Abstract

Interpersonal communication is very important in an organization. The interpersonal communication within an organization is often ineffective due to inefficient communication that can lead to misunderstand the meaning of the message. The success or failure of an organization is determined by all the elements that exist within the organization, all of it is inseparable from the well-established interpersonal communication that exists both in every village officials and the public.The role of interpersonal communication and the performance of the village officials are very important in supporting a village development, especially the construction of the roads or bridges in Sungai Kayu village, hence the author interested in researching with a title “The Role of Interpersonal Communication and The Performance of The Village Government Officials Towards The Infrastructure Development of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District”.The research was conducted in RT.4, RT.5 and RT.6 of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District in May 2013. The approach method used was a quantitative of all the data collected from 139 respondents analyzed in descriptive using a percentage technique.The analysis result of partial significance for all variables was 73.27%, thus the role of interpersonal communication and the performance of the village government officials towards the infrastructure development of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District have been categorized achieved with indicators: X1 (the interpersonal communication), X2 (the performance of village government officials) and the dependent variable Y are the dependent variables. Therefore, this research is expected to improve the interpersonal communication better among the villagers and between the villagers and the village officials, besides this research can also improve the performance of the village officials especially in the development of both physical and nonphysical. Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Performance of village government Officials

Abstract

       Career management is an employee career management process that covers the stages of career planning activities, career development and counseling, and career decision making. Career management involves all parties including employees concerned with the unit where the employee works, and the organization as a whole. Therefore, career management covers a vast area of activity. In this paper the stages to be discussed are about the factors that affect the career orientation of individuals.       Career management covers a vast area of activity. The importance of career management for employees is to increase the potential and productivity for their advancement, while for the company is to plan their human resources in improving the company's business value and business competition.       Career planning and development is a career management function. companies that want their employees to work with good skills and knowledge should be able to plan and develop their employees' careers, while for employees with career planning and development, employees can know their career goals and direction.

Abstract

The importance of communication in human life must be recognized becausehumans are social beings. We are social creatures and heavily depend on our abilityto communicate to make our way through the world.This is a descriptive-qualitative research. The data and the informationwere taken from the documents that were appropriate to the subjects and the objectsof research and conducted through the depth interview of the informants.The analysis showed that the strategy undertaken by the Public Relation ofthe Government of South Kalimantan Province, especially in the dissemination ofgovernment police in the are is still not optimal given the existing strategy conceptis still not fully refers to the concept of public relations that is only limited to thecollection/processing of data, publication/dissemination and assessment/evaluationalthough in terms of cooperation with journalists was conducted by PR, but for theimplementation of the effective response to various policies of govermentregulations can not be implemented yet maximal.South Kalimantan in order to carry out PR duties and obligations in anoptimal, ideally public relations activities are directed to the Public Relationsactivities. Structurally, the Office of Public Relations and information equivalen tothe ranks of the head is placed within the province of South Kalimantan SKPD For itis first necessary to be done in order to become good public relations personnel areproviding adequate functional. Required the addition of facilities and infrastructureare adequate in quantity and quality.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the skills of discussion grade VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Strait by using strategies of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor). Through a strategy of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor), an increase can be seen in the process as well as in products.This type of research this is a class action research (PTK). The research was carried out in junior high Country with the subject Straits 1 is grade VIII F, consisting of 35 students. Collaboration between researchers with English subjects in this study for three sikus. Techniques used include data collection, observation, interview, a skills test, and discuss the Notes field. Research instrument used is a sheet of observation, interview guidelines, notes field, and discussion skills assessment sheets students.The results showed that, the use of strategies of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor) can improve learning skills in discussing grade VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Strait. The increase shown from the quality of the learning process that reflected the spirit of learning, students ' attention towards learning, active students, the learning process, and the opportunity to speak. The increase in products can be seen from the average score of pratindakan discussion skills until the cycle III. On pratindakan, score an average of 8.09 earned class, then increased to 14.03 on cycle I and cycle II 18.77. The last increase occurred in cycle III i.e. be 21.52. An increase in the average score of the cycle I to III of 7.49 cycle, while the average score of the class from pratindakan to cycle III of 13.43.

Abstract

Communication competence of customer service can improve public service satisfaction. The purpose of this research are to describe the communication competence of customer service on servicing community and create community satisfaction on Integrated Licensing Service AgencyThe method used in this research is qualitative research. On qualitative research, communication competence described through the attitude that showed by servicer and also valuation expression that showed by customer. Data collection technique that used on this research are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results on this research showed that communication competence of customer servce on integrated licensing service agency Banjarbru include knowledge component, motivation, skills, and creadibulity from comunicatior. Communication competence of customer service on BP2T official Banjarbaru have fulfilled Service Operational Standar and improving public service satisfaction.

Abstract

This Research isconducted on the basis of assumption that teacher performance influenced by motivation, job experience and satisfaction of teacher activity. This research aim to to know what is motivation, job experience and satisfaction of teacher activity have an effect on by signifikan to performance learn in Madrasah Ibtidayah Banjang and to know what is motivation, job experience and satisfaction of activity do not have an effect on by signifikan to satisfaction of activity learn in Madrasah Ibtidayah Banjang, by using quantitative research method. Result of research of that Variables Motivation, Job Experience and Satisfaction of activity by self or parsial there is having an effect on signifikan and there is which do not have an effect on signifikan to performance Learn MI Banjang. From third Variables Motivation, job experience of Satisfaction of activity hence variable satisfaction of activity represent variable owning dominant influence to performance Learn MI Banjang.Keyword : motivation, job experience, satisfaction of activity and performance.

Abstract

 Teachers as professionals in the field of education, in addition to understand the things that are philosophical and conceptual, also need to know and carry out the things that are technical. Matters of a technical nature, particularly the activities of managing and implementing the teaching and learning interactions. This research is a quantitative research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with statistical methods. The method used in this study is a random sampling with Slovin formula. Number of sample are 44 student as respondent. The study found there is a partial effect significant Interpersonal Communication Between Teachers with Learning Results students of class XI in Madrasah Aliyah in District Cempaka  , between teaching and learning activities to the success of Learning, the facilities of the success of the Student class XI studied at Madrasah Aliyah in District Cempaka , There is a simultaneous influence of Interpersonal Communication Between Teachers and Learning Facilities basis for success Student Madrasah Aliyah class XI in District Cempaka. Abstract

The central issue in this study is less optimal public service to the community, such as care of the ID card, family card and others. This study aims to: ( 1 ) To find evidence of direct services provided in the Pandan River District Employee Population Administration Services to the community, ( 2 ) To determine the reliability of the Pandan River District Employee Population Administration Services to the community, ( 3 ) To determine the Employee Responsiveness River District of North Hulu Sungai Pandan .The method used in this study were A study to provide a detailed overview of the background, the nature, characteristics, typical of the performance pegawai kecamatan in pelayanan publik. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Analysis of the research results are used qualitative analysis with data reduction step , the presentation of the data and draw conclusions .The results showed : ( 1 ) direct evidence of service in the Office have not been able to support the improvement of service quality as the number of service personnel are still lacking, especially his ability is not supported by the availability of technical equipment and adequate service -based technology, the information service and the conditions of service of less comfortable, ( 2 ) Reliability has not been able to support the quality of service, because they can not fulfill the exact period of time, which is often the timeliness of customer complaints, although in terms of the accuracy of product services and product destruction service level is good enough, ( 3 ) Responsiveness layananbelum support quality of care because officials are still not ready sepenuhhati, can not respond well to the needs of customers as well as less serious response to the problems faced. Keywords:  Performance, Services Quality, Administration.

Abstract

This research purposes to desribe motivation, discipline and leadership in the Departemet of the distric Social in Palangka Raya city. The sampling chooses 69 officer to be teken the number of population 218 officers, sampling technic to use Proportional random sampling. The research instrument chooses questioner, to be built in 1-5 scale, score 1 for very bad reaction, and score 5 for very good reaction. The technic of the date analysis chooses descriptive analysis and doble regrasi analysis.The result of this research show both motivation and discipline of the officers in the Department of the Distric social in Palangka Raya city Regency can be categoried good. The Main motivation of the officer to be supported by the high of the opportunity to built self potency to work, whereas discipline to be shown by the acceptance of the officer will be punished if the break the rule anthe arrangement to be used even the leadership the behavior has done dominance in the usual organization is delegatif behavior.The result of hipotesis show that motivation, discipline and leadership to be proved positive in influence and significant to carrier of the officer and among variable of motivation, discipline and leadership to appear motivation is a dominant variable to influence the carrier of the officer in  the Department Of The Distric social in Palangka Raya city.

Abstract

The result of the first hipothesis examination shows that organizational commitment (x1) has no significant impact on internal auditors’ job satisfaction. The result of the second hipothesis examination shows that professional commitment (x2) has no significant impact on internal auditors’ job satisfaction. Then, the result of the third hipothesis examination shows that interaction between organizational commitment and motivation (Zx1-Zx3) does not have an effect on the job satisfaction and last, the result of the fourth hipothesis examination shows that interaction between professional commitment and motivation (Zx2-Zx3) does not have an effect on the job satisfaction which means that here, in this reseacrh, motivation does not represent as a moderating variable.
