Abstract

Employees of a company are not an expenses but it is a corporate assetthat must be managed to be able support the organization to achieve its goals.Therefore, employees should be empowered through their engagement as much aspossible in different things in the company, especially on the planning, decisionmaking,implementationandevaluationaswellastakingtheproperstepstodealingwith the problems in their job responsibilities. Provide authority and greater involvement to employees is expected to foster a sense of satisfaction, thus indicatingfor better performance.This research aimed to conduct a study in effect of empowerment and job involvementon job satisfaction and employee performance at Koperasi Graha Santi Sanur. Thenumber of all employees to be respondents is 40 people. The data is processed byPartial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), and the result isfound that the empowerment and job involvement of employees showed a positiveand significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

The trade balance in the diffrerence or difference between export and import. If the value of the import was higher than export value then that happens in the deficit. Conversely, if the value of exports is higher than the imports value then that happens is the surplus. This study aim to know the influance of the fluctuation of the value of exchange rate and inflation against import export, and the influence of the fluctuation of the value of exchange rate , inflation and import export against trade balance. The hypotesis in this research is there is the influence of the exchange rate and inflation simultaneously against the import export and trade balance. The data used are the mountly data from the years 2007 – 2015 that consists of the data trade balance, exchange rate and inflation. The source of the data in this research are derived from documentation data bank of Indonesia and central bureau of statistik. Methods of analysis used is path analysis using SPSS. The results of this research found that the simultaneously rate and inflation is negative and significant effect against the import export, however partially, inflation has no effect against the import export, whereas the exchange rate effect towards import export. The result of this research also found that simultaneously inflation, exchange rate and export import is negative and significant effect against the trade balance, partially rate and inflation has no effect against the trade balance, whereas import export have significant influence towards trade balance.

Abstract

PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar is representing the company which isthe in form of limited liability. PT.Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar in it’s operationalmake a move in the fi eld of contactor service. This research will be analysed byinfl uence of development of human resourse (SDM) base on competence organizationperformance. In this case problem faced by PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar thatis how to manage thev existing human resourse so that earning high shownedperformance by exploiting and developing owned interest. Formulation in thisresearch problem what there isrelation and there is infl uence of between human resourse base on the interestof to organizational performance. To get the answer of from the problems, hence will be analysed with the statistical analysis. Statisticanalysis used by is simple correlation analysis, analysed the linear regresi modestly,t-test, determination analysed and SPSS test. As for chart analysis obtained from thisresearch is showned of existence strong infl uence and signifi cation of among humanresourse base on competence to organizational performance of PT. Adi Luhung AbadiDenpasar. This matter is visible from value of correlation coefi cient obtained by thatis equal to 0,743 which mean the among of development human resourse base on theorganizational performance and interest there are positive and strong link. Equationregresi obtained by that is y = 28,21 + 0,577x which mean if development humanresourse base on the interest of equal to zero, hence organizational performanceequal to 28,21 set of, and if development human resourse base on the interest increaseof equal to 1 (one) set of, hence organizational performance will mount equal to0,527 set of and so on the contrary. Result of test t-test obtained by value t-count ofequal to 6,182 bigger than value t-chart. Equal to 1,684 which reside in the area ofdeducation h0, so that hipotensis accepted which meaning there is strong infl uenceand signifi cation of among development human resourse base on the interest toorganizational performance.result analysis determination obtained by equal to55,2% what mean the organizational performance infl uenced by development humanresourse base on the interest of equal to 55,2% and the rest of dissimilar factor iswhich is not checked.the factor for example , compensation given by a comapany,job expereince owned by each employees, cultural of job, environment of work andalso leadership style of from PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar. Thereby to can toimprove the organizational performance, hence PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasarhas to improve the development human resourse base on the interest. Suggestionwhich can be raised in this research that is, company party have to be more payattention to the development human resourse. Development human resourse can beconducted to start from new employees until senior employee. Development humanresourse which can be conducted by for example on the job training, understudies, job giration, menthod demontration and follow the example of, and also menthodworker simulation.development human resourse base on the interest doesn’t is onlyconducted lower management but also for the midle of management and also topmanagement.

Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the influence of internal factors namely financial performance and external factors in the form of inflation rate to stock prices of transportation service companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. Determination of sample using purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, done after the free model of classical assumption symptoms are: multicolinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. Based on the simultaneous test, the financial performance represented by current ratio variabel, debt to equity ratio, economic profitability, price earning ratio and external factor represented by the inflation rate significantly influence the stock price of transportation service company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014- 2016 with a contribution of 85.2%. Through partial test, it is found that from the five independent variabels only the current ratio and economic rentability have a significant effect on the stock price, while the debt to equity ratio, the price earning ratio and the inflation rate have no significant effect on the stock price. From the analysis result concluded that current ratio and economic rentability dominant influence to share price of transportation service company which go public in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Therefore, suggestions that can be given from this research is that investors and potential investors pay more attention to current ratio and economic profitability as the basis of consideration in assessing stock prices.

Abstract

This study will examine the determination of achievement motivation onemployee performance Autotama Car Motor Karangasem. Statistical analysis wasused to test the hypothesis with a simple linear regression. The stages of the analysisconducted in this study is a description of the data. Qualification data descriptionachievement motivation and performance of employees, also using univariantanalysis. This analysis is based on the average score of the ideal (Mi) and the idealstandard deviation (SDI). As well as this analysis also includes testing requirementsanalysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed that there was a significantcorrelation between the Achievement Motivation Employee Performance throughthe equation of the line y = -36.800 + 0.632 X with Freg = 43.015 (p <0.05). In thepresent study found a significant correlation between the Achievement MotivationEmployee Performance at 0.691 with p <0.05. These findings indicate thatachievement motivation has an important role in improving employee performance.Normatively found that achievement motivation is very good in the category meansan employee has shown excellent achievement motivation in carrying out his job.From the correlation analysis it is evident that significant determination between theAchievement Motivation Employee Performance. It needs to be maintained to keepemployees comfortable and satisfied in performing everyday tasks so that corporateobjectives will be achieved.

Abstract

Many factors affect the work performance of employees the company inthe face of increasingly fierce competition today, it is necessary qualified humanresources so as to face competition and change. Companies desperately needemployees with high job performance so as to give satisfaction to the customer(consumer). Companies that succeed will use core competencies to satisfy consumerneeds. Satisfaction is usually located on high performance. For that corporateleaders must be true - really pay attention to the factors - factors that influenceemployee job satisfaction, which in turn is able to satisfy its corporate customersthat includes, among others, internal and external factors so that more attention soas to give employees job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource with highly organizational commitment in giving aquality servicing was a vital element and play an important role for organizationalsuccess. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of organizationaljustice toward job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A sample as manyas 97 person of contract employees of Faculty of Economic and Business, UdayanaUniversity were used as respondent of study. Analyze method of the data used waspartial least square (PLS). The results of the study indicated that organizationaljustice influential positive and significant toward job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment, respectively. The job satisfaction also influential positive and significanttoward organizational commitment. The results showed that, more and more goodorganizational justice feld by the employees, so more and more good job satisfactionand organizational commitment. Likewise, more and more highly the job satisfactionof the employees, so more and more highly also the organizational commitment. Thisstudy parallel with the theory declared that the employees obtaining organizationaljustice would feel job satisfaction and more commit in doing their duties andfunctions. The practice implication of this study was could be used as material ofconsideration by manajemen in making policy and decision which interconnectedwith organizational justice which could increase job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment.

Abstract

Realizing quality learning must begin with the consistent attitude of the widyaiswara in preparing the program and in carrying out the learning process. In essence the process of education and training is the process of communication. Teaching and learning activities in the classroom is a separate world of communication where widyaiswara and training participants exchange ideas to develop ideas and understanding. In communication there are frequent irregularities so that communication is not effective. Therefore, so that the education and training process can run effectively, the widyaiswara must be able to manage learning in the classroom professionally. The purpose of writing is to increase the consistency of widyaiswara in preparing the program and the learning process in each activity. The method used is descriptive analysis and is a combination of library/document research with field research. The results of the study show that the consistency of the implementation of a conducive learning climate through optimal classroom management is absolutely necessary so that the effectiveness of learning can be realized and the dominance of learning activities is in the training participants.

Abstract

Human resources in an organization has a very important role, becausewithout the support of a good human resources of an organization will faceproblems in achieving organizational goals. Someone who has the empowermentand self-efficacy is high, and feel satisfaction in working of course he would workas closely as possible with all the capabilities to provide the best performanceto the organization where he worked with the task of completing the work aspossible. In fact, employees who are satisfied will have the willingness to do morebeyond their formal responsibilities. Willingness is then known as organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB). Dishubkominfo who becomes the object of this studyis one of the local government agencies in Badung. This study aims to determinethe effect of empowerment, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses primary data obtained from the resultsof questionnaires. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed: 1) thereis positive but not significant empowerment of the OCB, 2) there is a positive andsignificant impact on OCB self efficacy, 3) there is a positive and significant impacton OCB job satisfaction, 4) there is positive and significant empowerment, selfefficacy,and job satisfaction of the OCB, 5) the level of influence that contributedempowerment, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on OCB 41.3% and the remaining58.7% is influenced by other variables.
