Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining the results of a study of Motivation, Employee Engagement, work spirituality and employee performance at PT. Citra Anugrah Jaya and to get an analysis of Motivation, Employee Involvement, Work Spirituality and Employee Performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Image. This research method uses the Descriptive Verification method with multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis was processed using Microsoft Excel and Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS. With sample 50 people. The research results show that there is an influence between motivation and employee performance at PT. Citra Anugrah Jaya with an influence of 41% with a correlation value of 0.596. Furthermore, employee engagement has on employee performance at PT. Citra Anugrah with an influence of 16% and a correlation value of 0.199 for work spirituality has an influence on employee performance with an influence of 43% and a correlation value of 0.264. This shows that the partial influence of work motivation and spirituality has an effect on employee performance while work engagement has no effect on employee performance. The residual factor in this study that was not examined was 62%, so this shows that there are other factors that can influence the performance of PT employees. The Image of Grace.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the impact of auditor competence on audit quality at the Regional Inspectorate of Garut Regency. A quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches was used in this research. Data collection was carried out through literature review as well as field surveys using questionnaires and interviews. For data analysis, simple linear regression techniques and coefficient of determination analysis were employed. The study reveals that auditor competence has a significant impact on audit quality at the Regional Inspectorate of Garut Regency.

Abstract

Marketing is becoming a function that cannot be separated from the company's strategic implementation. For this reason, marketing activities should be integrated with all strategic functions of the company. This research aims to examine the impact of marketing activities and firm performance on company value in 32 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2019 - 2022. Companies that focus on customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing are more likely to achieve steady revenue, which contributes to greater financial stability and increased market value. On the other hand, factors like Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Credit Ratios do not directly affect a company’s value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the case study method in improving students' critical thinking skills and enthusiasm in the Financial Management course in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Garut. The case study method is used in three learning cycles to evaluate students' ability to identify problems, analyze problems, seek information, draw conclusions, and present the results of their analysis in front of the class. The results of the study show that the application of the case study method is able to improve students' critical thinking skills, especially in topics such as cash flow management, financial statement analysis, investment decisions, and financial planning. In addition, the level of student enthusiasm has also increased significantly, which is reflected in their response, interest, and active participation during lectures. The role of lecturers as motivators, facilitators, and evaluators has proven to be effective in creating an interactive and conducive learning atmosphere. These findings make an important contribution to the development of more relevant and participatory learning methods in the field of financial management.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting keberhasilan pariwisata berkelanjutan adalah dukungan masyarakat, khususnya generasi milenial sebagai generasi produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor penentu keberlanjutan pariwisata Indramayu dengan menganalisis efek dan manfaat yang dirasakan dari keberlanjutan pariwisata (dari perspektif ekonomi, pasar, dan sosial). Model yang diusulkan menggunakan regresi Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif menggunakan data primer dengan mengisi kuesioner. Menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 generasi milenial Indramayu dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai yang dirasakan pariwisata sangat penting untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pariwisata dikembangkan jika berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat, dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penduduk. Studi ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap masyarakat terhadap pariwisata. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya memberikan perhatian kepada masyarakat lokal, khususnya generasi milenial, sebagai pemain penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata, terutama di daerah yang ingin meningkatkan perekonomiannya dengan mengembangkan pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabuapten Garut. Sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti berjumlah 12 responden. Yang menjadi objek adalah pengusaha optik. Adapun permasalahan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan akuntansi yang dilakukan pada usaha optik di Kabupaten Garut telah sesuai dengan konsep – konsep dasar akuntansi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keseuaian penerapan akuntansi yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha optik di Kabupaten Garut sudah menerapkan konsep – konsep dasar akuntansi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa usaha optik di Kabupaten Garut belum menerapkan konsep – konsep dasar akuntansi yang meliputi: Sebagian besar usaha optik telah menerapkan konsep dasar akuntansi yaitu dasar pencatatan  berbasis kas namun belum menerapkan konsep kelangsungan usaha, periode waktu, konsep kesatuan usaha dan konsep penandingan. Maka dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya sistem pencatatan yang sederhana dan masih banyak buku pencatatan yang tidak digunakan. Usaha optik di Kabupaten Garut Belum Menerapkan Akuntansi Sesuai Dengan Konsep – Konsep Dasar Akuntansi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing accounting students' intention to pursue a career in Islamic banking, by using a structural equation model. The study combines the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the religiosity concept to examine the effects of soft skills self-efficacy, technical skills self-efficacy, social influence, job market consideration, and Islamic religiosity on accounting students' intention to pursue a career in Islamic banking. Data were collected through a survey of 264 accounting students at Universitas Garut. The results show that soft skills self-efficacy, social influence, and Islamic religiosity have a significant positive impact on student's intention to pursue a career in Islamic banking. However, technical skills self-efficacy, and job market consideration do not significantly influence students' intentions. These findings provide insight for Islamic banks on how to attract potential employees to pursue a career in Islamic banking. The study contributes to the literature by incorporating Islamic religiosity in the TPB model to explain accounting students' career intentions in Islamic banking, which is particularly relevant in the context of Indonesia, a predominantly Muslim country.

Abstract

Persaingan industri kosmetik di Indonesia semakin pesat diantaranya produk lipstick yang dikeluarkan oleh Revlon yang menawarkan atribut produk beragam. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh  minat beli konsumen produk Kosmetik Revlon Ultra Hd Matte Lip Colour di Kota Bandung terhadap faktor lainnya ,dengan sampel sebesar 385 responden. Metode regresi linier berganda (multiple regesion) digunakan untuk mengetahui signifikansi atau pengaruh antara masing-masing variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk, gaya hidup dan harga terhadap variabel dependen yaitu minat beli.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh setiap variabelnya baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors drive the decision of Umrah pilgrims to choose PT.Intan Raudah Madinah (IRM) Tour and Travel and the most dominant factor. The research method used in this research is exploratory factor analysis. Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies such as surveys, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were Umrah pilgrims who had already departed for IRM tour and travel in 2022. The sample used in this study was the purposive sampling method of 131 respondents. The data was tested using exploratory factor analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this study, the decision rate of Umrah pilgrims choosing PT. Intan Raudah Madinah (IRM) Tour and Travel is in the very high criteria. In factor analysis, of the 20 indicators determined after the correlation test was carried out, they were reduced to 18 indicators. After carrying out the factoring and rotation processes, 5 factors are formed correctly according to their correlation values, namely responsive and friendly factors, trust factors, service factors, responsibility factors, and safety and location factors. Of these 5 factors, the most dominating are responsive and friendly factors consisting of being responsive to needs, friendly, safe transportation, and affordable hotels.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh Customer Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention dan dampaknya pada e-WOM  di Wisata Situ Bagendit. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke objek destinasi Garut, dimana 100 wisatawan yang dijadikan responden. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, metode survei yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring maupun langsung. Selanjutnya para responden diberikan beberapa pernyataan, kemudian data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan di bantu software SPSS. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk memperbaiki berbagai hal yang dapat meningkatkan customer satisfaction agar semakin banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung kembali pada tempat wisata Situ Bagendit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention, pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap e-WOM,dan pengaruh e-WOM terhadap revisit intention  di Situ Bagendit diperoleh keputusan adalah H0 ditolak berarti koefisien jalur signifikan. Jadi customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada objek wisata Situ Bagendit, customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-WOM pada objek wisata Situ Bagendit dan e-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention pada objek wisata Situ Bagendit. Didapat hasil juga bahwa Customer Satisfaction mempengaruhi Revisit Intention dan berdampak pada e-WOM  di Wisata Situ Bagendit. Hasil ini diperoleh dari pengaruh langsung, pengaruh tidak langsung dan pengaruh total dari Customer Satisfaction pada Revisit Intention dan e-WOM.
