Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the decline in interest rates given while the interest rates of third party funds did not experience a decline from the previous year. This indicates that there is an inverse comparison between the savings interest rate and the loan interest rate, where the comparison should be directly proportional to the interest rate of the savings and the interest rate on the loan. This research was conducted at PT. BPR. Balaguna Perasta, whose address is batutabih no. 99x Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. The reason for conducting research is because of the level of competition in tight lending rates in line with the reduction in LPS (Deposit Insurance Corporation) interest rates, besides that this research was conducted because of the loan interest rates given by PT. BPR Balaguna Perasta is smaller than the average market interest rate. Data type consists of quantitative data and qualitative data collected from primary and secondary data, through data collection techniques, documentation and interview studies to 3 informants, and data validity testing techniques using triangulation with sources and using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. With the calculation of the average interest rate on BPR loans in Klungkung Regency at 21.6% pa, the channeling of loans provides an average loan interest rate of 19.1% pa (according to the 2018 financial report), and based on the calculation of the base landing rate above is obtained at 20.77%, so the interest rate determination made by the Rural Credit Bank (BPR) Balaguna Perasta in Klungkung Regency is not yet ideal. In giving and lending to banks, it is always based on the rules / procedures for granting credit by applying the precautionary principle. Especially, it has applied the 5'C principle which includes analysis of character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economic in addition to the procedure of lending in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations, namely credit application requirements, credit granting limits, loan interest rates, and all sanctions in accordance with regulations specified. So that the Interest Rate Determination Strategy for increasing credit sales in the Balaguna Perasta Rural Credit Bank (BPR) in Klungkung Regency does not affect much in the provision of security/ineffectiveness.

Abstract

Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as one of public institutions in Indonesia whosefunctions and duties are to implement government’s taxation plans and policies as well as tocollect more than 70% of its national annual budget from tax revenues, is expected to show anexcellent organization performance. However, for the last five years it hasn’t shown theperformance as it is expected. This becomes a big challenge for DGT to prove to itsstakeholders that the bureaucracy reform which has been run in DGT is on the right track.Some of the internal problems are believed as the culprit of such government institution’s lowperformance, including DGT’s performance. Studies have shown that variables such asorganization’s culture, compensation, job’s satisfaction, and organization commitment have astrong correlation with the performance of the organization. To that regards, the aims of thisstudy is to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of organization’s culture,compensation, job’s satisfaction, and organization commitment in improving the performanceof the organization, and also to examine which one of those factors has the strongest effect.For that purpose, this study takes a population and collect data from 160 employees of TaxOffice in Badung Regency Area using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis. Theresults show that the organization culture has a positive and significant effect on employee’sjob's satisfaction and performances, and so does the compensation. While the job’s satisfactionpositively and significantly affects the organization commitment, and the organizationcommitment affects the job's satisfaction positively and significantly.Keyword: organization’s culture, compensation, job’s satisfaction, organizationcommitment and performance of the organization.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the relevance of tax avoidance as a dependent variable of sales growth, corporate risk as an independent variable and governance as an intervening variable. Governance variables use three indicators, namely independent commissioners, audit committees, and audit quality. The population used in this study is a company that is included in the Kompas100 list with a total of 100 companies. Data collection is done by means of documentation and observation of the annual report on the company under study. The analysis technique used to analyze data is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study indicate that sales growth has a negative effect on corporate governance and corporate governance has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Sales growth has a positive effect on tax avoidance and corporate risk has a positive effect on corporate governance and tax avoidance. Sales growth in the company can be used to measure the performance of a company. Sales growth and corporate governance can also be used as determinants of company status. The better corporate governance, it will be able to minimize tax avoidance by the company.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The success of a business are depends on ideas, opportunities and stakeholders. Businesses must be able to create new ideas in order to provide value to consumers. In addition, business people must be able to see the business opportunities that grow. The actions taken by management must be in reaching opportunities and overcoming challenges to provide customer service in line with experiential marketing. One of the business that is developing at this time is the health business that is the hospital so that researchers choose the hospital as one of the object of research.                The research conducted at Surya Husadha Hospital Nusa Dua has the objective to know, analyze and interpret the effectiveness of experiential marketing implementation. This research is a qualitative descriptive by using phenomenological approach and rationalistic approach. The data process begins by reviewing all the data collected from various sources,  from interviews, observations already written in field records, personal documents, official documents, drawings, photographs, etc., resulting in a broad, general and detailed analysis.               From the research result, it can be concluded that the management of Surya Husadha Nusa Dua has been effective in applying experiential marketing, but there are still things that need to be improved in experiential marketing enforcement that is from the sense dimension need the response of officer to avoid complaints and improvement of service facility; from the Feel dimension purlu an increase in human resource competence; from the Think side of a comfortable layout and providing parking area.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the model and process ofbusiness development that has been advanced so that information users can know how to manage a business. The purpose of this research is to know the model of entrepreneurship development and entrepreneurship development process at Pandawa Beach Desa Adat Kutuh. This research is done by deep interview method and the type ofresearch used is qualitative. In this research, the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Informants in this research are Bendesa Adat Kutuh, Kepala Desa Adat Kutuh, and Pandawa Beach Manager. The results showed that 1) The model of entrepreneurship development conducted at Pandawa Beach Kutuh Custom Village based on the concept of togetherness.  The concept of togetherness is what is meant by society, by society and for society.  2) The development process makes Kutuh people more creative and more observant to see the opportunities available to open a new business.  Development process is divided into development stages consisting of innovation process, trigger process, implementation process, and growth process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of the study are to: (1) analyze any motives that drives entrepreneurs use e- commerce; (2) reviewing the benefits of e-commerce for entrepreneurs and; (3) analyze the barriers of entrepreneurs in implementing e-commerce. The result indicates that the motive of entrepreneurs in implementing e-commerce are accessing global markets 56%, promoting the product 63%, branding 56%, close to the customers 74%, helps communication quickly to customers 63% and satisfying the customers 56%. Beside, the benefits are satisfying the customers 74% and competitive advantage 81%. The barriers faced by entrepreneurs are the lack of human resources 40%, the high cost of 20%, licensing difficulties 20%, and business network 20%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the analysis of the determinants of job satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI Limited Liability Company Branch Bangkoand influence on the performance.This research usesjob satisfaction variablesand performanceto analyzefactors determinant of job satisfaction employee outsourcingat BRI Limited Liability Company Branch Bangko. Besides that, to analyze influence on the performance.The population in this study is all employee outsourcing at BRI Limited Liability Company BranchBangkofrom all divisions of the company.Both of which have a contractual term of less than one year or more than one year. This population is totaling 63 employees include the following frontliner (Custumer service dan teller),PAU, IT, TKK, Secretary, payment point, driver, servant, and security. In this research uses survey methods namely with giving questionnaire to all of population is totaling 63 employees consists of employee outsourcing in all parts of the company. Data collectedusing questionnaire methodnamely with giving questionslist or questionnaire directly to respondents. Technical analysis of the data in this research uses factor analysis by program SPSS.The resulted of research showed that factor analysis found as main factor which influence satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI limited liability company is work environment. The resulted of second hypothesis testing found that job satification unsignificant to satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI limited liability company.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis of Performance Shareholding Structure of the Company (a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In preparation of this paper, the authors have conducted research on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Capital Market Information Center-Padang) Jl.Pondok 90 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI. The analysis in this research using descriptive statistics, classic assumption test (test mulitikolonieritas, autokolerasi test, normality test), analysis of regression coefficient test, partial regression coefficients (t test), testing regression coefficients together (test f). As for the overall analysis of this data with the help of a software program SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Results of this study concluded that: (1) public ownership structure positively affects the performance of companies in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). (2) The structure of stock ownership is not a positive influence on the company's performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). (3) The structure of public ownership and foreign ownership together affect the company's performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

ABSTRACTWednesday, April 1, 2020, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati said that the four sectors most affected by the corona Covid-19 epidemic were households, MSMEs, corporations, and the financial sector. Households will experience a significant decline in terms of consumption because the community is no longer active outside the home so that purchasing power is decreasing and threatened with loss of income because they cannot work to fulfill their basic needs especially for poor and vulnerable families in the informal sector. The micro small and medium business sector (MSME) is under pressure due to not being able to conduct business activities so that the ability to meet credit obligations is disrupted, this increases the bank's Non-Performing Loans (NPL) for MSMEs further worsening economic conditions. At the time of the 1997-1998 crisis where SMEs as economic saviors, now suffered a huge blow because there are restrictions on economic and social activities. (Tempo, 2020). This research is to find out the economic impact in the co-19 pandemic vortex that is happening in the community, especially for MSMEs & small traders and to know how they can take to survive the global crisis that is in front of their eyes? Will they return to being heroes like during the 1997-1998 crisis or will it fall this time.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSaddap Leather Goods is a company which engaged in fashion especially leather products. As a newly established company, Saddap faces several problems from some divisions, particularly in the marketing division. It is found that brand awareness of Saddap is still considered low. This can be seen from the small number of follower on Instagram. This study aims to find the problem in Saddap by conducting the internal analysis. This analysis consists of SWOT Analysis and TOWS Analysis. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with six informants which consists of Saddap excisting consumer and potential consumer. The data were also obtained through observation, literature (library research), and documentation. From this study it can be concluded that Saddap was facing ineffectiveness of previous marketing activity. To fix this problem, Saddap uses marketing communication tools through the Integrated Marketing Communication. Marketing communication tools proposed by Saddap are Advertising, Sales promotion, Redesign of packaging, Personal Sales, Trade shows and Direct Marketing.
