Abstract

Krisis ekonomi yang terjadi di negara Indonesia sejak beberapa waktu yang lalu, dimana banyak usaha berskala besar yang mengalami stagnasi bahkan berhenti aktifitasnya. Sektor Industri Kecil Menengah {IKM} terbukti lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi krisis tersebut. Mengingat pengalaman yang telah dihadapi oleh Indonesia selama krisis, kiranya tidak berlebihan apabila pengembangan sektor swasta difokuskan pada IKM. Penempatan IKM pada posisi sangat strategis tersebut karena IKM dianggap dapat memenuhi kebutuhan untuk mendiversifikasi perekonomian nasional agar dapat melindunginya terhadap fluktuasi dan kresisi ekonomi. Kemampuan manajemen sangatlah penting dalam industri kecil, menengah dan industri besar, dimana masing-masing memerlukan kegiatan manajemen untuk melakukan koordinasi dalam kemampuan atau skill yang dimiliki pekerja maupun koodinasi sumber-sumber yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kemampuan manajemen terhadap kinerja Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Sasirangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif (positivism), karena data yang diperoleh dari hasil survey dalam bentuk angka atau bilangan yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan manajemen berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung yang bersifat positif terhadap Kinerja IKM. Hasil GeSCA diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,029* dan CR = 4.28* (signifikan) bertanda positif.. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan manajemen yang dimiliki oleh pemilik IKM sasirangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja IKM.

Abstract

The background of this study by organizational climate and job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency. This is affected by organizational climate, job discipline and employees performance. The purpose this study is how much influence the organizational climate, job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 54 respondents in the Politeknik Muara Teweh of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the organizational climate variable (X1) of 40.2%, job discipline (X2) amounted to 63.8%, singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Employees performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% Employee performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is known that the dominant variable affecting Employee performance variables are variables besides Organizational climate and Job discipline.

Abstract

A communications climate and organization represent matter which need to become attention a organizational head because the factor many at least follow to influence employees behaviour. Communications in any context is elementary form of adaptation to environment. To be able to create communications climate and good organization require to comprehend both the things and also situation of employees specially in environment work Radio Republic Of Indonesia office of Palangka Raya.Pursuant to breakdown of above can be raised by the following problem formula: How communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting Of Public. While this Research aim to to find picture how communications climate in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting of Public.Approach method which is used in this research is approach of quantitative deskriftif with analysis percentage of mean to see communications climate picture in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting. Conceptually communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya have individuality as institute broadcasting of public especially its employees attitude picture.As for result of analysis and solution of this thesis is Climate communications in RRI Palangka Raya can be described as an atmosphere having a meaning of to all employees in running its duty as employees of RRI after there is change of position as institute broadcasting of public (LPP). This indicate that after change as LPP, employees of RRI Palangka Raya also feel change, do not only serving public externally but also internally between employees. As employees of  RRI Palangka Raya, they have binding according to organizational communications climate dimension to is to supporting each other in attainment of target service of public, involvement in so many duty and role of RRI Palangka Raya in running function of social mass media, beside factor each other trusting, to be accompanied by relation/link credibility and confidence and also openness in organization, which giving meaning at climate of komunikadi in RRI Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the Islamic view of the  marriages, 2) a comparison of 4 schools about the marriages of marriage in Islam. Type of juridical-normative research or doctrinal legal research. Library research, namely research activities carried out by collecting and tracing data and processing (books, literature and library materials) related to the topic of discussion. The type of research is qualitative research which is a particular tradition in social science that is fundamentally dependent on humans in its own region and relates to these people in its discussion and in its terminology. Material of the Law of the Qur'an, hadith, and the opinion of the school of Iman Syafii, Hanafi Faith, Maliki Imam, Hambali Faith. The data analysis method used in this research is analytical descriptive method.The results of the study explain that dowry may be in the form of money, jewelry, household furniture, animals, services, commercial property or other objects that have a price. or a sack of wheat. If it is not known from various aspects that allow determination of the amount of dowry, then according to all schools except Maliki, the contract remains valid, but the dowry is null. While Maliki believes that the contract is invalid and in fact before mixing at the campuri, the contract is declared valid by using mahar mitsli. Maliki said that if the contract had not been mixed it was invalid. But if there had been a mixture then the contract was declared valid and the wife had the right to mitsli mahr. Meanwhile, Syafi'i, Hanafi and Hambali argue that, the contract remains valid, and the wife has the right to mitsli mahr.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of coordination and the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services at the district office Halong Balangan.This type of research used in this study is the type Eksplanatory, while the approach used is a quantitative approach. To prove the relationship of coordination and the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services, will be analyzed using Chi Square models. Measuring the quality of care in this study refers to the majority opinion of Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (Tjiptono, 2004: 132) Levince in Ratminto (2005: 175). Factors affecting the quality of service inferred from Moenir opinion, The Liang Gie Fan Info and theory The Triangle of Service Quality proposed by Morgan and Murgatroyd.The results of this study indicate that coordination with the quality of public services in dimensions realiability and Assurance at the district office Halong district Balangan good level of Significant 1% and 5% proved to be no correlation, while coordination with the quality of public services in the dimension Responsiveness, Empathy, Tangibles at level Significant 1 % proved to be no relationship and the significant level of 5% proved no relationship. While the ability of personnel to the quality of public services in the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles at the district office Halong Balangan at significant level of 1% proved no hungan, while the significant level of 5% proved to be no relationship.Keywords: Quality of Public Services, Coordination and Administrative Capabilities

Abstract

This study design using quantitative and qualitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 50 respondents officers in the Department of Population and Civil Registration North Barito regency. Program data analysis using SPSS version 16.0. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that variables Emotional Intelligence (X1) of 56.2%, HR Capability (X2) of 69.8%, and Service Effectiveness (X3) amounted to 86.3% singly or together have a positive and significant impact on the Public Organization performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.879 indicates that 87.9% of Public Organization Performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 12.1% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is known that the dominant variable affecting the Public Organization Performance is variable effectiveness in addition to the variables Emotional Intelligence Service and the ability of human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how Communication Analysis Community Empowerment Program (A Case Study Corporate Social Responsibility Education Program). The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, this method is trying to describe and explain an event by looking at the facts that exist as observations, but researcher also analyze and integrate, after that researcher conducted a classification. Data collection methods that writer use are interviews and documentaries.These results indicate CSR Department PT. Adaro Indonesia also implements its management as POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Fund management process of Adaro's CSR program PT. Adaro Indonesia is closely related to the district government. The results of the research, it was found that the knowledge of the community has a moderate level of knowledge on CSR.

Abstract

 Monitoring the location of the current space is needed as one of the security or surveillance which can be used for state information on the location of the room. No matter if we are at the location, but if we are not on the site, of course we can not see or monitor room / where we left off. The lack of oversight / monitoring done if leaders are not in an office, employees often abuse that opportunity to other interests, such as out of the office during working hours, lunch break over the time limit is set, perform activities outside duties and functions as an employee, and behaviors of others. It is most likely to solve it is by monitoring the room (streaming webcam) using HP / SmartPhone, with the help of the PC, Modem, Network Internet, and Mobile devices themselves.Keywords: Mobile, Monitoring Room, Webcam, Performance Improvement.

Abstract

       Level of Implementation of Training result of The Training BP3K Management and Leadership  For BP3K Leaders. This research is an evaluation to know the level of application of training materials by  training partisipants to subject matters that have been trained in Management Training and Leadership of BP3K For BP3K Leaders. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported qualitative.Data collection by survey technique.  To strengthen the results, the data were also collected from the assessment of the direct superior of the training participants and the co-workers of the training participants.       The results of this study indicate that the level of application of the material for the overall training subject matters that has been trained on average included in the category is very high. But there is material for Training Subject Matter BP3K Organizing Activity results of its application level not yet optimal, although still in high category. This is because decision-making on the aspect of organizing activities wholly depends on policies at the higher levels of Institutions.

Abstract

Communication interpersonal ustadz is a process interaction in interpersonal done byustadz with students ( santri ) in an effort to give a lesson about akhlakul karimah in a hutpesantren darul ilmi by using verbal communication and nonverbal.This study aims to to see how the role of communication interpersonal ustadz inaccustom children behave aklakul karimah as prayers heads , enforce discipline attitude ,guard cleanliness , keep order , guard honesty and having attitude each other help oneanother in a hut pesantren darul ilmi banjarbaru. Research methodology this is researchdescriptive qualitative.Research carried out in place pondok pesantren darul banjarbaruscienceThe research results show akhlakul karimah in the implementation of the education inpondok pesantren darul ilmi done through three lanes , namely aspects knowledge (cognitive ), aspects the attitude ( affective ) and facets practice in behavior ( psychomotor )dail . So as to achieve the success of the over three aspects, done technique communicationinterpersonal , either in the form of klasikal to a group and to individual. Theimplementation of akhlakul karimah, measured by the six indicators, namely practice andpembiasaan prayer heads, enforcement discipline, keep order, guard honesty, guardcleanliness, and build attitude one another.
