Abstract

ABSTRACT        This study, to measure the factors that influence turnover intention are job satisfaction and work stress at PT. Hasnur Riung Sinergi, Tapin Regency, shows that the employee turnover rate tends to be high due to the high workload.The research objective is to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention at PT. Hasnur Riung Synergy of Tapin Regency.This research is a quantitative research with a correlational exploration method between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Research data was collected by questionnaire from 81 respondents. Then tested with the SPSS version 25 program.       The results of the study show that there is a partial and simultaneous effect of job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The dominant variable in this study is job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and also analyze the effect of knowledge sharing onentrepreneurial attitudes and also the performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. This study uses quantitative data analysis methods, the sample in this study is SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin which are divided into 10 people in each sub-district with a total of 50 respondents. PLS analysis tool. The results of the analysis carried out prove that knowledge sharing has a direct, positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes and also the performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. Then the entrepreneurial attitude has a direct, positive and significant influence on the performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. This study also proves that there is an indirect, positive and significant effect between the performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin through entrepreneurial attitudes.

Abstract

Dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 terus bergaung di berbagai sektor, termasuk perhotelan. Grand Dafam Q Hotel Banjarbaru merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa perhotelan yang merasakan dampak dari pandemi ini, dengan mengalami penurunan penjualan yang cukup signifikan di sepanjang tahun 2021. Selain dampak pandemi terhadap penjualan, Grand Dafam Q Hotel Banjarbaru juga tertinggal dari para kompetitornya dalam hal harga dan promosi, menurut data responden.Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, hotel menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran, yang mencakup 7P: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Mengevaluasi elemen-elemen ini sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi perilaku dan niat pembelian konsumen.Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak dari harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menginap di Grand Dafam Q Hotel Banjarbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi harga dan promosi memiliki dampak secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan menginap konsumen di Grand Dafam Q Hotel Banjarbaru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The results showed that tax knowledge had an effect on taxpayer compliance, and tax sanctions also had an effect on taxpayer compliance. This proves how important knowledge of taxation is so that taxpayers understand how the rules, calculations and reporting of taxation. In addition, tax sanctions are also important to provide a deterrent effect on taxpayers who are not disciplined in paying taxes.

Abstract

This research focuses on BreakMacks Brand Business Plan Analysis in the Beakfast Food Business. The research method used is the study of literature, data collection methods and methods of analysis and planning. The data collection method is by conducting field surveys, collecting documents related to business processes, interviews and also benchmarking. The method of analysis and planning used is the Enterprise Architecture approach. The results achieved are Producing system strategy planning and technology that is useful for increasing the company's competitive value in future business competition.

Abstract

This research aims at examining and analyzing the effect of liquidity (current ratio), profitability (return on assets), and leverage (debt to equity ratio) on company value with the proxy of Tobin’s Q. This study also investigates the moderation effect of managerial ownership on the relationship among liquidity, profitability, and leverage on company value. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies of consumer goods with 74 observations for the period of 2015 to 2021. The result using the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis shows that profitability has a significant effect on the company value, but liquidity and leverage have no significant effect on the company value. The moderation effect of managerial ownership affects the relationship between liquidity and the company value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership cannot moderate the relationship between profitability (return on asset) and leverage (debt to equity ratio) on the company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the clarity of budget objectives and reporting systems on the performance accountability of government agencies. This study is also to test whether the internal control system mediates the effect of the clarity of government budget objectives and reporting systems. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the compilers of performance accountability reports of government agencies in Kotabaru. The population of this study was all SKPD in the Kotabaru Regency Government, totaling 30 SKPD consisting of 82 sample respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The analysis is assisted by the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the clarity of budget targets and internal control affect the performance accountability of government agencies while the reporting system has no effect on performance accountability. Clarity of budget targets, and reporting systems affect internal control. Internal control as an interverning variable can affect the clarity of budget objectives and the accountability reporting system for the performance of the Kotabaru local government agencies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, test, and measure the performance of BhayangkaraHospital Palangka Raya Services in terms of Customer Perspective. The type of thisresearch is quantitative descriptive. The data collected are secondary data and primarydata. The secondary data was obtained from the documentation of medical recordreports of the year 2020-2022. The primary data was obtained through questionnairesdistributed to patients of Bhayangkara Hospital Palangka Raya. The results showed thatthe hospital's performance from the customer perspective calculated based oncustomer retention and customer acquisition in 2020-2022 was on average good.Meanwhile the customer satisfaction indicators from five variables, namely tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, were generally classifiedassatisfactory. The management needs to pay special attention to the assessment ofindicators that have not been good or good enough, and maintain the assessment ofgood indicators in order to improve the hospital’s performance in the future.

Abstract

Public Relations has a very fundamental role in developing the reputation oftertiary institutions. Higher education is also an organization that provideseducational services and also needs to manage its image. This will relate to publictrust in aspects of the quality of education and other fundamental componentsinherent in educational institutions. The problems in this paper is how the role ofpublic relations in maintaining the image of higher education. The results of thediscussion here are that PR for higher education institutions must know what theneeds of each of the public are. If then these needs are known, PR must conveythem to parties who can meet these needs so that if these needs can beaccommodated properly, it will lead to satisfaction for the public so that thepositive reputation of the organization can be achieved. PR in his job is to sellreputation. Selling reputation which is an accumulation of image is a form ofselling which can be said to be invisible directly even though it can be saidimplicitly but has a very large impact on an organization. In this case, universitypublic relations must be able to work together with any division in order toachieve the goal of achieving a positive reputation and image itself

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode literature review yang dilaksanakan dengan cara menganalisis dan menelaah artikel-artikel ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja, stress kerja, dan turnover intention untuk dikaji secara mendalam. Artikel yang dipilih oleh penulis merupakan artikel ilmiah dengan rentang waktu dari tahun 2020 sampai Mei 2023, dan semuanya menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penulisan literature review ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention. Dimana berdasarkan penelitian ini dan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya didapatkan hasil bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan stress kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention.
