Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to develop a strategic marketing plan for a Heart & Cardiovascular Hospital in Jakarta coded Hospital XYZ. The strategic framework in this study is using market-based management concept which is rarely used in the healthcare business development. Mix method analysis are implemented in this study which combining the survey, interview, field observation, and documents review in the process of data collection method. Results show that in marketing attractiveness index, the market of cardiovascular healthcare system is attractive with score 61.5, meanwhile the competitive position of the Hospital XYZ is 59.8. The portfolio matrix which is implemented shows that offensive strategy is more suitable for the strategic marketing plan of the hospital for the upcoming years. There are two alternatives of offensive strategy which are ‘Growth Market Share’ strategy and ‘Expand Market Demand’ Strategy. Those strategies could be implemented by improving the quality of sales force, initiating the Corporate and Marketing Communication, and also expanding to B2B market by forcing Push and Pull Communication Strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the direct effect of empathy and social support on the social entrepreneurship intention at Bung Hatta University students. A total of 208 samples were used in this study. The results of research testing show that empathy has no effect on interest in social entrepreneurship. While social support shows a positive and significant effect on social entrepreneurial interest. Discussions on the model of forming social interest in entrepreneurship among students were discussed in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the current condition, the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact that is enough to make everyone feel distress until the government really carries out regional autonomy appropriately. The Covid-19 pandemic is not over and causes a lot of adversity, especially for the community both in terms of income and social aspects. This study aims to 1) analyze the regional policies that have been applied in dealing with a pandemic 2) Look at the influence of local policies on the socio-economic conditions of the community. The method used in this study is the analytical descriptive method approach. The data used are analytic qualitative data and literature literature study. Based on the results and discussion in this study, regional autonomy policy allows regional governments to freely apply large-scale social restrictions with quarantine or temporary lockdown in order to stop covid-19 transmission. Local government policy has a significant influence on the handling of Covid-19 due to the potential potential of workers who stop working as much as 16% so that the government reopens economic places such as the market as an effort to improve the economy and the welfare of the community who are sinking while continuing to implement health protocols.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis literature study was conducted to find out: Analysis of Human Resource Management in Improving Strategies Learrning in the New Normal Era. In this research, the method used qualitative with a library research. The results of the study indicate are: Human Resource management in improving strategies learrning in the new normal era is effort, mature readiness, provisioning both in terms of IT skills and virtual learning progress. The most appropriate learning strategy in the new normal era is to follow the rules of the Ministry of Education and Culture with virtual learning through agreed platforms. For this reason, the 2 main elements of teaching and learning activities take place, these students and teachers must be equipped, qualified and know the direction of learning that will be filtered in order to minimize misunderstanding between teacher and students. While students at home, study is assisted and supervised by their parents to avoid deception, laziness and cheating during the exam. So that ethics, values / norms remain upheld in the world of academia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implications of direct marketing and customer trust in the decision to purchase Umrah package at PT. Sanabil Madinah Barakah Bandung. This is supported by the rapid growth of tour and travel Umrah in some areas because of the needs of people who are mainly Muslims. The method used in this study is a verifiable, descriptive verificative using multiple linear regression where the free variables in this research are direct marketing and the trust of the customers and their current variables are purchase decisions. The sample techniques used in this research use nonprobability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling techniques with samples obtained is a total of 92 respondents from a population of 1135 people. Simultaneous research resulted in the fact that direct marketing and customer trust jointly implicates the decision to purchase Umrah package at PT. Sanabil Madinah Barakah Bandung. This research shows that companies need to improve their direct marketing and customer trust in order to increase consumer buying decisions. Referring to this research, obtained by another invention of the variable that implicates the purchase decision seen from the greater coefficient of determinant is the trust of the customer, the better the company's control over employee service, facilities provided, and the guarantee of security to the customer, so it can also affect the customer's trust condition to the company that can ultimately increase the purchasing decision of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence on HR performance with IT being moderate in an agency. The discussion of the importance of the influence of IT with intelligence to improve HR performance has been widely discussed in several literature studies. Although there are many other factors that affect the performance of primary schools, this study only discusses the existence of trust and commitment as determinants of HR performance. Data obtained from 63 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS 17 shows that the performance of human resources in the agency can be improved by paying attention to the intelligence level of employees towards the agency. Intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence with IT as moderate have a positive and significant effect on HR performance.

Abstract

The trend of using digital payment in Indonesia is increasing every year. Most people have been felt the benefit of Digital Payment service. This research provide perspective about awareness, perceptions and preferences of students in Indonesia towards digital payment-based payment system. This quantitative research involved 104 students from various universities in Indonesia. The information collected by a questionnaire and was analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques. The result of this study indicate that the awareness of students in Indonesia about digital payment services is very high. The convenience of using this service, the availability of services, discounts and reward points are the main factors that influence them in choosing digital payment service. This research also show that the majority of students prefer to continue using digital payment service. The results of this study can be useful for digital payment service provider in order to increase service satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of entrepreneurial marketing and trust carried out by SMEs and to contribute to literature and conceptual models on the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and trust on marketing performance. The sample in this study were SMEs in the handicraft sector in Rembang, Central Java. The number of samples studied was 200 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample criteria are SMEs that have been running a business for at least 3 (three) years. This is because in measuring the dimensions of marketing performance there are several indicators of the level of achievement of marketing performance each year, at least for a minimum of 3 years it can be seen the marketing performance of these SMEs. Data analysis using multiple regression modeling. The results show that entrepreneurial marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, trust has a significant effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial marketing and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of corporate governance on financing decisions or capital structures on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2010. In this study, corporate governance was projected with board size, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership, while funding decisions were projected with debt ratio. The technique used to test the influence of corporate governance on capital structures is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that board size and board composition have a significant negative effect on the capital structure, while managerial ownership, and institutional ownership do not have a significant influence on the capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance as proxied by the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Independent Commissioners, the Board of Directors and the Sharia Supervisory Board on Financial Performance, through a connecting variable, namely Non Performing Financing (NPF). The sample of this research is using purposive sampling method. The population is 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The samples obtained were 8 Islamic Commercial Banks. The data is obtained from the quarterly reports of each bank, namely the first quarter of 2017 to the second quarter of 2020. Data analysis and hypothesis testing methods use path analysis using panel data. The results of this study indicate that corporate governance as proxied by the Board of Commissioners, the Independent Commissioner, the Board of Directors and the Sharia Supervisory Board has no effect on financial performance and non-performing financing. This means that higher corporate governance does not affect financial performance or non-performing financing. In this study it was also found that non-performing financing has an effect on financial performance. If non-performing financing decreases, financial performance will increase. In addition, non-performing financing in this study cannot be an intervening variable for corporate governance.
