Performance in relation to the organizational society can be described as the level of achievement on the implementation of a particular task or the feedback process of previous performances in which causes enhancement on the future employee performance. In this present world of global organizational competition, rapid development is in such demand that raises complex continuous changes in every organizational aspect. In accordance with this principal, an organization is essentially required to have beneficial abilities such as competitive advantage in order to achieve success or to maintain a valuable image of the organizational productivity. Therefore, the objective of this research in correlation with the perception that teamwork has a great effect in the operational performances of an organization was to investigate the effect of teamwork on employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise) who continuously perform teamwork either in sales division, collection, or Account Saving Conscience (ASC).The research was conducted in both regression and correlation analyses. The regression analysis resulted in score < 0.05, showed that teamwork raises significant effects on the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise). Meanwhile, on the correlation analysis the result showed the R score as 0.838 which can be inferred that there is a correlation between teamwork and the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (state-owned enterprise) in an intensive and positive manner.

The farmer-wives have a vital role in coping and resolving their families’ poverty. The role itself is still cannot be separated with the stereotypical concept of an ideal woman figure among Indonesian society which later determines the farm work they are allowed to engage with. This study was set in two objectives, namely (1) to find and investigate the kind of role the farmer-wives engage on domestic sector in the effort of increasing their domestic welfare and (2) to find and investigate the farmer-wives’ role in public sector to increase their domestic welfare. Thereof, the descriptive research method was implemented in this study to give a broad description and explanation according to the data and information collected about the role of farmer-wives in increasing the domestic welfare of their families. The results of this study showed that (1) in accordance to the 12 correspondents, either direct or indirectly the farmer-wives have a vital role in increasing the domestic welfare of their families, (2) the role of housewives in the domestic life is relatively dominant according to the general tasks they work on, (3) farmer-wives directly and indirectly contribute in the farm work for they are active workers with particular tasks in the farm along with the side-job they are put on proposed by their spouses, and (4) farmer-wives in general have a side job as an effort to enhance the domestic welfare of their families.

Therefore, the objective of this research was to find out and investigate how intense the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom is. This research conducted simple random sampling as the sampling technique since the samples were randomly withdrawn from the population without considering the strata of the population. In addition, the size of the sample computed in this research was determined by the Slovin’s formula in which obtained 64 respondents used for the samples as the result. Meanwhile, the research was implemented using the descriptive analysis in quantitative approach with questionnaire as the research data collecting instrument and also simple linear regression analysis technique to assess the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) in which regarding to this research, the independent variable (X) is the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) while the dependent variable (Y) is the employee performance. The tabulation of data in this research was completed using the 19th version of Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Moreover, the result attained from this research showed that there is a significant and positive effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom in view of the fact that the regression coefficient of the independent variable (X) or the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that showed 0.461 and F Test resulted in 12.089 with 0.001 significance or less than <0.05 which is higher than table F of 4.00 (significant).

In business aviation industry, providing and performing high quality service is critical in order to give satisfaction to the customers. The service quality has become the basic in maintaining the improvement to fulfill customer satisfaction regarding to their expectations, wants, and needs. For customers expect to find what they want where they expect to, and they also need to fulfill the expectation in having a satisfying experience. This research study was conducted for two objectives, namely (a) to find out and anlyze the effect of service quality according to the response capacity, insurance, physical evidence, empathy, and competency on the customer satisfaction of the Cilik Riwut Airport customers in Palangka Raya, (b) to find out and analyze the dominance of service quality in customer satisfaction of the Cilik Riwut Airport customers in Palangka Raya. This study obtained physical evidence (X3) in relevance to the score B= 0.309 as the result in which can be inferred that the independent variable (X) stands for the service quality, showed a dominant and significant effect on customer satisfaction of the Cilik Riwut Airport customers in Palangka Raya. Therefore, this result accepted the second hypothesis (H1) as it rejected H0. In other words, the result indicated and proved that the dominant physical evidence of service quality affects the customer satisfaction of the Cilik Riwut Airport customers in Palangka Raya.

Hospitals should be able to provide services that meet the expectations of patients so that they are interested to take advantage of these services. Improving the service quality must be accompanied by the performance improvement of its employees. Employees’ job performance is formed of standardized human resources quality and it is related to the competency. This study aims to identify and to analyze the influence of achievement and action competency, helping and human services competency, impact and influence competency, managerial competency, cognitive competency, and personal effectiveness competency on employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. There were 310 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin as the population of the study. Probability sampling with proportional sampling technique was employed as the sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the samples of 173 employees in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regressions. Based on the findings of the research, it was found that each variable of competencies influence employees’ job performance in Sari Mulia Hospital Banjarmasin.

Colleges are expected to continue to be able to improve their quality through repair or renewal. One of the reforms can be done by granting autonomy to universities. Given the autonomy of universities is expected to be able to manage and carry out repairs. Another the impact of the granting of autonomy that is the increasing number of private colleges have sprung up recently, which resulted in triggering competition among the private universities in gaining prospective students. For customers that prospective students with a number of private colleges will give you many choices for them to determine the college considered the best quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, marketing mix, psychological variables, organization, and leadership on student's decision choosing economics faculty Uniska MAB non-regular classes. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression hypothesis testing through simultaneous significance test (test F), partial significance test (t test) and test the coefficient of determination (R ² test). The results showed that simultaneous variable individual characteristics (X1), services marketing mix variables (X2), psychological variables (X3), organizational variables (X4), leadership variable (X5) has no significant effect on student's decision (Y). Partial Partial that the variables that significantly is variable organization while variable individual characteristics, marketing mix variables, psychological variables, as well as leadership variable effect is not significant.

Incentive offer is one of the program an employer can apply to motivate the productivity of his employees who have capability and capacity in implementing their tasks according to their work performance. There are a few methods an employer can conduct to successfully run this program in which upgrading the human resources is considered as the most effective one.Research method used in this research study was a technique or method in searching, finding, collecting, and tabulating the primary and secondary data that are used as the factors in relation with the problems of the study to get reliability for the obtained data.According to the result of this research study about the effect of offering incentive in increasing employee motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees in Palangka Raya consisted of 4 (four) indicators, namely bonus, comission, deferred compensation, and social insurance. Therefore, the study research study resulted that incentive offer in motivating employee’s productivity at PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya is on scale 327.5 which can be inferred that motivation incentive given to the employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya is sufficient, and is able to increase the work motivation of the employees in their productivity level. Work motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees according to 5 (five) indicators of physiological need, need for security, need for social ownership, self-esteem, and self-actualization resulted on score 312.3 in which can be concluded that the work motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees is relatively high, yet it still has to be maintained to keep improving productivity and work performance of the employees

This study aims to find Apparatus ability Relations and Coordination with Quality of Public Services at the District Office Halong BalanganThis type of research used in this study is the type eksplanatory, approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. To prove the relationship of work ability, coordination with the quality of service, will be analyzed using Chi Square models.Measuring the quality of service in this study using the opinion of Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (Tjiptono, 2004: 132) Levince in Ratminto (2005: 175). Factors affecting the quality of service inferred from Moenir opinion, The Liang Gie Fan Info and theory The Triangle of Service Quality proposed by Morgan and MurgatroydThe findings of the research show that in fact the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services in the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (Confidence), Empathy (Attention) and Tangibles (tangible) at the district office Halong Balangan, at significant level 1 % proved no hungan, while the significant level of 5% proved to be no relationship.Coordination with the quality of public services in realiability dimensions (Reliability) and Assurance (Confidence), at the district office district Halong good Balangan Significant level of 1% and 5% proved to be no correlation, while coordinating with the quality of public services in the dimension Responsiveness (power Response). Empathy (Attention) Tangibles (tangible) at the district office district Halong Balangan On Significant level of 1% proved to be no relationship While the extent of 5% Significant proven there is a relationship.Based on the research finding, then things need to be advised to get attention in order to improve the quality of public services are as follows:

The achievement of university students is influenced by their socio-economic status as a result of the interactions between their socio-economic positions, work experiences, and families which react relatively on each other in relation to their incomes, occupations, and academic degrees. This study was conducted to investigate socio-economic status as the factor that influences the academic achievement of private university students. Furthermore, this socio-economic status factor divides parenting in relationship with children development into two distinct ways. A family that has low rate of income theoretically will be inclined to raise a child in lack of capability to afford excellence academic accomplishments. Accordingly, the objective set for this study was to find out the influence of socio-economic status on the academic achievement of private university students in Palangka Raya. Therefore, this study applied multivariate analysis to verify the influence of the socio-economic status of family on children’s academic accomplishments. This study also investigated the impact of age, gender, marriage status, income, region, education, and socio-economic status of the parents based on cross-section data collected in 2012 and 2015. Meanwhile, the result of this study was obtained from random sampling collected from three different private universities in Palangka Raya using questionnaire. Thus, the result attained from this study was that a stable socio-economic status has a meaningful influence on academic achievement of the students at private universities in Palangka Raya. In addition, a higher socio-economic status brings out some advantages to the students of private universities in Palangka Raya.

This research aims to examines variables influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Independent variables are Good Corporate Governance (independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit quality) and voluntary disclosure.There are 19 banking companies which taken as samples during period 2013 to 2015. Analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis which used SPSS program 16.0 version. Simultaneously testing used F-test and partially testing used t-test.The result shows that partially, independent variables which significantly influencing cost of debt are audit quality and voluntary disclosure with each significant value 0.003 and 0.049 (less than 0.05). Simultaneously, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure significantly influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with significant value 0.000 (below from 0.05). Adjusted R2 value 0,305 shows that 30,5% variation of companies cost of debt can be explained by independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure and the explained by variables which not used in this research.
