and strategy map, one of which is increasing profits, Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed performance is 93.04%, meaning that the company's performance is in a very healthy condition with the category (AAA). The performance of the four performance perspectives that are not optimal is improved on strategic initiatives, one of which is the content creation program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The sample for this research was 100 respondents where they were visitors to the XS Sepatan store. The technique used is total sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validation and reliability have been tested. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction as evidenced by the Service Quality variable (X1) having a calculated t value of 3.742 > t table 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Price is positive but has no influence on Customer Satisfaction as evidenced by the Price variable (X2) having a calculated t value of 1.169 < 1.984 with a significance level of 0.245 > 0.05. (3) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence. This can be proven from the calculated f value of 11, 187 > f table 3.09 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the analysis are expected to provide useful information for business people in improving service quality, product pricing and customer satisfaction regarding proper business management.

Abstract

Telkom Witel Bandung is a telecommunications and networking service provider serving the Telkom Bandung area. The company has experienced staff reductions and organizational changes following the transformation to B2B services, which have impacted the execution of High Speed Internet (HSI) projects. Performance measurement of the supply chain was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The evaluation focused on three core processes: source, transform, and fulfill. Performance indicators were derived from KPI validation by employees and managers at Telkom Witel Bandung, resulting in 26 selected indicators with attributes including reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, profit, and environmental. Indicator weighting was performed using AHP with Expert Choice 11. Analysis of normalized actual data revealed that five indicators with scores below 90 (Excellent) require improvement. The total performance score of 117.461 indicates that Telkom Witel Bandung’s performance is classified as very good.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors can influence the results of use and also the implementation of CRM. The data to be obtained from informants was selected using purposive sampling techniques and using qualitative methods. The results of this research indicate that in implementing Customer Relationship Management there are obstacles or obstacles that occur in the dimensions of people, processes and technology at PT. East West Seed Indonesia. Based on the SWOT analysis results, it can be seen based on the quadrants at PT. East West Seed Indonesia is in Quadrant I (Progressive) which can be interpreted as PT. East West Seed Indonesia has good strengths which can then be utilized as an opportunity to encourage company progress.

Abstract

Fashion has always been a necessity for everyone from babies to adults. Every Indonesian knows what they wear every day. Globally, fashion means a popular style in a particular culture to support the appearance of someone who uses it, or it can be interpreted as a unique characteristic for the person who wears it. The purpose of this study was to determine methods for implementing, executing, and evaluating business social media marketing content for PMJ UNIFORM marketing. Data was collected through observations of other uniform competitors on Instagram social media and interviews with internal MSME informants. This research  was conducted  using  descriptive  qualitative  research,  with  object analysis. The results of this study found marketing content needed to increase interaction and knowledge on the @pmjuniform_official Instagram account, when this research was conducted PMJ UNIFORM did not have an Instagram account as a means of promotional media on the internet. With that, the hope of the researcher is also umkm will continue to post interesting and consistent content after this research, because it is very important to maintain and increase insight on Instagram in order to increase sales.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of marketing strategies on consumer purchase intention at Nuansa Tour and Travel Bandung. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach, utilizing questionnaires distributed to consumers who have seen Nuansa Tour and Travel content on social media. The variables studied include the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) and consumer buying interest, which are measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression test to determine the relationship between marketing strategies and purchase intention. This research provides insight for Nuansa Tour and Travel in developing more effective marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. Recommendations include improving service quality, adjusting competitive prices, optimizing distribution channels, and strengthening promotions through social media. Thus, Nuansa Tour and Travel can better fulfill consumer needs and preferences and increase their competitiveness in the tourism market.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of capital, labor, length of business on income with technology as a moderating variable. This research uses an associative quantitative method, with a minimum sample size of 50 respondents, using multivariate (correlation or multiple regression), the tests used in this research use descriptive statistical analysis, instrument reliability tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, r test. The results of the research show that 1. capital (X1) has a significant effect on income (Y) the sig value obtained is 0.00 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted 2. labor (X2) has a significant effect on income (Y) the significant value is obtained is 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is accepted 3. Length of business (X3) has a significant effect on income (Y). The significant value obtained is 0.00 < 0.05, so H0 is accepted 4. Interaction variable between Capital and Technology ( X1Z) has a significant effect on Income (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is accepted 5. The interaction variable between Labor and Technology (X2Z) has a significant influence on Income (Y) with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is accepted. 6. The interaction variable between Business Length and Technology (X3Z) has a significant influence on income (Y). The significant value is 0.000 > 0.05, meaning H0 is accepted.
