Abstract

This study analyzes the workload to understand the optimal number of needs in the installation of nutrition to support hospital operations according to needs, both in terms of type and development. Excess of labor will spend more unproductive work time, as opposed to labor will spend excessive workload. Method: This study used a mixed method, Quantitative research by observation with WISN and proceed with qualitative research using indepth interviews The results showed that the workload on expert services was 53.7%, on the processing or cooker services was 50.4% and the presenter was 44%. Obtained the amount of available work time of 115,920 minutes for one year in the nutrition installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. There are 4 categories of activities or activities in the nutrition installation, namely direct activities, indirect activities, personal activities and non-productive activities in the nutrition installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. Conclusion: The optimal number of employees in nutritional department PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul is 24 people of employees. This means that there are an insufficiency number of nutritionist are 2 people and 1 person excess food services.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pasien psikiatri berisiko melakukan bunuh diri 3-12 kali lebih besar dibanding pasien bukan psikiatri. Lima belas persen pasien psikiatri bunuh diri sewaktu mereka dirawat inap. Untuk menurunkan angka kejadian dan mencegah bunuh diri maka dilakukan deteksi dini dengan menggunakan instrumen Penilaian Resiko Bunuh Diri sejak pasien masuk perawatan melalui Intlalasi Gawat Darurat dan dipantau tiap hari selama di bangsal perawatan. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor resiko bunuh diri, memprediksi kejadian bunuh diri, sebagai upaya pencegahan kejadian bunuh diri pada pasien psikiatri rawat inap. Metode: penelitian bersifat prospektif dengan design pre dan post yang bersifat cross sectional dengan dengan menggunakan instrument Penilaian Resiko Bunuh Diri. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 32 responden yang diambil dengan cara consecutive sampling. Pengukuran dilakukan setiap hari selama seminggu pada masing-masing responden pada bulan Januari 2017 yang dilakukan di RSJD Dr RM Soedjarwadi Klaten. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil: didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna yaitu 0,673 antara pengukuran hari pertama (pre) dengan pengukuran hari terakhir (post) dengan validitas (p < 0,05) yaitu p = 0,000. Kesimpulan : Penilaian Resiko Bunuh Diri dapat mendeteksi dini resiko bunuh diri pada pasien psikiatri rawat inap.

Abstract

Faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan selain remunerasi dan motivasi adalah kepuasan. Salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan adalah kepuasan tentang pendapatan / remunerasi , akan tetapi belum ada penelitian tentang sejauhmana pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit X. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh kepuasan tentang remunerasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit X. metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit X yang berjumlah 200 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan analisa data menggunakan uji regresi Kepuasan tentang remunerasi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Kepuasan tentang remunerasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat. Jika kepuasan diterima dan motivasi diterima maka akan meningkatkan kinerja perawat.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis of the application of the balanced scorecard in the preparation of a business strategy plan for the mental hospital X Magelang 2020-2024. The results showed that based on the SWOT analysis conducted by active observation methods, group discussion forums (FGD) and documentation studies produced vision, mission and organizational values which were then translated into strategic targets, key performance indicators and targets all based on a balanced scorecard that is divided into four learning and growth perspectives, internal business processes, customers, and finance as well as with key performance indicators / Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on each strategic goal. The competitive position of the hospital is in quadrant II so that the strategic steps taken are maintaining organizational stability or strengthening organizational quality by improving organizational governance, management system capabilities, hospital management information systems, business processes and building organizational culture. Required joint commitment from all levels in the mental hospital. X Magelang to implement the Business Strategy Plan (RSB) based on the balanced scorecard period 2020-2024 and periodically evaluate the performance of each perspective.

Abstract

The application of universal coverage by the Social Security Organizing Agency that uses payments with the INA-CBG's package tariff system (Permenkes No.27, 2014). So that in the management of diseases and medical measures needs to control quality and costs. One of the medical procedures that require high cost and investment is coronary artery catheterization. Klaten Islamic Hospital is a type B hospital that establishes cardiac services as superior service, so an accurate unit cost calculation is needed regarding the cost of coronary artery catheterization procedures. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted in October - November 2019. Analysis of the unit cost of coronary artery catheterization using annual data based on the 2018 activity report using the ABC-Baker method by detailing direct costs, direct and indirect overhead costs, and unit costs for each activity. Calculation of unit cost of coronary artery catheterization in integrated cardiac services at the Klaten Islamic General Hospital using Activity Based Costing methods including Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is IDR.36,251,719 which is composed of direct cost IDR.35.654.570 direct overhead cost IDR.463.757 and indirect overhead cost IDR.133.392 and for Coronary Angiography (CAG) procedure is IDR.13.462.326 which is composed of direct cost IDR.13.059.878 direct overhead cost IDR. 318.954 and indirect overhead cost IDR. 83.494. Conclusion: There is a negative difference between the unit cost of the ABC-Baker method and the INA-CBG's rate on angiographic measures of (IDR. 5,852,726). And a positive difference was found between unit cost of ABC-Baker method and the INA-CBG's rate on the PCI procedure of IDR.5, 338,781.

Abstract

Nursing services make an important contribution in the quality of services in hospitals, so that every effort to improve the quality of services in hospitals must improve by improving the quality of nursing services, one of which is by improving the performance of nurses. Problems that arise based on a preliminary study conducted at the beginning of October 2016 at Hospital X, is still a problem of nurses who treat patients who experience an increase in nurses. Research Objectives: Knowing the influence of leadership in nursing environment on nurses 'motivation at Hospital X. Knowing the motivation of compensation in nursing environment on nurses' motivation at Hospital X. Knowing the effect of leadership in nursing on nurses at Hospital X. with cross sectional research design. Subjects in this study were nurses at Hospital X with a total sample of 70 people who were contacted by questionnaire instruments, while the research object was leadership, compensation, motivation, and performance of nurses at Hospital X. Processing data about this study using a computer program with SPSS 15.0 and using the F Test and t Test. Conclusion: After conducting an assessment of testing can prove the performance of nurses RS X need significant support by leadership, compensation through motivation.

Abstract

The completeness of the medical record can accurately provide information that can be used as a reference for health services, legal basis, support information to improve medical quality, medical research and be used as a basis for assessing hospital performance. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in clinical officer compliance in completeness of electronic medical records and manual medical records with primary cardiac diagnoses in hospitals. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with a retrospective design. Data was taken from 30 samples of manual medical records and 30 samples of electronic medical records. The data collection method is in the form of a checklist. While the analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate analysis with the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that complete manual medical records were 13.3%. The most complete aspects are CPPT and HHC. Whereas in complete electronic medical records as much as 56.7% of medical records. The most complete aspects of completeness are the initial nursing assessment, fall assessment, pain assessment, nursing action and nursing plan. While the statistical results using the Mann-Whitney U Test show that there are several aspects that have a statistically significant comparison. These aspects include initial nursing assessment (p = 0.001), fall assessment (p = 0.001), pain assessment (p = 0,000), nursing plan (p = 0,000), nursing actions (p = 0,000), CPPT (p = 0,000), = 0,000), educational records (p = 0,000), discharge planing (p = 0.005), HHC (p = 0,000), drug administration records (p = 0.019) and drug reconciliation (p = 0,000). Statistically it was concluded that there were significant differences between manual and electronic medical records with a p-value <0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-surveillance applications in improving the collection and accuracy of filling Patient Infection data. The sample used was medical nurses on duty in the ICU room of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in Yogyakarta. The technique used is linear regression on the pretest and posttest data with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 application program. The results of the study: 1. Gives a significant score on the pretest and posttest. 2. Gives a significant difference in score on the pretest and posttest accuracy of medical personnel in performing the task of recording patient data using e-surveillance application software. 3. It turned out that the socialization of applying e-surveillance software to nurse medical staff in the ICU room proved to be effective in increasing the success and accuracy of nurses medical officers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the nurses' perceptions at Grhasia Mental Hospital about aggressive behavior of patients at the Mental Hospital x. This research is a mixed method research, namely Sequential Explanatory. This mixed method research aims to obtain data and information to complement each other's description of the results of the study of the phenomenon under study and to strengthen research analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the perception of nurses at the Ghrasia Mental Hospital is in the positive realm with a percentage of 63.7%. The prevalence of aggressive behavior of patients who endanger nurses is mostly in the category of ever, but with the level of behavior that can still be overcome. The tendency of aggressive behavior is in the form of physical threats with a percentage of 92.2%. There is a positive influence between perceptions on the patient's aggressive behavior that endangers the nurse. This positive value can be seen from the significance which indicates the number 0,000 and the Pearson Spearman rank value 0.922 **.

Abstract

Hospital pharmaceutical installation services play an important role in efforts to improve the quality of hospital services. The quality of hospital services affects patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of pharmaceutical service quality on outpatient satisfaction at D type Hospital in Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The population is all outpatients in D type Hospital. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire. Multivariate data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the dimensions of pharmaceutical service quality that influence patient satisfaction are tangible. Dimensions of pharmaceutical service quality that do not affect patient satisfaction are reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. In conclusion, pharmaceutical service quality (reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy and tangible manifestations) affect patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at D type Hospital Yogyakarta (t 7,239; p 0,000).
