ABSTRACT Background: Postpartum blues are sadness and depression experienced by mothers after giving birth. There are two factors that cause postpartum blues, namely internal and external factors. One of the external factors that causes postpartum blues is family function. The function of the family is important in ensuring the condition of the postpartum in the physical, social anda spiritual aspects so that she can develop properly. The impact of postpartum blues can cause mothers to experience recurring illnesses as well as the impact on the role of a mother in the emotional development and behaviour of children, as well as the role of the mother in the family. Research Objective : To determine the relationship between family function and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers at PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital. Method : The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The study sample amounted to 38 respondents of postpartum mothers with purposive sampling sample techniques. The study data was collected using the APGAR Family questionnaire to measure family functioning and the Edinburhg Postantal Depression Scale (EPDS) to measure the incidence of postpartum blues. The statistical tests used were univariate and bivariate analysis using the fisher’s exact tests. Results : The results showed that the majority of family functions were in the moderate dysfunctional category (68.4%) and the majority who experienced postpartum blues events (71.1%). The measurement results were tested using fisher’s exact test and obtained p value = 0.000. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between family function and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers at PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Hospital. Background: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest or OHCA represents a significant burden of disease globally. The number of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests reaches 360,000 events every year. Treatment for cardiac arrest requires immediate defibrillation to increase the survival rate of OHCA patients. One method that can be used is by sending AEDs using drones. It is hoped that sending and using AEDs via drones can increase the rate of AED application and reduce defibrillation time. Methods: This study is a literature review which aims to determine the effectiveness of AED drones for treating out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). This literature review analyzes 10 articles originating from journal databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed and Science Direct with the keywords "Drone AED", "EMS". And “Out-Of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest”.Results: The results of the analysis show that AEDs delivered with an Unnamed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system using drones can reduce the time for administering defibrillation immediately before health workers arrive. Success in treating OHCA and a higher chance of life, AED delivery by drone can also save costs. to send an EMS ambulanceConclusion: Based on the results of the analysis of several articles, it was concluded that AED drones were effective in delivering AEDs in cases of Out-Of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) which occurred in remote areas or far from public locations. AEDs delivered using an Unnamed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system using drones can reduce the time to provide defibrillation immediately before health workers arrive, resulting in success in treating OHCA and a higher chance of life. AED delivery by drone can also save the costs required to send an EMS ambulance. However, there are several obstacles that can be found from several articles, namely that sending AEDs requires a flight permit from the government, the design of drones for AEDs must be appropriate, and in bad weather sending AEDs by drone can be hampered. Therefore, further research needs to be carried out to provide a solution for sending AED drones during extreme weather.

Background: Jaundice or neonatal jaundice is a problem that occurs in neonates, especially in the first week of life, which is caused by the accumulation of bilirubin that exceeds the threshold in the blood and tissues. Dangerous complications such as encephalopathy and kernicterus can occur which can be fatal and cause mental retardation and neurological disorders in babies. Methods: We extracted all relevant publications about neonatal jaundice between 2013 and 2023 through the Scopus database with a total of 7336 articles with document type only article and review, keywords limited to newborn, infant, newborn jaundice and English language. VOSviewer software was used to visualize trends in neonatal jaundice research from the perspective of co-occurring keywords. Results: There are fluctuations in article growth from year to year, but there has been a significant increase in 2021 of around 18.93%. The United States contributed the largest number of publications with 571 articles followed by China and India. Canada ranks first with the highest citations, the Journal of Maternal Fetal and Neonatal Medicine is the journal that publishes the most articles about neonatal jaundice with a citation ranking of 87. Key words that often appear are bilirubin, deficiency, disease. Conclusion: It is still a big and important opportunity to research the breastfeeding variable with a public health approach because it still rarely appears in findings for the keyword neonatal jaundice

Background: The nutritional problems arising post-disaster in Aceh Jaya Regency include health crises such as the cessation of healthcare services, casualties, and injuries among refugees. Other factors contributing to nutritional issues include the availability of clean water, environmental sanitation, and infectious diseases. Disasters create emergency situations that potentially lead to food and nutrition crises. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of children with stunted nutritional status on the intelligence levels of children in disaster-prone areas. Methode: This study employs an observational research design with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection took place from July 24th to 27th, 2023, in the Sampoinet sub-district of Aceh Jaya Regency, Aceh Province. The sample size was determined to be 92 individuals using purposive sampling technique. Instruments used to measure children's nutritional status include a portable standing height measurement tool (stadiometer), while intelligence assessment of students was conducted using the CPM (Coloured Progressive Matrices) test. Bivariate data analysis was carried out using the chi-square statistical test with a confidence interval of 95%. Results: The study findings indicate that female children are more likely to have below-average intelligence levels (38.3%) compared to male children with the same intelligence level (22.2%). However, statistical analysis results show no significant relationship between gender and intelligence level. Furthermore, 57.1% of stunted children have below-average intelligence levels compared to children with normal nutrition with the same intelligence level (22.5%). Statistical analysis results indicate that stunted children have an impact on intelligence level (p=0.009). Conclusion: Stunted nutritional status has an impact on the intelligence level of school-age children in the Sampoinet sub-district of Aceh Jaya Regency.
