Abstract

This study aims to fi nd out the infl uence of business risk and fi rm growthtoward capital structure and the value of the fi rm. The population of this study wasall go public of industrial companies registered at The Indonesian Capital Marketfrom 2008 up to 2010. We use the path analisys technic to evaluate the relationsamong variables of non fi nancial industrial companies. While the direct and indirect impact of these variables were also observed.The result shows that business risk and fi rm growth have different impact towardboth capital structue and value of the fi rm. The fi rst regression shows that businessrisk has negatively signifi cant infl uence on capital structure and fi rm growth haspositively signifi cant infl uence on capital structure. The second regression showsthat bussiness risk has negatively signifi cant infl uence and fi rm growth has positivelysignifi cant infl uence on fi rm value. This study also confi rm that capital structure haspositively signifi cant infl uence on the fi rm value.

Abstract

Retribution is one kind of market revenue sources region. Regions that areimportant to the Company Seririt Market Unit. This was proven during the period2009-2013 levy revenue realization fluktuatives market experience and indicatingthere are problems in the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance ofretribution Regional Market Unit Seririt. This study aimed to calculate the level ofeffectiveness and contribution levy market, and formulate appropriate strategies toimprove the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance of retributionRegional Market Unit Seririt. Based on the analysis that has been done can beconcluded that the implementation of market levies in Buleleng is the authority andresponsibility of the Regional Corporate Markets Buleleng and fully implemented byRegional Company Seririt Market Unit using the official assessment system, votingbased on Local Regulation, 4 in 2009 the collection system directly using valuableobjects or ticket, levy implementation market in the last five years running properly.Effectiveness achievement and contributions levy market Regional CorporateMarket Unit Seririt period 2009-2013 experienced fluctuate. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the application of reward system at Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach. The object of research is the implementation of reward system using qualitative and qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection in this research is interview observation, and literature research.The results showed that at Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach there are 4 types of rewards that are used to motivate employee performance: Reward Incentives, Reward Production Premium, Reward Best Employee, Reward Period. The application of the reward system of each type varies - based on SKD (Directors' Decree) and the basis of reward. Providing incentive rewards based on employee attendance. Reward of production premium based on company productivity. Giving rewards best employee based on employee performance. Giving rewards for working period based on length of employee work. The initial process of checking employee data requires a lot of time making the application of rewards less effective and efficient. This is caused by the data of many employees and done in two checking process that is timekeeping and finger print so that require precision in process of checking data.

Abstract

Hospital represent one of example institute the service in healtharea. At the height of the requirement and society awareness in the fi eld of healthaccompanied with the change of patterned thinking of society which of opinion thehealth is very important investment in their live, have pushed a lot of party to exploitto existing market opportunity by development building various to like hospital. Inthe development it is effort the hospital do not get out of the compulsion to apply themanagement process in it is effort consumer satisfaction presented is very importantnecessary for the peripatetic company in service area like to hospital. And one ofstrategy which can by run the hospital to take care of the consumer satisfaction with the maximization to applying of the marketing mix in the company activities as far becoming formula oppositely, also how infl uence to applying of the marketing mix toconsumer satisfaction in using the service in Surya Husadha Hospital? How strengthof relation to applying of the marketing mix to consumer satisfaction in using theservice in Surya Husadha Hospital? At the research, analysis the information used istechnique is Multiple Regression Analysis with this analysis in Multiple RegressionAnalysis to know there is do not in infl uence of between two variable is the freevariable and the trusted variable. Correlation analysis and determination analysisdo know how infl uence of the marketing mix practices to consumer satisfactionF-Test and t-Test. Pursuant to obtained by Multiple Regression Analysis to resultof is exixtence of real infl uence and is positive than marketing mix to consumersatisfaction at Surya Husadha Hospital is a 4.427. From obtained the CorrelationAnalysis the result of is existence which positive and strong relation of the marketingmix to consumer satisfaction at Surya Husadha Hospital scale 0.792. From thedetermination analysis obtained by result is 62.7% the most percentage of consumersatisfaction infl uence to applying of the marketing mix while some minimizinginfl uence by other, dissimilar factor is which not checked. From analysis F-Test andt-Test either through entirety and also each variable marketing mix have to effecton consumer satisfaction and his meaning is hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Conclusionwhich can be pulled from research is between applying to of marketing mix toconsumer satisfaction of at Surya Husadha Hospital own to infl uence and relationwhich are positive and strong go together that is Surya Husadha Hospital alwaysimprove the marketing mix applying to be consumer satisfaction to be weaked

Abstract

IbM is one of program that driven community to gain the better productionprocess and management. Thus scheme funded by the Directorate General of HigherEducation. The partner of this program is on SME mushroom community cultivatorsin the district Mengwi Badung ea. Tri Putrimushrom and Artana mushrom . Themain problem faced by SMEs partner is a lack of understanding of the partners oystermushroom cultivation techniques, so often happens baglog mushroom seed can notdevelop properly so that the oyster mushroom yields declined. On the other handoyster mushroom demand for traditional markets and other consumers continue toincrease. The oyster mushroom cultivationas a sideline business, but it requiresa fairly high investment cost to build a house nursery, wooden shelves for baglogmushrooms and mushroom seed investment .The next problem faced is the lack oftrained partners in cultivation technology, the partneralso still low inaccountingtechniques as currently partner SMEs have never know for sure whether its businessat a profit or even get a loss . The methods used in carrying out the program is amethod of training with focus group discussion and participation action research,After this program run out, the partner is increasing of mushroom cultivation andunderstanding of business management is increasing, eventually the productivityof oyster mushroom production can be increased, and income level directly SMEspartners be increased as well.

Abstract

This research has three purposes. To know the availability orunavailability of the partial signifi cant infl uence of compensation, organizationalatmosphere, leadership and work characteristic factors toward work satisfactionof PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees. To know the availability or unavailability of asimultaneous signifi cant infl uence of the compensation, organizational atmosphere, leadership and work characteristic factors toward work satisfaction of PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees. To know the most dominant factors toward work satisfactionof PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees. The result of this research is anticipated to beused as a consideration in determining a policy in improving the employees’ worksatisfaction. The hypothesis are submitted in this research. Compensation, organizationalatmosphere, leadership and work characteristic factors that have a partial signifi cantinfl uence toward work satisfaction of PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees. Compensation,organizational atmosphere, leadership and work characteristics factors that have asignifi cant simultaneous infl uence toward work satisfaction of PT. Kasmil Kosmosemployees. Respondents in this research are the entire 256 employees of PT.Kasmil Kosmos. The hypothestical examination is conducted by using the FactorRegression Model analysis technique, with its problem-solving technique whichis by an analysis factor and a multiple linier regression factor. By using SPSS forwindow 15 programme, the result shows that work satisfaction indicators of PT.Kasmil Kosmos employees have a high loading factor over 0.5806 so that all theseindicators can confi rm and represent formation factors including: compensation,organizational atmosphere, leadership and work characteristics factors. Afterhaving been analyzed by applying the multiple linear regression technique, theresult shows that the compensation, organizational atmosphere, leadership andwork characteristic factors have a partial and simultaneous signifi cance to worksatisfaction of PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees. This is shown by R 0.995 The mostdominant infl uencing factor to work satisfaction of PT. Kasmil Kosmos employees isshown by the compensation factor at a value of beta coeffi cient of 0.273The implication of this research result may create a better work satisfaction ofemployees, so that the object of the organization seen from the manpower viewpointcould be realized. The company should remain to observe factors which may create work satisfaction, because by the existence of satisfaction in the work, employeeswill show good performance or quality of work so that employees will be moreproductive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the quality of service and social media to interest of blood donor volunteers at Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Gianyar. Results of data processing with SPSS For Windows Version 24 obtained the results of multiple linear regression results obtained results of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 4,982 + 0,088X1 + 0,439X2. The result of the analysis of multiple correlation is 0,730, lies between 0.60 to 0.799 which means there is a positive and strong correlation. Based on the result of determination analysis, the value of R2 stated that 55,1% of blood donor volunteer interest is influenced by both variables, service quality and social media, the rest 44,9% volunteer donor blood interest influenced by other variables outside of research. Simultaneously the quality of service and social media influence on the real interest of blood donor at Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Gianyar. Partially, the service quality (X1) and social media (X2) have positive and significant effect on interest of blood donor volunteer in Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Gianyar. Thus the quality of service and social media is not only important for the company or profit organization but for non profit organization both of them give a positive effect. Especially for Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Gianyar engaged in community services, especially blood transfusion.

Knowing uncontrolled and destroying radical conflict can be occured (3). Approach pattern used can lead the conflict to grow the dynamics in custom countryside and obviate the conflict toward radical and damage.

Abstract

The poverty is one of the problems that has become attention center of the government in any country. Bali government has been pursuing programs to alleviate poverty, one of them is Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS). East Denpasar Subdistrict, Denpasar City is one of the regions that has implemented UPPKS program with the largest number of program participants in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to determine UPPKS program’s effectiveness level and its impact on family income in East Denpasar Subdistrict, Denpasar City. Program’s effectiveness is measured by input variables, process variables, and output variables. Input variables include: program socialization, assistance accuracition as needed, assistance punctuality, assistance amount accuracition, targets accuracition and returning assistance punctuality. Process variables include mentoring and evaluation / monitoring, while the output variable is participants program income. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive statistics to determine the program’s effectiveness and statistical analysis, namely the different test of the average pairing observation to determine the program’s role in increasing income. The results of the analysis show that UPPKS program in East Denpasar Subdistrict, Denpasar City is very effective and the program’s role in increasing income is significant at alpha 5 percent.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out any positive influences partially or simultaneously the impact of work motivation and communication upon staff performance at Plaza Telkom Teuku Umar Denpasar. In conducting the analysis based on the set goals, the numbers of respondents are 30 staff at Plaza Telkom Teuku Umar Denpasar, in which questionnaires and likert scale had been applied to collect the data. In addition data analyzing method used was the multiple linear regression analysis, the result of hypothesis showed that variable of work motivation and communication partially had brought a positive and significant impact on staff performance. Next, simultaneously work motivation and communication had also a significant impact on the staff performance at Plaza Telkom Teuku Umar Denpasar.
