Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporateimage on WOM dan customer loyality. The population in this study were allcustomer of Bank BPD Bali at Denpasar city. Sampling method used is purposivesampling, in order to obtain as many as 130 respondents. Analysis technique usedis Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the corporate imagehave a significant positive effect on WOM, dan corporate image have positive dansignificant effect on the intention to customer loyalty dan WOM have significant effecton customer loyalty. With this study, expected to be useful for the party leadership S2FE program Unud in enhancing the corporate image of the Bank BPD Bali, positiveWOM Bank BPD Bali, dan customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aims of this research relate to casting massa“CN7” (40% SukaBumi Blend : 25% RRT Feldspar : 20% Caolin : 2,5% Ball Clay : 12,5% Cuarsa)were : (1) To determine process technology casting massa“CN7”; (2) To calculatecost of good manufactured; (3) To determine transfer price; and (4) To recognizedending inventory that reported on balance sheet. The research results shew that :(1) The process technology casting massa“CN7” according to production functionwere : weighting process,grussing process, mixing process, filtring process, andcarrying process; (2)Cost of good manufacturedcor massa“CN7” according toActivity Based Costing (ABC) systems was Rp 2.896,83 each unit, that followed byraw materal cost Rp 1.960,00, direct labour cost Rp 860,84, variable overhead costRp 39,89, and fixed overhead cost Rp 36,09; (3) The transfer price casting massa“CN7”according to full cost transfer pricing methodwas Rp 3.302,39each unit, thattransfer priceformed by cost of good manufactured Rp 2.896,83, operating expenseRp 289,68 (marketing expense Rp 173,81 and general & administration expense Rp115,87), and expected margin Rp 115,87; and (4) Ending inventory casting massa“CN2” according to specific identification method was Rp 434.524,50.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) plays an important role for the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of organizational justice on the motivation and performance of employees. The study was conducted at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur engaged in the construction of buildings with a sample of 136 employees were taken using proportionate random sampling technique. Companies must be supported with good human resource and quality to maintain the viability of the company. Analysis techniques used in this study is partial least square (PLS). The results showed that organizational justice and significant positive effect on motivation. Organizational justice is also positive and significant impact on performance. the motivation to have a positive effect on performance. The results of this study prove that, the better the perceived organizational justice by employees, motivation and performance will also increase. Similarly, the higher the motivation for good organizational justice the higher the performance of employees. The results are consistent with the theory that employees get organizational justice will increase the motivation and high performance in the completion of their duties. The practical implications of this research can be considered firm or management in making decisions or making policies - policies related to organizational justice in order to improve the motivation and performance of employees.

Abstract

Analysis of central responsibility, namely fund, income, profi t, andinvestment centrals were done to assess the performance of companies’ fi nancial(Lakshmi Villa and Saba Villa) which further the fi nancial performance will becompared between both of them. The main issue of this present study is how do the performance and the comparisonof responsibility centrals viewed from fund, income, profi t, and investment centralson Lakshmi Villa and Saba Villa in the area of Seminyak, Badung regency from2009 to 2011. The aim of this present study is to analyze the performance and thecomparison of responsibility central performance viewed from fund, income, profi t,and investment centrals on Lakshmi Villa and Saba Villa. Quantitative analysisconsist of analysis of fund central, analysis of income central, analysis of profi tcentral, and analysis of invest central. The result of study and discussion is conclude that the comparison of analysis ofresponsibility centrals performance between Lakshmi Villa and Saba Villa shownthat the performance of responsibility centrals of Saba Villa is better than LakshmiVilla. It is suggested, therefore, for fund control should be done by looking for thebasics and determining the standard of fund, comparing between the standard fundsto the actual fund, thus resulting the minimization of fund variance.

Abstract

Organization development is a response to change, a complexeducational strategy intended to change the beliefs, attitudes, values, and structure of organizations so that they can better adapt to new technologies, markets, and challenges, and the dizzying rate of changeitself. Organizational development is the name that is being attached to total system, planned-change efforts for coping with the above-mentionedconditions.” (These conditions include four assertions about “today’schanging world,” five about “today’s business environment,” and six about “to day’s changing values”).This article discusses how the organization development become an importantelement of the way organizations deal with the dynamics of the competition. Becauseof the change (preparing the elements change) various obstacles and resistencesthat may occur. Noting the new culture that may arise from a shift in values that mayoccur, cultural resistences of the new policies that will arise and new planning thefuture.The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how to prepare for changesin organizational management, preparing policies that supports the organization,reduce the risk of resistence and reduce the difference between the perception oforganizational elements and build a new culture that is in accordance with the visionand mission of the organization.Organizational development with regard to the value, new cultures, adopting newtechnologies, challenges and appropriate leadership style will create the conditionsand environment that is able to bring the organization to the objectives. It is indirectlydoing maintenance organizational elements that sustainability can be achieved.Sustainability means that the organization is not only an internal function but alsomaintain the market and customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) Analyze and explain the effect of companygrowth on profitability (profitability) at PT. Mustika.Ratu and Subsidiaries; (2)Analyze and explain the influence of company growth on capital structure at PT.Mustika.Ratu and Subsidiaries; (3) Analyze and explain the influence of capitalstructure on profitability at PT. Mustika.Ratu and Subsidiaries (4) Analyzing therole of capital structure in mediating the relationship of company growth withprofitability at PT. Mustika.Ratu and Subsidiaries. Data analysis technique usingPartial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the first hypothesis testingobtained that the growth rate of the company (company growth) significantly negatively affect the capital structure at PT. Mustika Ratu and Subsidiaries. Results of testing the second hypothesis; obtained that the growth of company(company growth) have a significant positive effect on profitability at PT.Mustika Ratu and Subsidiaries. Results of testing the third hypothesis; obtainedthat capital structure of company (capital structure) have a significant negativeeffect on profitability at PT. Mustika Ratu and Subsidiaries. Also the capitalstructure is able to mediate the relationship between firm growth and profitability.

Abstract

The aims of this research that relate design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) were: 1) to calculate cost of good manufactured, 2) to determine cost price feasebly, and 3) to give justification to medium small industries of ceramic. Research results shew that: 1) the cost of good manufactured design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) was Rp 46.836,05 each unit, 2) the cost price design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) was Rp 60.886,86, and 3) The cost of good manufactured design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) based on full cost use for medium small industries of ceramics as: a) evaluation tool of resources consumption into produce ceramics creative design, b) information material to know the structure of cost production about ceramic creative design, c) decision making base to buy and self produce ceramics creative design, d) cost price determination base about ceramics creative design, e) decreasing tool to production cost wasting about ceramic creative design for non-value added activities, f) information material to improve competence of ceramic creative design into result profit by monitor product life cycle cost, g) information material to planning, controlling, and decision making about product life cycle cost, h) cost reimbursement base about ceramic creative design, and i) the component of inventory costingabout ceramic creative design.
