Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the concept map learning strategy and thinking style on the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History for students at Gunungsitoli City's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study employs an experimental method with a 2 x 2 quasi-experimental factorial design. The influence of concept mapping and expository learning strategies on learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History in terms of students' thinking styles will be compared using this design. According to the findings of this study, students from the Gunungsitoli Private Madrasah in Gunungsitoli who were taught using concept map learning strategies achieved higher Islamic Cultural History learning outcomes than students who were taught using expository learning strategies, where the average value of history learning outcomes was lower. Students at Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Gunungsitoli City who were taught with the concept map learning strategy had a higher level of Islamic culture than students who were taught with the expository learning strategy.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the Authentic Assessment in Akhlak Learning Class IV at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli and examine the results of authentic assessments in the Akhlak class IV subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli. This thesis research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers used interview, observation, and document study techniques to collect data, and to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research, they referred to data validity standards such as credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study indicate that authentic assessment of Akidah Akhlak subjects is carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli at the start of learning, during learning, and after learning. The assessment in learning Akidah Akhlaq is done in an integrated fashion. This assessment is carried out to achieve competence in the 2013 Curriculum, with teaching activities including three assessment aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Several assessment techniques are used in the authentic assessment process for Akidah Akhlaq subjects, including written tests, written tests, assignments, practices, projects, portfolios, observations, self-assessments, peer-to-peer assessments, and teacher journals.

Abstract

It is the goal of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture on the work ethics of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City., the impact of work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, and the impact of organizational culture and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City. The registrant-respondent statistics of 60 teachers are used in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Simple and multiple regression techniques, as well as partial correlation, were used to analyze the data. According to the research findings, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on teacher work discipline. There is a 28.7% effective influence on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah's teachers in Gunung Sitoli City if the organizational culture is higher and more positive. As a result, 28.7% of the variation in the organizational culture variable is correlated with an improvement in teacher work discipline; this is a positive and significant relationship. In other words, the more positive and motivating a teacher's work motivation is, the more effective the teacher's work discipline is. Work motivation can be predicted with a 32 percent accuracy in terms of improving teacher work discipline, and there is a joint positive and significant influence between organizational culture and work motivation.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to discover the relationship between madrasah culture and teacher work commitments in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli, the relationship between innovative attitudes and teacher work commitments in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli, and the relationship between Madrasah culture and innovative attitudes in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Gunung Sitoli teachers. people, using a random sample from the entire population or total sampling A questionnaire with a Likert scale model was used as the research instrument. The requirements test was used to determine the independence, linearity, and normality of the independent variables. At a significance level of = 0.05, the data analysis technique used correlation and regression, as well as simple correlation and regression and multiple correlations. According to the findings of the study, there is a positive and significant relationship between madrasa culture and teacher work commitment. This means that the higher and more positive the madrasa culture, the higher and more positive the work commitment of the teachers of Gunung Sitoli City's State Islamic Madrasah by providing an effective contribution of 8.5 percent. Innovative attitudes and teacher work commitment have a positive and significant relationship. This means that the higher and more positive the innovative attitude, the higher and more positive the work commitment of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers throughout the city of Gunung Sitoli by providing an effective contribution of 4.56 percent, and there is a positive and significant relationship between madrasa culture and innovative attitudes in general. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of state Islamic elementary school teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, the effect of work motivation on the performance of state Islamic elementary school teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, and the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation combined on the performance of teachers of public secondary schools throughout Gunung Sitoli. In this study, the population consisted of 42 permanent teachers who worked at State Islamic Madrasahs throughout Gunung Sitoli. A total sampling technique was used to select the samples. Product Moment Correlation, Simple Regression, and Multiple Regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The study's findings show that water has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah State Teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, implying that the better the teachers' job satisfaction, the better the teachers' performance, with the magnitude of the effect reaching 14.36 percent. There is a significant and significant effect of work motivation on the performance of State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Gunung Sitoli City, which means that the higher the teacher job satisfaction, the higher the teacher performance, with the magnitude of the effect reaching 16.5 percent, and there is a significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation together on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri teachers in Gunung Sitoli City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see if there are any differences in student learning outcomes when using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model with the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type in Islamic Cultural History Subject with Umayyad Bani material in class VII MTs. Gunung Sitoli City State, Academic Year 2020/2021 This is an example of experimental research. The research population consisted of all VIIMTs students. The population of Gunung Sitoli City was 51 students, and the sample size was 51 people. A test is a tool used to collect data. According to the data analysis, the average pre-test value for the experimental class was 56.48, with a standard deviation (SD1) of 10.09, and the average pre-test value for the control class was 45.23, with an SD2 of 7.57. The average post-test value for the experimental class () is 86.36, with a standard deviation (SD1) of 7.97, while the control class's average post-test value is 78.46, with a standard deviation (SD2) of 6.60. The normality test revealed that Lo>Ltable and the homogeneity test revealed that Ftable>Fcount. The two-party t-test was used to test the research hypothesis, and the results were tcount = 2.401 and ttable = 1.677 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating that tcount > ttable. As a result, it is possible to conclude that there is a positive and significant difference in student learning outcomes in grade VII MTs when using the TPS type cooperative learning model versus the STAD type. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational research approach. The purpose of this correlation study is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between two independent variables and one quantitatively dependent variable. At a score of 4, the strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, both individually and collectively, with the Learning Outcomes variable in Akidah Akhlak subjects can be predicted. The study's findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Student Learning Outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects, with a significant contribution of 21.11 percent close relationship between learning outcomes. Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have a significant relationship with student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects of 0.598, with a close relationship contribution of 35.8 percent. Based on the findings of this study, it is possible to conclude that Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence, either individually or in combination, are two factors that are very significantly related to improving student learning outcomes in the Akidah-Akhlak subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research work was to analyze the form of communication between the Head of MIN West Medan and the Madrasah Committee at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli City, analyze the aspects that were communicated by the Head of Madrasah with the Madrasah Committee at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli, and analyze the communication media used by the Head of Gunung Sitoli City Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2. The descriptive method is used in this study, which takes a qualitative approach. The validity of the data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentary studies to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research using the standard of data validity suggested by Lincoln and Guba, which consisted of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings of this study revealed a type of communication between the Head of Madrasah and the Madrasah Committee in Madrasah Negeri 2 Ibtidaiyah Communications that was related to verbal communication between the Madrasah Heads and the Madrasah Committee in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Gunung Sitoli

The goal of this research was to examine the Planning of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, the Organizing of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, the Implementation of Teacher Competency Development in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Gunung Sitoli City, and the Monitoring of Teacher Compet The data collection technique used interviews, observations, and documentary studies, while the standard data validity suggested by Lincoln and Guba consisted of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability to strengthen the validity of the data found and the authenticity of the research. The technique used in planning teacher competency development is to collect all recommended programs, then discuss and discuss and decide which programs will be carried out, such as workshops, training, outbound, and programmatic delivery of teachers for every training held by the Ministry of Religion or other agencies.
