Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a process of health workers in interpersonal interactions performed by health workers with pulmonary TB patients in order to maintain continuity of treatment of pulmonary TB patients to complete treatment using verbal and nonverbal communication. Thesis research method is descriptive qualitative research. Where the research was conducted in Teluk Tiram PHC Banjarmasin.The research objective was to determine whether there is influence the quality of interpersonal communication established between health workers with pulmonary TB patients within the continuity of the treatment of diseases in the Gulf oysters PHC Banjarmasin.Results of the study found that the treatment, pulmonary TB patients want the officer to receive and treat them like their own relatives or friends, served with a welcoming and friendly. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to be honest in giving information and explanations how can they heal. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to give the award, be friendly, attentive and always giving encouragement. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to serve them amicably. Most health care workers are already communicating effectively. The implications of effective communication is performed there is a tendency of health workers towards patients treatment is successful.Suggestions of this study to enhance good communication skills for health workers needed special training, should implement a service that is familial and not too formal, spend more time in contact with with pulmonary tuberculosis, truthful information, and can provide encouragement and concern in providing services and foster good communication. Further research needs to be done about that has not been covered in this study.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is descriptive method with case-study research type. The research data collection technique is survey which was carried through interviews and questionnaires with the company director and general service manager of the sales department. The collection of data obtained was analyzed using SWOT analysis. For in order to make an accurate strategy for a company to run, it is necessary to begin with reviewing the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and also threats for the company.            From the SWOT analysis undertaken, it was figured that the IFAS value is 2,64584 and the EFAS value is  2,32827. Moreover, the IE matrix showed that the company’s position is in the concentration strategy through horizontal integration or stability. This is a state where the company is experiencing a period of growth. These results inferred that the fittest strategy the company should implement is a growth strategy through horizontal integration. It is an activity to expand the company by building market, stores, and outlet sales in as many cities as possible in Indonesia, and also to improve the products through product innovations. The result of SWOT diagram also showed that the company carries out aggressive strategy or at quadrant 1 that possesses positive value.            From the research results, it can be concluded that the company should implement SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy for the company to maintain the ability to survive in the business competition.

Abstract

Investors who invest in the company would have analyzed the condition of the company. One way to find out the condition of the company is that investors can see from the company's financial performance and investors can also know the size of the financial ratios related to the level of stock returns to be received by investors. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance of the stock return on LQ45 companies listed on stock exchanges of Indonesia. The test used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regresion).as to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.F test used to test whether all the variables used in all this study simultaneously has a significant effect, where as the T test is used to test whether partial variables have a significant effect on stock returns. This study employs three variables as indicators of financial performance; ratio of PER, ROE, EPS. These results shows that EPS variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns, partially showing that the only variable EPS has a significant effect (with a significant degree the level of 5%) of stock return, while Variabel PER, ROE does not have a significant effect on return shares.

         PT. Bata Indonesia is a company engaged in footwear manufacturing and retail industry. The increasing competition in today’s business world becomes a challenge for the company to keep competing and surviving in the competition.         The research method used in this research is descriptive method with case-study research type. Abstract

Increasingly rapid competition leads to organizational awareness on importance of having qualified, integrated and high committed human resources with ability to support organizational performance in general. Thus, it is necessary for organization to look for any factors that can improve employee work motivation, one of which is by improvement on employee work productivity. From the above description, the author tries to study the influences of extrinsic motivation on the improvement on employee work productivity in Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Branch of Palangka Raya. The research aims to find out description of work motivation influences on employee productivity. In this study, the method used is descriptive method with survey method approach. Data collection techniques used by the author are library research to obtain secondary data, and field research in order to obtain primary data by interview technique. From results of this study, it indicates that the influences of extrinsic motivation has significant influences on improving employee work productivity with the calculation results of the analysis show that the determination value is 0.90, which means the level of incentives on work motivation has 100% positive influences, which means the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to, test the significant influence partially on the Product Quality Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service testing the significant influence partially on Customer Satisfaction and, to test significant influence price perceptions partially to Customer Satisfaction.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all customers or consumers cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi .Sampel study of 50 people .Pengujian partially Effect of Variable Product Quality (X1) to Customer Satisfaction, is equal to 0,511, with thus, the hypothesis that product quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Effect of Variable Quality of Service (X2) to the value t variable quality of service is equal to -0,114, Thus, the hypothesis that service quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Variables Influence Perception Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin.Nilai t Variable Perception is the price of 15,569, this result is greater than the t-table is thus partially 2,011.Dengan price perception have a significant impact on customer satisfaction on bottled cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin probability variable error rate of 0,00 (less than 0,05) .With thus, the hypothesis that the perception of price positive effect on customer satisfaction on oil bottled cooking CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proved acceptable.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to: 1) describe  education and training program of employees’, 2) describe employees’ job performance, 3) find out the education and training program variable’s could be increasing to employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district.         This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way.         The descriptive result of the research showed that the PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district still can be categorized in good condition.         While the inferential result of this research showed that education and training are influence toward employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district .         For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section in PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influences of Discount Price on Occupancy Rate applied by Lampang Hotel Palangka Raya city. It is used research method by Comperative method and Simple Regression analysis in order to determine the influences of Discount Price strategy on Occupancy Rate whether it can increase or decrease on Lampang Hotel Palangka Raya City.Results of the Discount Price strategy on Occupancy Rate are seen as the strategy that can be used by the Hotel Management to determine comparison of each room type to be rented by guests. Therefore, it indicates percentage of room renting realization on Sahid Hotel namely for standard rooms, there is 100% renting realization, for standard room, there is 99,97%.And for business, the rental realization is 99.94% so that the application of Discount Price can increase the Occupancy Rate in Lampang Hotel Palangka Raya City with an increase in percentage for STD, DLX, and BIS types on average is above 50%.From results of these calculations, it can be obtained simple regression as follows: Y = -0,258 + -1,628x. This shows that Discount Price or X is directly proportional to Occupancy Rate or Y. If the Discount Price increases, the Occupancy Rate also increases, otherwise, if the Discount Price decreases the Occupancy Rate will also decrease.

Abstract

Government organizational human resources consisting of leaders and employees. Organization of youth sports culture and tourism is particular agencies a government that has personnel were 60 employees. Organization of youth sports culture and tourism of a system of the indonesian government is a system of government bureaucracy that was overall would be a lot determined by the these agencies.Research aims to understand effects of climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees. The kind of research this is research quantitative to test the influence of between variables free variable bound, with the number of respondents about 60 personnel.Research this analyzed by the use of a test statistic spss for windows version 17. The research results show that there are influence in partial between climate organizations and style leadership of the performance of employees. There is the influence of simultaneously between climate organization style leadership of performance.Keywords : organizational climate, leadership style and performance

Abstract

Human resources will determine on the success of company activity implementation. There is an increasing urgent need for companies to obtain, develop and maintain qualified human resources in accordance with always changing environmental dynamic. This research aims to (1). To determine the influences of communication and leadership ability on the effectiveness of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch of Palangka Raya (2).To find out the variable with the most dominant influence on employee effectiveness at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch of Palalangka Raya. This research was conducted at the Office of PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangka Raya on A. Yani Street as the research objects are the employees who work at PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya. Based on the partial test conducted on the variables included in the analysis model, it can be seen that both research variables, namely Communication variable (X1) of 0.377, and organizational culture (X2) of 0.363, which simultaneously have influence and significance on the effectiveness of employee working at PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya. Similarly, if seen partially, it is known that both variables have positive and significant influences. The communication ability performed by the employees serves as the most dominant variable on the work effectiveness of employees of PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya which could be seen from the amount of influence namely by 37.7%.
