Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan media fingerprint terhadap peningkatan disiplin karyawan pada sebuah instansi, dengan tujuan memberikan peningkatan produktivitas karyawan terhadap instansi yang berawal dari kedisiplinan atas kehadiran karyawan di tempat kerja sehingga membantu instansi agar terus berkembang. Penulisan Laporan penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi yang jelas mengenai efektivitas media fingerprint terhadap peningkatan disiplin karyawan pada Yayasan Al-Fath Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis yaitu dengan studi pustaka, studi lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, pengamatan (observasi) dan teknik dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil bahwa penerapan fingerprint di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Cikarang sudah cukup efektif dan berguna untuk memberikan informasi yang selengkap-lengkapnya kepada pimpinan yang berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location, price perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at Fore Coffee Shop Surabaya. The population in this study was the people of Surabaya City, male and female, from young people to adults. With a research sample of 96 respondents, namely people who have made repeat purchases at Fore Coffee Shop Surabaya more than once. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the SEM PLS analysis technique. The research results show that location, price perception, and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Lot.butter, a bakery business founded in Bandung in 2021, has succeeded in attracting attention with its quality products, especially Daifuku which went viral in 2023 thanks to reviews from famous Instagram celebrities. The popularity and sales of Lot.butter have increased significantly, in contrast to the trend of artist cake businesses in 2017 which did not last long because they only relied on popularity without the support of business skills. To avoid a similar fate, Lot.butter plans a mature marketing strategy to maintain sales. This research uses qualitative methods with IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM analysis, as well as data collection techniques through interviews with 7 informants and documentation studies. As a result, marketing strategies through various social media platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, exclusive promotions with online delivery partners, as well as expansion into the Jakarta bakery market are recommended.

Abstract

PT Muliaglass Container Division is a subsidiary of PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk which is engaged in the glass industry by producing flat glass, glass block, glass packaging, and automotive safety glass as a result of its production. PT Muliaglass Container Division was founded in 1989. The quality control carried out by PT Muliaglass Container Division experienced problems in the Quality Control section or checking checkers, resulting in the defect pass rate so far exceeding the tolerance limits set by the company. There are several types of product defects in glass bottle packaging at PT Muliaglass Container Division, namely Check Ring, Check Under Ring, Leaner, Hot Mold Check, and others. To overcome the problems encountered, research is needed using the Quality Control Circle Method and Statistical Quality Control which are used to calculate how big the reasonable limit is in the product pass rate. After processing Statistical Quality Control data and knowing the number of acceptable quality labels for passing controlled defects or not, proceed with the Quality Control Circle Method, to find out what causes product defects to pass.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explain the affects of Islamic leadership and work motivation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara (PT UUB). Data was collected using a survey method involving all employees (86 individuals) through a questionnaire with 68 Likert scale statements and observations. The data was analyzed using SPSS 24 and the Sobel Test. The results of the study demonstrate that Islamic leadership and work motivation have a significant impact on job satisfaction, but not on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction significantly affects on organizational commitment and fully mediates and strengthen the relationship between Islamic leadership and work motivation on organizational commitment. Therefore, the company should strengthen Islamic leadership through training that emphasizes Islamic values, enhance motivation with effective strategies and incentives, and improve job satisfaction by enhancing the work environment, recognition, and employee welfare. By doing so, PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara can increase job satisfaction, which positively impacts and strengthens employees' commitment to the organization.

Abstract

Based on the 2022 SNLIK survey, the percentage of generation Z's financial behavior is lower than the millennial generation. This is due to the low financial literacy of generation Z. The aims of this study include: (1) obtaining an understanding of the factors that influence the financial behavior of generation Z, and (2) knowing how to improve the financial behavior of generation Z. Z. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) according to the protocol PRISMA was used in this study which refers to international indexed journal publications, from 2018–2022. The majority of research results show a positive effect of financial literacy on financial behavior. Financial literacy is useful for forming generation Z self-efficacy so that they are more confident in determining financial management behavior, but improving financial behavior is not only focused on cognitive aspects but also affective (positive attitude encouragement) and conative (stakeholder support to ensure program success). The importance of the role of parents as the main factor in the socialization of the family environment is to form good and wise financial character, attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in the industrial world as in PT. Furukawa Automotive System Indonesia. The company always tries to maintain the quality of its products, but inreality things don't go smoothly. Every month there are still a large number of damaged products (NG) both in the production process and in quality control that are not optimal. There fore the purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the production process and quality control have on the quality of the product produced either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data as a source of data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test which consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the production process variable has a positive and significant effect on the product quality of PT. Fasi, (2) the quality control variable has a positive and significant effect on the product quality of PT. Fasi, (3) the production process variables and quality control variables together have an influence and are significant on the product quality of PT. Fasi.

Abstract

Transportation services are a system of transporting or moving goods from the place where the transportation activity begins or the starting place to the place where the transportation activity ends. The purpose of this research is to determine the Sales Process of Transportation Services at PT Bima Sepaja Abadi. The research method used is to conduct a direct study of the company, namely through observation, interviews and literature studies by studying various forms of written materials. The steps used are to discuss the process of selling transportation services. The discovery of obstacles that occur in the reporting process and their solutions can provide input that can help the company to carry out transaction reporting administration procedures that are more effective and efficient than before, so that reporting administration can run according to company procedures.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of product quality on purchasing intention at Bakara Cafe & Kitchen Depok. In this research, sampling used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive technique for Bakara consumers as respondents. The data used in this research uses primary and secondary data, namely questionnaires as primary data and observations as secondary data using quantitative methods. The results in this research obtained a significance value of 0.867 > 0.05 resulting from the correlation analysis test. Then the product quality variable has an influence of 74.9% on the purchase intention variable and the rest is influenced by other factors. Apart from that, the t value is 18,004 and the t table value is 1.982, so t count > t table or (18,004) > 1,982, meaning H0 can be rejected and H1 can be accepted or the hypothesis can be accepted with a significant influence between the product quality variable and the purchase intention variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance assessment, reward, and punishment on performance at PT Eshan Prospera Abadi Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative. Primary data was obtained through a survey by filling out open and closed questionnaires, as well as unstructured interviews, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The population in this study were all employees of PT Eshan Prospera Abadi, which were 47 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The data analysis technique used was using validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test in finding the effect between performance assessment (X1), reward (X2), and punishment (X3) on performance (Y). The results of this study stated that there was a positive effect between performance assessment, reward, and punishment on performance
