<![CDATA[The evolution of the forex market is divided into two stages. World War IPeriod and the Bretton Woods period is included Fixed Rate Periodstage. At this stage, forex does not excite transactions because of exchange rate changes can only occur in a relatively narrow range. After a period of Bretton Woods, after the failure of Period Exchange Rates Remain in maintaining economic stability, forex transactions getting psyched. This occurs because the assessment of the exchange rate between countries be left entirely to the market mechanism. The market will determine whether the exchange rate is too expensive (over-valued) or too low (under-valued).This study aims to determine the effect of ability, experience and discipline together and partially on the performance forex trader in South Kalimantan. This type of research is quantitative method. The samples were obtained 56 votes. To determine the effect the ability, experience and discipline to the performance of the test statistic methods trader used multiple linear regression. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program for Windows.Based on the results of the research show that together the ability, experience and discipline significant effect on the performance of forex traders in South Kalimantan. Partially, ability, experience and discipline positive and significant impact on the performance of forex traders in South Kalimantan.Keywords: Capability, Experience, Discipline and Performance]]>

<![CDATA[This Research isconducted on the basis of assumption that teacher performance influenced by motivation, job experience and satisfaction of teacher activity. This research aim to to know what is motivation, job experience and satisfaction of teacher activity have an effect on by signifikan to performance learn in Madrasah Ibtidayah Banjang and to know what is motivation, job experience and satisfaction of activity do not have an effect on by signifikan to satisfaction of activity learn in Madrasah Ibtidayah Banjang, by using quantitative research method. Result of research of that Variables Motivation, Job Experience and Satisfaction of activity by self or parsial there is having an effect on signifikan and there is which do not have an effect on signifikan to performance Learn MI Banjang. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship of coordination and the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services at the district office Halong Balangan.This type of research used in this study is the type Eksplanatory, while the approach used is a quantitative approach. To prove the relationship of coordination and the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services, will be analyzed using Chi Square models. Measuring the quality of care in this study refers to the majority opinion of Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (Tjiptono, 2004: 132) Levince in Ratminto (2005: 175). Factors affecting the quality of service inferred from Moenir opinion, The Liang Gie Fan Info and theory The Triangle of Service Quality proposed by Morgan and Murgatroyd.The results of this study indicate that coordination with the quality of public services in dimensions realiability and Assurance at the district office Halong district Balangan good level of Significant 1% and 5% proved to be no correlation, while coordination with the quality of public services in the dimension Responsiveness, Empathy, Tangibles at level Significant 1 % proved to be no relationship and the significant level of 5% proved no relationship. While the ability of personnel to the quality of public services in the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles at the district office Halong Balangan at significant level of 1% proved no hungan, while the significant level of 5% proved to be no relationship.Keywords: Quality of Public Services, Coordination and Administrative Capabilities]]>

<![CDATA[Wealth management in moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura is an orientation of this research. Besed on wealth management concept, the researcher try to explore how is their the wealth management concept so that their wealth bring blessings. The aim of this research to gire more explanation related on wealth management concept that done by moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura. This research is a field research. Because of this research choices Martapura Kabupaten Banjar, so for reveling the problem, research apply sosiologic normative approach. in revaling and analyze the problem, research apply qualitative description opproach. So will found the answer from real condition that happened in the field. A series of those process make a description that thereaded (concatenated description) so easy to understand. The cunclosion of this research is moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura have wealth management concept the oriented to Allah SWT’s blessings. So the steep and management schemesthat they did in eccordance with syari’s laws. But in orther side, there are several things that need to be anhanched aspecially, related to the management of incoe rest. They have preference in using to distribute directty better to allocated their fund in long term investment. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe how the flood of information delivered via a variety of interpersonal communication activities include socializing, discussion and drills / simulations can be understood by people in the District Pengaron and Simpang Empat.What was raised by the officers of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and its partners with all kinds of communication media were prepared very appealing to the public. They do play a role which is preferred when drills / simulations in the field.The symbols of communication in the form of a blue triangle emblem (symbol BPBDs). Meeting points, evacuation routes, pemantaub tool Anjir, and signs warning gong sounds in the form of code Early Warning System (EWS) and the notification of the place of worship can be understood by the people of the District and the District of Simpang Empat Pengaron Banjar district. <![CDATA[This study aims to, prove significant influence motivation partially on employee performance, proving significant effect partially to the Work Environment Employee Performance, and prove the significant influence of Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously against South PT.Tanjung Employee Performance Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all fixed karwayan South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan .Sampel research as much as 67 .Pengujian partially Variables Influence Motivation (X1) the Employee Performance is equal to 17,182, thus, the hypothesis that motivation berpengauh positive and significant impact on Employee Performance South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Working Environment Variables Influence (X2) to the environment variable t value is equal to 9,785, thus partially the environment has a significant impact on employee performance South PT.Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Variables simultaneously towards employee performance with the result of 178,391 F count larger than F table 3,140, thus simultaneously Motivation and Work Environment positive and significant impact on Employee Performance PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to identify factors empthy service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA Tbk Barabai. Analysis techniques used are associative Causal with quantitative approach. The quantitative data in this study a ordinal of the respondents' answers to the question posed in the questionnaire. Value statistics t- empthy path variable influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Indonesia Tbk people. Barabai is 2,562 bigger than t-normal distribution table at 1.96, meaning that there is significant influence between the variables kepuasana empthy with customers at PT. Bank Indonesia Tbk people. Barabai. Empthy variable (X1), that individual attention, understanding specific purposes, building a partner, and the friendliness of the employees make a meaningful contribution in the customer satisfaction.The results showed a positive and significant influence between empathy factor of service to customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Barabai. From the estimation PLS appeared another conclusion that the models studied actual satisfaction can only explain the phenomenon of customer satisfaction Britama savings in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Barabai amounted to 68.9%. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables included in the model and error.Keywords: Service, Satisfaction, and Bank Customer]]>

Organization of youth sports culture and tourism is particular agencies a government that has personnel were 60 employees. Organization of youth sports culture and tourism of a system of the indonesian government is a system of government bureaucracy that was overall would be a lot determined by the these agencies.Research aims to understand effects of climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees. The kind of research this is research quantitative to test the influence of between variables free variable bound, with the number of respondents about 60 personnel.Research this analyzed by the use of a test statistic spss for windows version 17. The research results show that there are influence in partial between climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees.
