Integrated Marriage Itsbat: Analyzing The Polemics Behind Its Implementation Mustika, Dian; Marlina, Siti

The existence of the Integrated Marriage Itsbat in Jambi City has begun since 2015 but in 2018, it was no longer implemented. One of the reasons is because the number of participants was decreasing. However, the trial of Marriage Itsbat in the Religious Court was still held. This study tries to examine its implementation in Jambi City and the problems surround it. This is an empirical legal research which employs the qualitative data collection through interviews and documentation. The study finds that the implementation of this program was loaded with a number of problems. Even in the reality, the final goal of this program, which is to help disadvantaged people to obtain rights to marriage certificates, marriage books, and birth certificates in one service unit, was not fully achieved. The results of this study indicate that there were a number of problems that had arisen, including: the existence of this program creating chances for increasing unregistered marriages; registration of participants without going through KUA leading to missed checks related to the clarity of previous marital status; a constraint in the publishing process of a Marriage Certificate; and lack of socialization. Hence, future programs of integrated marriage itsbat should be able to address the unintended consequences.Keywords: Integrated Marriage Itsbat, marriage registration, Religious Court, Compilation of Islamic Law.

Marriage is anyone's right as long as the marriage is in accordance with the Shari'a, women who are no longer menstruating are called menopause and in this phase women experience various changes, with this change the groom is expected to understand the problematics of marrying menopause women for the sake of continuing family integrity, to give an idea to a bride, especially a man who wants to marry a menopausal woman (who is no longer reproducible), this study aims to find out the problems and motivations of marrying a menopausal woman (not to be reproduced) and to know the review of Law No. 1 of 1974 and Islamic Law concerning marrying women manouse, this research is a qualitative research with an empirical normative sociological approach by using the interview method, with the technical writer asking the spouse directly as a respondent and from the results of the interview the writer is the data. The results of this study can be concluded First Problematics marrying menopausal women are: not getting offspring, changes in intimate partner relationships. and social impact in the community Second Motivation to marry menopausal women as follows: because they really want to get married, earn a living, undergo worship, have friends in old age and friends.

Suku Anak Dalam is known as an isolated community in Jambi adhering to animism and dynamism. However, in the last few decades, some of Suku Anak Dalam people have converted to Islam. This article examines the changes in the inheritance system, and factors influencing them. This study uses qualitative analysis with a socio-legal perspective. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result reveals that, in practice, the use of customary inheritance law seems to be more dominant than Islamic inheritance law. Furthermore, the shifting in the inheritance system could be seen in the inheritance distribution methods and inheritance classification. These changes are influenced by the religious conversion, social interaction with incomers and their migrations to other regions. AbstrakSuku Anak Dalam dikenal sebagai kelompok masyarakat terasing di Jambi. Mereka menganut kepercayaan animisme dan dinamisme. Namun, dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, Suku Anak Dalam telah melakukan konversi agama menjadi Islam. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang bentuk pergeseran sistem kewarisan ini serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dalam perspektif normatif-sosiologis. Sementara itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktiknya, berlaku dualisme hukum, yaitu hukum waris Islam dan hukum waris adat. Namun, penggunaan hukum waris adat terlihat lebih dominan dibandingkan hukum waris Islam. Selanjutnya, pergeseran sistem kewarisan, di antaranya terlihat pada proses pewarisan hingga perubahan bentuk dan penggolongan harta waris. Terjadinya pergeseran nilai ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya: konversi agama, interaksi sosial dengan pendatang, dan migrasi ke wilayah lain.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap efektifitas mediasi dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Jambi serta problematikanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: pertama, pelaksanaan mediasi di Pengadilan Agama Jambi dinilai belum efektif dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian karena berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, tahun 2012 tingkat keberhasilan mediasi hanya 3.81%, tahun 2013 sebesar 2.78% dan 2014 menurun menjadi 0.70%. Kedua, rendahnya tingkat keberhasilan mediasi di Pengadilan Agama Jambi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu: perkara, ketidakhadiran para pihak, dan kurangnya kemampuan mediator dalam memediasi perkara

Implementation of regional autonomy based on Law no. 32 of 2004 had a significant impact on the procedure for preparing the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). A performance-based budgeting system enables local governments to identify and define performance indicators that are relevant to local conditions, so that budgeting can focus more on achieving the expected results. However, problems arise when the involvement of various parties increases in the budget preparation process. This study aims to analyze the effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack in the management of the district government budget. South Lampung by using the role of moral reasoning as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection medium which is distributed directly to apparatus directly involved in district budgeting. South Lampung. Sampling using purposive sampling, and obtained as many as 53 participants. The method of data analysis and hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the WrapPls 7.0 software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that budgetary participation has a positive effect on budgetary slack in district government budget management. South Lampung, On the other hand, the role of moral reasoning is proven to be able to moderate the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack.

The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of compensation suitability, and organizational culture on employee performance of Manufacturing Company in Lampung Province. This research is a quantitative study using the sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling combined with purposive sampling, the survey method uses a questionnaire as a data collection medium distributed via google form to all employees of Manufacturing Company in Lampung Province with a sample size obtained as many as 112 participants. The data analysis and hypothesis testing method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WrapPls 7.0 software analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that compensation suitability, and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance of Manufacturing Company in Lampung Province.

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the field of law enforcement. In Indonesia, cybercrime is increasingly complex, demanding a more sophisticated and effective investigative approach. One of the approaches adopted is the use of surveillance technology in the investigation process. This article explores the role of surveillance technology in the investigation of cybercrimes, focusing on legal perspectives in Indonesia. Through juridical analysis, this article identifies the types of surveillance technologies used by law enforcement officials, such as surveillance software, online activity monitoring, and big data analysis. The article also examines the legal implications of using such technologies, including privacy concerns, the legality of electronic evidence, and the challenges of ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the context of Indonesia, this article highlights the need for more specific and clear regulations to regulate the use of surveillance technology so as not to violate human rights, as well as the importance of training for investigators in operating such technology. Thus, this article provides an in-depth look at the dynamics of the use of surveillance technology in the investigation of cybercrime in Indonesia and its relevance in fair and effective law enforcement.

This study aims to empirically prove about the effect of regulatory compliance, budget goals clarity, and accounting control system on the performance accountability of government agencies. The sample in this study are functional officials involved in managing the accountability of government performance agencies in the Administrative Section of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Work Unit in Lampung Province. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS Version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that regulatory compliance, budget goals clarity, and accounting control system had an effect on performance accountability of government agencies in the Ministry of Industry Republic of Indonesia Work Unit in Lampung Province.

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal, namun sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pencatatan keuangan yang akurat dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan teknologi, khususnya aplikasi pencatatan keuangan, dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan keuangan pada UMKM Kemplang Cap Siger di Kelurahan Mulyosari, Kecamatan Metro Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM terkait kebutuhan dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi berbasis aplikasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan transaksi, mengurangi kesalahan, dan memberikan data yang lebih terstruktur untuk analisis keuangan. Implementasi aplikasi juga mempercepat proses evaluasi kinerja keuangan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan teknologi ini terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan pencatatan keuangan dan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM secara keseluruhan
