Abstract

Cv. Banyu Spa is currently in a state of leadership regeneration. There are differences in leadership styles from new leaders and a generational gap between leaders and employees, it is not uncommon for misunderstandings to occur. This study is intended to investigate the role of leadership style, emotional intelligence, and organizational communication on employee performance through mixed methods approach. The population consists of 32 people using a saturated sample. The research informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 5 informants. The research findings have succeeded in proving that a democratic leadership style can improve employee performance. Emotional intelligence through controlling emotions and being sensitive to other feelings is found to be able to motivate employees and produce optimal performance. Organizational communication that runs effectively was found to be able to improve employee performance, but upward communication was identified as not being implemented properly due to gaps in positions that caused employees to be reluctant to communicate directly with leaders. Current study able contribute positively to the human resources literature and practically to Cv. Banyu Spa Bali to improve their emotional intelligence, get closer to employees and adapt their leadership style to the existing circumstances.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat mendeskripsikan proses bauran pemasaran dan inovasi produk untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM Studi deskriptif pada UMKM Zara Pudding,Penelitian dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan suatu fenomena yang unik dari UMKMK Zara Pudding. Subjek penelitian yaitu UMKM Zara Pudding dan pemilik UMKM Zara Pudding. Seluruh proses kegiatan kegiatan usaha sebagai objek penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan secara aktual dan virtual di mana penulis fokus mengamati Proses Bauran Pemasaran Dan Inovasi Produk Sebagai Strategi Penjualan Produk Umkm Studi Deskriptif Pada Umkm Zara Pudding.Penulis menggunakan triangulasi data, yaitu triangulasi sumber menguji keabsahan data yang didapat mmelalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan sumber yang valid.Hasil Penelitian setelah zara pudding melakukan orientasi kewirausahaan dan bauran pemasaran maka Kinerja pemasaran yang baik dinyatakan dalam tiga besaran utama yaitu, Nilai penjualan : Di saat zara pudding telah melakukan orientasi kewirausahaan dan bauran pemasaran ada nilai keuntungan uang atau unit produk yang terjual secara baik, Pertumbuhan penjualan :Dan telah terjadi juga ada pertumbuhan penjualan yang ditunjukan dengan kenaikan penjualan produk yang sama dibandingkan dengan penjualan yang bulan – bulan lalu., Porsi pasar :Zara Puding juga dapat berkontribusi produknya dalam menguasai pasar produk dibanding dengan kompetitor

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove about the effect of regulatory compliance, budget goals clarity, and accounting control system on the performance accountability of government agencies. The sample in this study are functional officials involved in managing the accountability of government performance agencies in the Administrative Section of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Work Unit in Lampung Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS Version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that regulatory compliance, budget goals clarity, and accounting control system had an effect on performance accountability of government agencies in the Ministry of Industry Republic of Indonesia Work Unit in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian di TikTok Shop pada masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna TikTok Shop di Kota Bandar Lampung, dan sampel mengambil keseluruhan dari populasi dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di TikTok Shop pada Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di TikTok Shop pada Masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan berdasarkan pada koefisen determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,346 atau 34,6 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 34,6% variabel keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh Online Customer Review (X1), Online Customer Rating (X2), dan Kepercayaan Konsumen (X3). Sedangkan sisanya 65,4% terdapat pada variabel lain yang tidak berada atau tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics, Lampung Province with the aim of empirically proving the effect of the Accounting Information System and Internal Control System simultaneously on the Quality of Financial Reports. The results of the analysis show that based on simultaneous testing using the F test, all research variables are Accounting Information Systems and Internal Control Systems. By looking at the influence of literacy, the calculated F value is 12,141. The F value of the table is 3.21 (the calculated F value is greater than the F table value) It can be concluded that the accounting information system (X1) and the internal control system (X2) where the simultaneous influence of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.000 < 0.00. It can be concluded that the value ( 0.000 < 0.05 ) means that the accounting information system (X1) and internal control system (X2) simultaneously affect the quality of financial reports (Y) at the Information Communications and Statistics Office of Lampung Province. Based on the partial test t-test accounting information system (X1) partially affects the quality of financial statements (Y) where the standard value tcount> ttable, tcount 3,576 > t table 1,680 and the internal control system (X2) partially also affects the quality of financial statements (Y), whose standard value is tcount >ttable , tcount 2,674 > t table 1,680. This means that the partial effect of X1 on Y is 0.001 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the significant value (0.001 <0.05) means that the accounting information system (X1) partially affects the quality of financial statements (Y) and X2 partially affects (Y) is 0.011 <0.05. It can be concluded that the significant value (0.011 <0.05) means that the accounting information system (X2) partially affects the quality of financial statements (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and fiscal loss compensation on tax avoidance in financial and banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The research sample totalled 50 companies selected through purposive sampling technique. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of perception in the field of taxation, career motivation, financial rewards, tax knowledge, and self-confidence on a career in taxation. This research was conducted by taking a population of students majoring in accounting at the Kudus Regency. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method with the characteristics of active students majoring in accounting who have completed taxation courses, with a total sample of 321 respondents. Data collection in this research was done by distributing questionnaires offline and online in the form of a series of statements filled in by respondents and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that perception in the field of taxation, career motivation, and self-confidence have a positive effect on interest in a career in taxation, while financial reward and tax knowledge have no effect on interest in a career in taxation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel literasi keuangan dan efikasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi cryptocurrency baik secara terpisah (parsial) atau secara bersama-sama (simultan) dan untuk mengetahui variabel literasi keuangan dan efikasi keuangan mana yang lebih berperan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan investasi cryptocurrency. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung dengan cara mendatangi obyek penelitian dan menyebarkan link kuisioner yaitu pada konsumen yang telah melakukan keputusan investasi cryptocurrency Terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisi regresi berganda. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat investasi di pasar modal. Fokus penelitian ini pada mahasiswa di Bandar Lampung yang berusia 21-40 dimana kelompok demografis ini merupakan generasi yang melek akan teknologi dan sedang berkembang dalam aktivitas investasi.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah 120 mahasiswa. Alat statistik yang digunakan  adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta analisis linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini mampu membuktikan bahwa variabel minat investasi dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan dan preferensi risiko pada mahasiswa di Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan, variabel minat investasi tidak dipengaruhi oleh variabel influencer keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of products, prices, promotions and processes on online purchasing decisions in the Linggossari Village Community, Sungai Lilin District. The type of research used is associative research. The variables used in this research are product, price, promotion and process as independent variables while purchasing decisions are the dependent variable. The indicators used are 15 indicators. The research population is the Linggossari Village Community, Sungai Lilin District, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data used is primary data. Probability Sampling . Sampling technique using the Cluster Sampling method. The data collection technique in research is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with a significance level of 10%. The results of the research show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Product, Price, Promotion and Process on Purchasing Decisions, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Product on Purchasing Decisions, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Price on Purchasing Decisions, 4) there is an influence Positive and significant promotions on Purchasing Decisions. 5) there is a positive and significant influence of the Process on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Process, and Purchasing Decisions
