Abstract

This study aimed to, test the significant influence partially on the Product Quality Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service testing the significant influence partially on Customer Satisfaction and, to test significant influence price perceptions partially to Customer Satisfaction.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all customers or consumers cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi .Sampel study of 50 people .Pengujian partially Effect of Variable Product Quality (X1) to Customer Satisfaction, is equal to 0,511, with thus, the hypothesis that product quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Effect of Variable Quality of Service (X2) to the value t variable quality of service is equal to -0,114, Thus, the hypothesis that service quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Variables Influence Perception Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin.Nilai t Variable Perception is the price of 15,569, this result is greater than the t-table is thus partially 2,011.Dengan price perception have a significant impact on customer satisfaction on bottled cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin probability variable error rate of 0,00 (less than 0,05) .With thus, the hypothesis that the perception of price positive effect on customer satisfaction on oil bottled cooking CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proved acceptable.

Abstract

Government organizational human resources consisting of leaders and employees. Organization of youth sports culture and tourism is particular agencies a government that has personnel were 60 employees. Organization of youth sports culture and tourism of a system of the indonesian government is a system of government bureaucracy that was overall would be a lot determined by the these agencies.Research aims to understand effects of climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees. The kind of research this is research quantitative to test the influence of between variables free variable bound, with the number of respondents about 60 personnel.Research this analyzed by the use of a test statistic spss for windows version 17. The research results show that there are influence in partial between climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees. There is the influence of simultaneously between climate organization style leadership of performance.Keywords : organizational climate, leadership style and performance

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activity is not the result of an inheritance or a derivative talent parents alone, entrepreneurship can be taught and nurtured. The ability to create and use new knowledge on an ongoing basis is strongly influenced by the degree of entrepreneurial person. Therefore, entrepreneurship is defined ability to create and build a vision of something that does not exist and meaningful to humans through creative action and innovative measures to create business opportunities. Entrepreneurial action is manifested as an entrepreneurial orientation is behavior that reflected the behavior of the owner or craftsman through keinovasian, dare to take risks and proactivity. Given the importance of entrepreneurial orientation training to succeed as a business then craftsmen figura teak frame Rifky in Martapura Banjar district needs to develop entrepreneurship orientation in its business activities. Motifs, colors and designs are less attractive and less innovative so that interest figura teak frame is very less. Unlike the typical Java figura in addition to easily be everywhere also available in various designs, patterns and colors. In addition to expression differences with Java figura. It is necessary for the training effort for the craftsmen in Martapura Banjar district cultivate the spirit more active and resilient in the face of all obstacles either comes from internal and external craftsmen craftsmen, so figura teak able to increase revenues for craftsmen figura teak. Internal aspects indicated the failure of the craftsman among others the quality of the resource, setting the selling price is relatively high, the motives are less developed, deterioration of working capital and the increase in debt as a result of low accumulation of capital and the inability to find sources of capital cost, network limited business, the ability to innovate are less able. This information indicates internal weaknesses that have the potential to make an effort figura teak can fail.

Abstract

The long-term objective of previous research that has focused on issues of innovation and information in manufacturing companies and service companies. Research conducted at companies including Anttila J., Jussila K., 2018, Ramayah T. While in this study focused on research conducted at UMKM Banjarmasin City. and information partially has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Analyzing and knowing innovation and information simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Based on the observations of researchers, the problem is that innovation and information have not been optimal on the performance of MSMEs. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This research is an expalanatory research, namely testing the influence between the variables of innovation, information, while the dependent variable is the performance of MSMEs, data collection techniques conducted by researchers, namely interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Hypothesis Testing. The statistical method used is multiple regression. The results of this study prove that innovation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.350. The results of this study also indicate that information has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.388. Innovation and information simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs of 0.537. This study aims to provide information that better interactions and relationships are a side effect of providing space for MSMEs.Keywords: Innovation, Information, UMKM’s Performance

Abstract

MSME’s has a significant role towards the national economics of Indonesia. It offers the resilience on national economics, even when a crisis. Thus, that is important to ensure the marketing performance. This research aimed to measure the MSME’s marketing performance from the innovativeness and competitive strategy. The research involves 50 MSME’s in Banjarmasin. The data analysis to test the hypotheses are the multi regression analysis. The results indicates that all of the hypotheses is accepted. However, the innovativeness indicates more prevalent results than the competitive strategy. This is due to the nature of MSME’s is a rather have a collaboration than competing each other. This research contributes to the current literature by providing an evidence of presents MSME’s marketing performance from the innovativeness and competitive strategy.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

The public service provided by the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) in Banjar Regency focuses on facilitating Hajj and Umrah services. With the continuous increase in the number of prospective Hajj pilgrims in Banjar Regency, it is essential to provide quality services. Employees need to exhibit behavioral competencies to address challenges in the current era, encompassing three aspects: employee behavior in communication and social skills, adaptability and task completion, and technological skills. This research aims to analyze employee behavior in enhancing the quality of Hajj and Umrah services in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 at the Ministry of Religious Affairs office in Banjar Regency. This qualitative research adopts a cross- sectional approach conducted over one month. Twenty respondents were selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected, transcribed, translated, and then subjected to directed content analysis to identify main themes. It is observed that employees' behavior in communication and social skills, as well as adaptability and task completion aspects, have been implemented effectively. However, the technological skills aspect is deemed suboptimal. There is a need for improvement in technological skills and a shift in mindset among employees to address the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Abstract

Abstract The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the City of Banjarmasin is quite rapid every year. In running their business, business actors are expected to be able to process existing resources to create added value through various innovations and creative ideas. The development of the Small and Medium Industries has created intense competition and caused entrepreneurs to try to maintain their business. With such intense competition, business actors are required to have an advantage over their competitors. The desire to be superior and to be able to win the competition by applying the right competitive strategy must be possessed by every business actor in order to achieve the expected goals. The aims of this research are (1) to test and analyze Entrepreneurial Orientation on Small and Medium Industry Performance, (2) to test and analyze Market Orientation on Small and Medium Industry Performance. The research method uses descriptive associative survey approach. Data collected through questionnaires, then analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis model using the help of SmartPLS version 3 software. Abstract

Focus on three issues, namely (1) Whether there is a partial influence of leadership on employee performance at the PT. Kukar Sejahtera Dambaan Etam (Perseroda) Kutai Kertanegara Regency, (2) Is there a partial influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Kukar Sejahtera Dambaan Etam (Perseroda), (3) Is there a partial influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kukar Sejahtera Dambaan Etam (Perseroda) Kutai Kertanegara Regency and (3) Whether there is an influence of leadership, motivation and discipline together on employee performance at PT. Kukar Sejahtera Dambaan Etam (Perseroda). Method: This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples taken was 48 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires), while data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant partial influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Employees currently have many problems related to employment, especially employee performance, therefore problems related to performance need to find a solution. Employees have a very important role and they are the prime mover for smooth performance. Therefore, attention to human resources which is one of the factors for achieving organizational goals is appropriate at the Tabalong District Hikun Office. Focus on two issues, namely (1) Is there an influence of motivation on employee performance at the Tabalong Regency Hikun Office, and (2) Is there an influence of organizational climate on employee performance at the Tabalong Regency Hikun Office. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples taken was 48 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire), while the data analysis used Smart PLS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Tabalong Regency Hikun Office and there was a significant influence of Organizational Climate on employee performance at the Tabalong District Hikun Office.
