The success rate of a communication can be seen from the level of achievement of the purpose of communicating, if the purpose of communicating is not achieved then the communication can be said gagal.Ada some of the problems faced by the Air Force, especially therein that may interfere with the performance of the performance, can degrade performance, and bad for the organization. Restrictions problem in this thesis the two groups in terms of the smoothness of the material operational duties in the Air Force Air Force Base Sjamsudin Noor Banjarmasin is work motivation and interpersonal communication. Qualitative descriptive research with phenomenological approach, to determine the cases studied, focused on the characteristics, performed on a target or location or subject, namely the means of communication interpersonal relationships with the motivation to work in the Air Force Air Force Base Sjamsudin Noor Banjarmasin. Patterns of communication of research results that are run by the Air Force command. When the communication flowing through the official designated by the official hierarchy of the organization or by the job function of the message according to a formal communication network. Message in a formal communication network usually flows from top to bottom, from bottom to top or from the same level or horizontally. in principle, the placement of employees in the Air Force Sjamsudin Noor has been based on "the right man on the right place". The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in Lion Group Distric Kalimantan. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to Lion Group Distric Kalimantan 112 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 27. A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style have a positive influence toward employee performance. Motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance and work discipline have a positive influence toward employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influencethe mutation, Job Promotion and competence either singly or jointly to the EmployeeCareer Development at the National Unity and Politics of North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collectedthrough questionnaires to 40 respondents in the apparatus of National Unity and thePolitics of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratifiedrandom sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of thedata obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of coveringvalidity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, thecoefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis ofmultiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the mutation variable (X1) of 40.2%,Promotions Position (X2) amounted to 63.8%, and Competence (X3) amounted to 84.2%singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Career DevelopmentEmployees (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% EmployeeCareer Development variables influenced by three independent variables used in theregression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outsidethe three variables used in this study.

This research explained role of advertising communication as one part of the business that must be managed well for internal interests and external interests of the company is marketing is by promoting property products through advertising media with the advantages perusahan the type of house in Cahaya Residence subsidized as an attraction for prospective customers who are implemented by PT. Mila Cahaya Hakijaya to increase sales. The result of observation and discussion shows that the company implements the marketing process in several stages. Before implementing the marketing stage to the consumer, the marketing division of PT. Mila Cahaya Hakijaya conducts a market opportunity analysis and target market selection first to get a description on the market in the marketing process to be done. The pricing process of Cahaya Residence housing is highly considered by the company; it is because an appropriate price will benefit the company because the consumer’s interest will increase so that it will be able to compete with other property company. In undertaking the marketing process of Cahaya Residence housing, PT. Mila Cahaya Hakijaya employed two marketing or promotion media, advertisement media and personal selling method. Advertisement media employed by the company included the billboard putting in the strategic place, brochure distribution, promotion via internet media and attending the property exhibition. Meanwhile the personal selling was carried out with face-to-face marketing method so that the consumer can receive clearly the message of advertisement delivered.

The aims of this research were to: 1) describe perception organizational support of employees’, 2) describe organizational commitment, 3) find out the perception organizational support and empowerment variable’s could be increasing to employees’ organizational commitment at PDAM Bandarmasih Banjarmasin city. This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way. The descriptive result of the research showed that the PDAM Banjarmasin city still can be categorized in good condition. While the inferential result of this research showed that perception organizational support and empowerment are influence to organizational commitment at PDAM Banjarmasin city. For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section at PDAM Banjarmasin city , so they can manage the employees’ job behavior for the better organizational commitment.

Islamic Waqif has an important role as one of the instruments in the economic empowerment of the people. In history, awqf played an important role in the development of social, economic and cultural life of the people. Both laws and regulations in the form of Law No. 41 of 2004 and Government Regulation No.42 of 2006 regulating the interests of worship, education, social and more important are the interests of the people's economic welfare. This study has a general purpose to formulate productive awqf management strategies in Indonesia, with specific objectives as follows: a.Identify constraints in developing productive awqf in Indonesia; b. Formulate productive awqf management strategies in Indonesia as literacy efforts in the field of da'wah in the community. Research examines the factors that influence the productive awqf management in Indonesia, through interviews of experts and regulators. Then analyze the policy. With the ANP and SWOT methods, that found the Strengths factors are Regulations / Laws and the largest Muslim population in the world. While Weaknesses are a lack of socialization and traditional mindset about awqf. Elements in the SWOT method, which is an opportunity to develop awqf (Opportunity) is the collection of endowments as the main element of worship and Professionalism in managing waqif funds. And the Threats in waqif management are materialistic lifestyle (hedonism) and non-Islamic education patterns. It is expected that the results of this study can provide input to the Regulators (Government and Legislature), Academics, Wakif and the Community beneficiaries of the awqf itself.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variable place and promotion both simultaneously and partially on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions on the Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin. And want to know the dominant variables that influence purchasing decisions on the Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin. The data used is the result of distributing questionnaires to respondents who shop at the purchase decision on the Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin. The sample selection technique is Accindental Sampling with a total of 89 consumers. Data processing techniques using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results showed that the overall place and promotion variables simultaneously influence the purchasing decision variables on the Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin of 35,161. The influence of place and promotion variables partially on purchasing decisions on Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin, namely 5,947/0.000 place and 2,962/0.004 promotion. Promotional variables have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Ukhuwah Mart Banjarmasin. This means that according to consumers' perception of promotion factors become something that is considered important in efforts to create purchasing decisions on the Ukhuwah Mart. Referring to the terminated Coefficient (R Square) of 0.450, the purchase decision on the Ukhuwah Mart 45% is influenced by place and promotion variables. While the remaining 55% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to determine the position of communication in the form ofgreeting among members of the family, communication in the forms of greetingamong members of the family and the factors that led to the existence ofcommunication in the form of an assortment of greeting among members of thefamily. This study shows that the effectiveness of ongoing communication Javanesecultural forms and manifestations vary. Based completeness of its elements, greetingcommunication among members of the family can be divided into three, namelycommunication form of greeting that looks complete and incomplete, as well as theform of communication form of address is a combination of communication forms acomplete address and communication form of address is not complete.Based on the classification of meaning and means of communication betweenfamily members form of address can be the name of self, kin terms, paraban,knighted, adjective and poyokan transformation.While based on the factors thatinfluence communication among members of the family is a form of greeting theparticipants said, the intention said, the color of emotion, the second and the third,the tone of talk atmosphere, environment and infrastructure said said.

Cooperative employees Pedami Banjarmasin has the task of coordinating andimplementing the management, provision, exploitation and pemasran cooperativeefforts in accordance with the direction, objectives and business strategy. KopkarPedami Banjarmasin is Banjarmasin PDAM employee-owned cooperative that aims toprosper and provide services to its members.The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance KopkarPedami Banjarmasin by the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprisesof the Republic of Indonesia 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The data used in thisresearch is secondary data and the data collected through observation, interviews anddocumentation. Assessment of financial performance Kopkar Pedami Banjarmasin basedon financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) in 2010-2013 from theaspect of productivity in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives andSmall and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII /2009. PT. BRI Unit Handil Bakti is a bank company engaged in the field of savings and loans, so far in lending has not been optimal in analyzing lending to customers. The lack of attention of the company in channeling credit activities, especially related to corporate credit decision making, has an adverse impact on bad loans for the company. To apply the 5C principle in making credit decisions, it can take several steps including: assessing prospective customers, knowing the seriousness of prospective customers, tightening the selection of prospective customers and also companies need to train the relevant analysis team in it and coordinate all parts of the loan on an ongoing basis to support the results distribution of company credit products. PT. BRI Handil Bakti Unit is less optimal in implementing prudential principles in making credit decisions, so that it impacts on operational activities and lending. The company needs to have good planning to maximize lending activities so that the company is more selective in assessing prospective customers so as to suppress problem loans / suppress the NPL level to a minimum.
