Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of Regional Competitiveness andUnemployment Rate on the Economic Growth Rate of Regencies and Cities in CentralJava 2018-2021. The data used is secondary data in the form of panel data in 35regencies and cities in Central Java Province. The results of panel data analysis showthat regional competitiveness and the unemployment rate simultaneously affect therate of economic growth in regencies/cities in Central Java 2018-2019, while partiallyregional competitiveness has a positive and significant influence on the rate ofeconomic growth in regencies and cities in Central Java in 2018-2021 and theunemployment rate has a negative and significant influence on the rate of economicgrowth in Regencies and Cities in Central Java in 2018-2021.

Abstract

The Ketapang-Lembar crossing will begin operations in April 2021. The construction of thiscrossing is intended to reduce the Gilimanuk-Denpasar traffic density and unravel the Padang Bai-Lembar crossing density. This research uses a quantitative method where the SmartPLS 3.0 application is used as a data analysis tool. Purposive sampling was the method used to collect data, and the sample was selected based on respondents who had used border transportation services at the Ketapang-Lembar crossing so that respondents had a general understanding of how to answer the questionnaire questions. The findings show that safety variables have the strongest influence on both customer satisfaction and loyalty when compared to comfort and reliability.

Abstract

Personal branding by a company is important to build a positive image for itsaudiences. One of the social media that is widely used is Instagram because it can bringup two-way communication and audio-visual sharing. PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk., a nickelmining company chose Instagram to build its personal branding as a way of marketingitself and to be remembered by the audience as a mining company that has excellencewith professional goals.This research is qualitative research using non-participant observation data collectiontechniques and documentation by looking at the content uploaded, content in the formof images and captions.The results of the study show that PT. Vale Indonesia builds personal branding as amining company that cares for fellow human beings and sustainable nature, supportslocal MSMEs, and upholds gender equality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, (2) The effect of Partially Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 Period, (3) Partial Effects of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016 – 2020 Period, (4) Partial Effects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2016 – 2020, and (5) Simultaneous Effects of ROA, ROE, DER, and GCG on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector g Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 period. Data obtained from the results of the company's financial performance questionnaire (ROA) , ROE and DER), stock returns and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) obtained on the website www.idx.co.id. and processed with data analysis techniques using the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) Partially there is a significant effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (2) Partially there is a significant effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (3) Partially there is a significant effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (4) Partially there is a significant effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (5) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of ROA, ROE, DER and GCG on stock returns of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence ofLeadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Victory Retalindo Cikarang branch. With the population and sample in this study as many as 70 respondents. What needs to be known is that human resources are an important factor that is always in the company because to achieve a company's vision by carrying out the mission is basically governed by humans. Including companies in the retail sector, namely PT. Victory Retalindo Cikarang branch. Leadership style is a pattern of behavior of a typical leader when influencing his subordinates, what the leader chooses to do. Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs shared by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from the others. Organizational commitment is where employees are very interested in the goals, values, and goals of the organization. Employee Performance is the ability, skills, and work results shown by an employee in carrying out their duties and responsibilities at work.The results of the R2 test which was carried out to test how much influence the independent variables had on the dependent variable in this study showed a figure of 87.7% while the other 12.3% were influenced by other factors. Leadership Style (X1) partially affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.007 or less than 0.05 and is declaredacceptable. Organizational Culture Variable (X2) partially affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 and is declared accepted. Organizational Commitment (X3) partially affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 and is declared accepted. Simultaneously the variables Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Organizational Commitment (X3) have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.00 or less than 0.05.

Abstract

Aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation onemployee performance at PT Kalimas Kharisma Banjarbaru. This study uses the method ofMultiple Linear Regression Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were employees ofPT Kalimas Kharisma Banjarbaru. The method used in this study is Multiple LinearRegression Analysis to determine the effect of each variable Work Environment, WorkMotivation, on Employee Performance at PT. Kalimas Kharisma Banjarbaru. By taking asample of 57 people and processing the data using the SPSS application program. Theresults showed that the work environment and work motivation had a significant partialeffect on employee performance at PT Kalimas Kharisma Banjarbaru. While simultaneouslyall the variables of the Work Environment, Work Motivation affect Employee Performanceat PT. Kalimas Kharisma Banjarbaru

Abstract

Women play an important role in entrepreneurship even though the number offemale entrepreneurs is lower than male entrepreneurs. However, the distancebetween the two genders of entrepreneurs (male and female) varies due to theinfluence of different roles and stereotypes on entrepreneurial behavior. Thepurpose of this study is to find these differences, this paper analyzes the culturebetween male and female entrepreneurship from a cultural perspective in 35SMEs. The results of the study show that there is no clear relationship betweengender types and differences in entrepreneurship based on gender.

Abstract

Political awareness has an important role as one of the basic needs in forming one's political views. The influence and political direction of the millennial generation in democratic life can be shown from three factors, including: (1) potential for political participation and choice beliefs, (2) sensitivity to social issues and policies, and (3) inclination towards candidates and political choices. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method which has the aim of explaining and summarizing various conditions regarding political awareness among millennials. The population of this study is millennials aged 18 to 22 years who live in Greater Jakarta. The research data was collected by questionnaire from 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between political awareness on political participation. The interest in political developments in Indonesia indicates that slowly the millennial generation is starting to realize the magnitude of the changes that politics will bring.

Abstract

ABSTRAK      Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menentukan komposisi jumlah produksi yang efektif untuk masing-masing produk standar di PT ATMI SOLO, dalam rangka untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, dengan menggunakan metode pemrograman linier, yaitu dengan memaksimalkan atau meminimumkan fungsi tujuan, dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah variable input berupa ketersediaan sumber daya perusahaan dan ketentuan-ketentuan lain dalam proses produksi.     Metode pemrograman linier diterapkan dengan menggunakan solver yang merupakan menu fasilitas perhitungan optimasi yang diinstal pada software Excel.  Optimasi keuntungan ditentukan dengan menggunakan 5 variabel keputusan, berupa 5 jenis standar produk mebel, dengan memperhitungkan kapasitas mesin produksi, target minimum penjualan, dan alokasi modal kerja. Formulasi keuntungan maksimal adalah (P) = 111 X1 + 137 X2 + 106 X3 +146 X4 + 138 X5.     Hasil output solver menunjukkan nilai keuntungan maksimum yang dapat diperoleh oleh PT ATMI SOLO sebesar Rp. 655.129.000, dengan menerapkan komposisi jumlah produk mebel yang harus diproduksi adalah X1=500 unit, X2= 2.470 unit; X3=500 unit; X4=500 unit; X5=982 unit. Kata kunci: keuntungan, pemrograman linier, optimasi, solver
