Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the health level of the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi in 2015-2019. The object of research is the Regional Development Bank, one of which is an active role in increasing the development of each area where the shares are owned by the provincial government, based on Article 2 Number 13/1 / PBI. / 2011 point 2, Banks are required to conduct a soundness rating using a risk-based bank rating, both individually and on a consolidated basis. The results of the analysis of banking financial ratios using Risk Based Bank Rating indicate the condition of the financial performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi 2015-2019 from the aspect of Risk Profile NPL ratio meets bank standards except the Loan to Deposit Ratio does not meet the standards set by Bank Indonesia. In GCG analysis, which is an assessment of the quality of bank management on the implementation of GCG principles that has met bank standards. in the profitability ratio analysis, financial performance conditions can be said to be very good. In the analysis, the capital adequacy ratio has met Bank Indonesia's standards.

Abstract

During this pandemic period, of course, there are very significant changes in many fields. One of them is in the economic sector, with this pandemic, almost all companies have made changes in their activities. One of the company's activities in responding to this pandemic is by conducting WFH (Work From Home). In a company, of course the most influential resource is the human resource. The success of the company in carrying out its activities is influenced by the performance of the company's employees. The author takes the object of the employees PT. Sayap Mas Utama. Therefore, the authors conducted a study to determine the performance of employees employed at home during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used by the author is a qualitative method, namely by interviewing informants to obtain the information needed in this study. The results and analysis obtained from this study and the conclusions obtained are that the performance of employees who were employed at home during this pandemic period decreased their work performance significantly.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative discretive research. According to Sugiono (2010), quantitative descriptions are research by drawing a conclusion from the data tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. The location of this research is at PT Mitra Beton Mandiri (MBM), Pekanbaru Riau City. The sample sample is 67 people. The results showed bbased on the total average value of the leadership recapitulation results, it is known that the respondent's response to the statement on the leadership variable is agree with the average value of 3.95%. From these data it can be seen that the leadership is good. Based on the average value of the performance recapitulation results, it is known that the respondent's response to the statement on the performance variable is in agreement with the average value of 4.00%. From these data it can be concluded that the employee's performance is good. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the leadership variable with the lowest average score for the tenth question with an average score of 3.83, which is for the achievement orientation indicator. Based on the results of the recapitulation of performance variables with the lowest average score for the eleventh question with an average score of 3.90, namely for the Communication indicator.

Abstract

The government policy in suppressing the spread of the covid-19 virus continues to be carried out, the office and factory cluster is one that is very worrying so that the government and companies work together to provide a way out so that operational activities can continue so that the economic condition of the community is maintained by prioritizing employee safety factors and his family. The research objective was to determine whether work from home during a pandemic was an effective solution?. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach. The results showed that work from home is one of the most ideal work methods during this pandemic season, because it can reduce employee exposure to the virus in the workplace or office.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on all aspects of life. One of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic is human mental health. Human mental health related to emotions and moods is an important factor in carrying out all human activities. The emotional stability and mood of an individual are influenced by heredity, environment and current circumstances. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, everythings have changed drastically from usual, people are forced to be able to face the pressure that occurs from a social, economic and cultural side. Therefore, special attention is needed so that this pandemic can all be passed even though it is more difficult and complicated. The formulation of the problem is how the Emotional Instability and Mood of the Community During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a causal research design and adopts qualitative research methods with subjects consisting of parents, students, workers, and business people. The results of his research are that the Covid-19 pandemic certainly has a major negative impact on people's mental health, which begins with stress, anxiety and fear in the community and then leads to conflicts within the family, environment, and country.

Abstract

A company that can be said to have succeeded in developing human resources by having various kinds of skills and good knowledge is one of the efforts that a company can make to improve employee performance with Employee Training and Appraisal. This study aims to find out anything that has a major effect on performance and assessment of performance. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method in this study is nonprobability sampling or saturated samples. The sample taken in this study may be 60 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be denied that: 1.) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 2) Job Appraisal has a positive and significant effect on performance. 3) By using the F test simultaneously, training and work results have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The pandemic period is the reason for the company to set up an innovating strategy after conducting a series of research and product development. The purpose of Philips Company is to innovate not only to maintain the sustainability of product livecycle, but also to meet consumer needs for disinfectant tools by not leaving brand image in the pioneer of lighting products. Product innovation is done by designing products that effectively disable viruses, bacteria, fungi, and spores, in minutes. Consumer objectivity in deciding a product purchase due to the advantages of modern product design, energy saving, simple and put forward the ethics of environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude towards online advertising and ability to recall online advertising on Traveloka purchasing decisions. In an effort to attract online consumers to make a decision to purchase a product or service offered by the company, online advertising is often used by many companies to create awareness of the organization and its products and services. Data obtained from 105 respondents using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. From the regression equation obtained, the independent variable that has the most significant value is attitude towards online advertising. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that attitude variable towards online advertisement and the ability to recall online advertisement, both variables significantly influence purchasing decision. While in f test showed significant <0,05. This means that attitude towards online advertising (x1) and the ability to recall online advertising (x2) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (y). While the coefficient of determination obtained by value adjusted R2 41.6%. It means that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the attitude towards online advertising and the ability to recall online advertising, while the remaining 58.4% can be influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Today, we are faced with various changes in the fields of technology, culture, and economy,this is called the Disruption Era, which makes us have to be ready to adapt to existingconditions. This condition also affects Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which areincluded in the important foundations of the Indonesian economy, one of which is in the retail business sector which is the most attractive field for entrepreneurs to start their business, because that is why retail businesses always experience developments in society, both in modern and traditional forms. Therefore, entrepreneurs must prepare various strategies in maintaining their business, starting from providing good service, providing quality goods, providing appropriate prices, and so on. This study uses a case study at Toko Pelangi Jaya in discussing the strategy of retail stores to maintain their business in the era of disruption by managing their employees through existing corporative culture values. By using qualitative research methods, this study will be presented in a descriptive form based on observations and interviews that have been conducted.
