Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui Guru Ekonomi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran ekonomi, (2) Mengetahui Guru Ekonomi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran ekonomi, dan Mengetahui Guru Ekonomi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru ekonomi SMA N di Kabupaten Pringsewu yaitu sebanyak 30 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang pembelajaran pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu berada dalam katergori baik. Terbukti yang memiliki kategori sangat baik sebanyak 5 orang atau 16,66 %, kategori baik sebanyak 20 orang atau 66,66 %, kategori cukup baik sebanyak 5 Orang atau 16,66 %. Kompetensi pedagogik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu berada dalam katergori baik. Terbukti yang memiliki kategori sangat baik sebanyak 2 orang atau 6,67 %, kategori baik sebanyak 19 orang atau 63,33 %, kategori cukup baik sebanyak 8 Orang atau 26,67 %, dan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 1 orang atau 3,33 %. Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu berada dalam kategori baik. Terbukti yang memiliki kategori sangat baik sebanyak 5 orang atau 16,67 %, kategori baik sebanyak 17 orang atau 56,67 %, kategori cukup baik sebanyak 6 Orang atau 20 %, dan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 2 orang atau 6,67 %.Kata kunci: Guru Ekonomi, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kabupaten Pringsewu

Abstract

The Effect of Celebrity Endorser, Testimony, and Quality of Service To Consumer Trust in Instagram. This research aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, testimonials, and the service quality on consumer confidence in micro business on social media instagram of Economic Education's students in University of Lampung. The population of this research were all students of Economic Education in year of force 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, totaling 263students. The number of samples in this study amounted to 73 students using the nonprobability sampling method supported by purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an influence of celebrity endorsers, testimonials, and service quality on consumer confidence in micro business on social media Instagram of Economic Education's students in University of Lampung. This can be proven by calculating Fcount Ftable or 6.835 2.74 and the significance value (sig.) α= (0,05) or 0,000 0,05. The coefficient of determination gained 0.229 or 22.9% of consumer trust is influenced by celebrity endorsers, testimonials, and service quality, the remaining 77.1% is influenced by other factorsthat are not included in this research.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Consumer Trust, Quality of Service, Testimony http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v3i2.pp51-58

Abstract

The aims of this research were to find out the difference of students' critical thinking ability, the interaction of the use of Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, and Discovery Learning with regard to students' creativity. This research was a quasi-experimental design with comparative approach. The data were collected through questioner and tests. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using T-Test and ANOVA through manual calculation and SPSS. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Batanghari with six classes as population and three classes as sample, which was selected through Cluster Random Sampling. The result of data analysis showed that Count Table or 13,874 3, 13 which means that there was a difference of students' critical thinking ability, the interaction of the use of Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, and Discovery Learning and CountTable or 7,878 2, 51 which means there was an interaction between learning model and students' creativity in students' critical thinking ability on Economy.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of attribute products , prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase of products smartphone vivo.Methods used is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital .Population is student PIPS the 2015-2017, FKIPUniversity  Lampung.Technique the sample collection use non probability of sampling with the methods accidental sampling.The sample of the used 60 respondents.The results of the study showed that there was some influence simultaneously attribute products, prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase smartphone vivo on student P. IPSFKIPUniversity Lampung. Based on the analysis of obtained fhitung 77,249 ftabel 2,77 this demonstrates with multiple linear regression coefficient of determination ( r2 ) 0,805 which means the purchase decision influenced by product attributes, prices and word of mouth communication as much as 80,5 % and 19.5 % influenced by other factors . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone vivo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2015-2017, FKIP Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling denganmetode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone vivo pada mahasiswa jurusan P. IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh Fhitung 77,249 Ftabel 2,77 yang  ditunjukan  dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,805 yang berarti keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication sebesar 80,5 % dan 19,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, atribut produk, harga, word of mouth communication

Abstract

This study aims to compare online-based shopping consumer satisfaction using social media Instagram and direct shopping (offline) to consumer loyalty in Bandar Lampung Melstore Shop. The method used in this research is an experiment using a comparative and survey approach. This study's sample is the Bandar Lampung Melstore Shop consumers who shop online and offline totaling 96 respondents. The technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The data collection uses observation and questionnaires. Data collected through a questionnaire is then processed using the SPSS 15.0 program. The results obtained by using the SPSS 15.0 program indicate that the variable of customer satisfaction when shopping online and offline has a significant difference. It has an impact on consumer loyalty, both online and offline.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa saat ini yang biasa disebut dengan “digital native” merupakan individu yang tidak mungkin dilepaskan dari teknologi komunikasi. Pembelajaran dengan tidak memperhatikan perkembangan peserta didik dapat menyebabkan mismatch antara tujuan dan hasil yang dicapai. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kunci sukses dalam pembelajaran. Agar pembelajaran berjalan efektif dan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik materi, lingkungan dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kebutuhan media pembelajaran digital mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Lampung. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan metode penelitian expost facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi sangat membutuhkan media pembelajaran digital. Kata kunci: Mahasiswa, Media Pembelajaran, Media Pembelajaran Digital ABSTRACTToday's students who are commonly referred to as "digital native" are individuals who cannot be separated from communication technology. Learning by not paying attention to the development of students can cause a mismatch between the objectives and the results obtained. Learning media is one of the keys to success in learning. In order for learning to run effectively and obtain maximum results, learning media that are appropriate and in accordance with the material, environment and students are needed. This research studies the digital learning media needs of students of the Lampung University Economic Education Study Program. The research conducted is a descriptive verification research with ex post facto research methods and surveys. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu strategi bisnis yang tepat kepada UMKM Home Industri Kerajinan Gerabah Erri Art berdasarkan Business Model Canvas. Tipe penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah pemilik, karyawan, dan konsumen UMKM Erri Art. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian identifikasi Business Model canvas ini dapat memberikan pilihan pengembangan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk UMKM Erri Art dimasing-masing elemen. Elemen customer segment perusahaan fokus pada semua kalangan dari berbagai lapisan sosial masyarakat. Elemen value proposition difokuskan pada pengurangan risiko, pelayanan, serta memaksimalkan peranan sebagai produk unggulan. Elemen channel memerlukan peningkatan promosi melalui media online. Elemen customer relationships perusahaan diperlukan kecakapan karyawan dalam melayani konsumen. Elemen revenue streams perusahaan memiliki keunggulan dari sektor jasa sebagai tempat edukasi wisata. Elemen key resources perusahaan terdiri dari sumber daya fisik, sumber daya intelektual, sumber daya manusia, dan sumber daya finansial. Elemen key activies terletak pada proses produksi dan kegiatan jasa wisata edukasi. Elemen key partnerships perusahaan diarahkan untuk lebih memaksimalkan peranya sebagai mitra binaan DEKRANASDA untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Sedangkan elemen terahir yakni cost structure dari UMKM Erri Art terdiri dari biaya tetap, dan biaya variabel. Strategi yang tepat untuk UMKM Erri Art adalah strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunities) dimana kelemahan internal diperbaiki untuk memaksimalkan peluang yang ada.Kata kunci: Business Model Canvas, Pengembangan, Strategi, UMKM Erri

Abstract

Comparative Study of Accounting Learning Outcomes Using Course Review Horay, Teams Games Tournament, and Numbered Heads Together by Seeing the Learning Interests of Class XII Students of Swadhipa Natar High School for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research is motivated by the low accounting learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes using the Course Review Horay learning model, Teams Games Tournament, and Numbered Heads Together in accounting subjects by paying attention to the learning interests of class XII IPS at SMA Swadhipa Natar. This study uses a cooperative method with an experimental approach. The population involved in this study were all students of class XII IPS consisting of 3 classes, namely XII IPS 1, XII IPS 2, and XII IPS 3 of SMA Swadhipa Natar Academic Year 2019/2020, totaling 68 students. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, which means that the sample was taken from the entire population of 68 students. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, questionnaires, and post-tests. Hypotheses were tested by two-way analysis of variance and two independent sample t-tests. The results of the data analysis show: (1) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students who use cooperative learning models such as Course Review Horay, Teams Games Tournament, and Numbered Heads Together. (2) The accounting learning outcomes of students whose learning uses the Course Review Horay type of cooperative learning model is higher when compared to students who use the Teams Games Tournament learning model, and Numbered Heads Together in high learning interest. (3) The accounting learning outcomes of students whose learning uses the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model are higher when compared to the Course Review Horay and Teams Games Tournament learning models in low learning interest. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social economic literacy, lifestyle, conformity, modernity towards consumptive behavior economic education students lampung university. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The sample in this research used an entire population of 67 students. Data collection using interview, observations, test, and questionnaire. Partial hypothesis testing using the t test, while simultaneous testing using the f test. Based on the result of the analysis, it was conclude that there was a partial effect between economic literacy, lifestyle, conformity, modernity towards consumptive behavior economic education students lampung university. Simultaneously there is also effect between economic literacy, lifestyle, conformity, modernity towards consumptive behavior economic education students lampung university. Calculated f value of 61,591 with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

This study was aimed at identifyingthe profiles of the Economics Education Study Program graduates, which was conducted in 2018. The graduates'profiles include GPA, graduates' graduate employment rate, alumni outcomes,types of jobs, information on getting a job, and the amount of income. This study was quantitative-descriptive in nature, which adopted a cross sectional method. The population of this study wasthe alumni of 2016 Economics Education Study Program graduates with a total of 99 alumni. The sample was taken using total sampling technique with a totalsample of 98 alumni. The data were collected through questionnaire and interview methods. The results showed that on average they have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.49 (male)and 3.51 (female). In addition, 76% of them have been employed and 24% of them are unemployed, looking for work, and continuing their studies. Looking at the alumni outcomes, their waiting period of getting their first job was 1.02% (6 months before graduation), 3.06% (3 to 6 months before graduation), 36.73% (3 monthsbefore graduation), 32.65% (3 months after graduation), 15.31% (3 to 6 months after graduation), and11.22% 6 months after graduation).It can be broken down into more  specific characteristics based on the types of company they work. 39% of the alumni work in Government Institution or state-owned enterprises, 4% work in non-profit organizations/non- governmental organizations, 55% work in private companies and 2% are entrepreneurs.The sources where the alumni got the job vacancies or information from include internet/online advertising/mailing lists (31.63%), personal relationse.g. lecturers, parents, siblings, friends etc. (19.39%), advertisements in newspapers/magazines and brochures (18.37%), walk-in application to companies/institutions without knowing if the vacancies were available or not (18.37%), job fair (5.1%), personal network since they were in college (4.08%), and the center/office of the faculty/university career development (1.02%). Most alumni work in the fields of education services (49%), followed by financial and insurance services (12.24%), and the rest workas other occupations. Viewed from the alumni income per month, 63.26% of them have an income of IDR 2,500,000, 25.51% of them fall into the category of IDR 2,500,000 - IDR 5,000,000,and 3.06% of them fall into the category of IDR 5,000,000 - IDR. 7,500,000.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan kajian profil  lulusan  Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun 2018. Profil lulusan yang meliputi nilai IPK, daya serap lulusan di dunia kerja, waktu tunggu mendapatkan pekerjaan jenis pekerjaan alumni, informasi mendapatkan pekerjaan, besaran penghasilan lulusan saat mendapatkan pekerjaan pertama. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah alumni Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi lulusan tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 99 alumni. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dan diperoleh sampel 98 alumni. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan metode angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara rata-rata memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan rincian IPK untuk jenis kelamin pria (3.49) sedangkan jenis kelamin wanita (3.51), Sebanyak 76% Alumni sudah terserap bekerja dan 24% alumni tidak bekerja, sedang mencari pekerjaan dan Melanjutkan Studi, Waktu tunggu mendapat pekerjaan pertama yaitu dalam waktu 6 bulan sebelum wisuda sebanyak 1,02%, 3 sampai 6 bulan sebelum wisuda sebanyak 3,06%, 3 bulan sebelumwisuda sebanyak 36,73%, 3 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 32,65%, 3 sampai 6 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 15,31% dan 6 bulan setelah wisuda sebanyak 11,22%, dari yang sudah bekerja dapat dijabarkan kembali berdasarkan karakteristik jenis perusahaan tempat bekerja yaitu 39% alumni  bekerja  di  Instansi  Pemerintah  atau  BUMN,  4%  alumni bekerja di Organisasi non-profit/ Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, 55% alumni bekerja di Perusahaan Swasta dan 2% berwirausaha, Jalur mendapatkan pekerjaan a l u m n i yaitu sebanyak 31 orang atau 31,63% melalui internet/iklan online/milis, 19 orang atau 19,39% melalui relasi (misalnya dosen, orang tua, saudara, teman dll), 18 orang atau 18,37% melalui iklan di koran/ majalah dan brosur, 18 orang atau 18,37% melamar ke perusahaan/instansi tanpa mengetahui lowongan yang ada, 5 orang atau 5,1 % pergi ke bursa/ pameran kerja, 4 orang atau 4,08% membangun jejaring (network) sejak masih kuliah, dan 1 orang atau 1,02% memeroleh informasi dari pusat/kantor pengembangan karier fakultas / universitas. Sebagian besar alumni bekerja pada jasa pendidikan sebanyak 50 orang atau 49% disusul pada bidang jasa keuangan dan asuransi sebanyak 12 orang atau 12,24% dan sisanya tersebar pada bidang pekerjaan lain. Penghasilan alumni per bulan dari pekerjaan berada pada kisaran Rp2.500.000 sebanyak 62 orang atau 63,26 %. Sedangkan pendapatan Rp2.500.000– Rp5.000.000 sebanyak 25 orang atau 25,51%, dan pendapatan Rp. 5.000.000 – Rp. 7.500.000 sebanyak 3 orang atau 3,06%.Kata Kunci: Alumni, Tracer Study, Universitas Lampung
