This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The low image of the local police is still relatively little known as body protectors, protective, and public servants allegedly by a given value of the regional police service are still lacking in the handling of riots and unrest as well relations police Mobile Brigade-Police in areas that are still relatively poor. The purpose of this study is to describe Relationship-Police Mobile Brigade, Value Services, Police image, and examine the influence Relations-Police Mobile Brigade against Value Services and its implications on the image of the Police Daerah. Metode survey method used is a descriptive and explanatory survey. The type of investigation in this study is causality. The analysis unit of the Police Chief in the West Java Police with a sample of 35 Chief of Police. The time horizon in this study was cross-sectional and analytical methods used and the frequency distribution of path analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be found that Relationship-Police Brimob West Java Police high reactive, the value of West Java regional police services has been relatively high, the image of the local police are already relatively high. relations-Police Mobile Brigade affects the value of the service, the police service values ??affect the image of the police, Brimob relations-Police and the value of service several simultaneously affect the image of the police.

Abstract

Low light brick purchasing decisions constructs and real estate companies in Jakarta Provincial allegedly caused by product, distribution, promotion and customer value are still low. The purpose of this research is to Determine and analyze the effect of product, distribution, and promotion of partial or jointly to customer value. To Determine and analyze the effect of product, distribution, promotion and customer value partially or jointly to the purchasing decision. The population in this research amounted to 964 project managers of 241 construction and real estate companies in Jakarta. The method used in this research method was a descriptive survey and explanatory survey with a sample size of 295 respondents, and the data to the analysis methods used are SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with 8.70 lisrel use application. Based on the results of the research, the following research findings product Obtained a positive and significant effect on customer value. Distribution of significant effect on customer value. Promotion significant effect on customer value. Product, distribution, and promotion together significant effect on customer value is equal to 47% while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Partially promotion of the most dominant effect on customer value. The product does not affect the purchase decision. Distribution of positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion of a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Customer value of positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product, distribution, promotion and customer value together positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions is equal to 81% while the remaining 19% are influenced by other factors. Partially customers value the most dominant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Factory Outlet is one type of industry that sells a wide variety of household purposes, at first the concept, Factory Outlet (FO) is a store that sells clothing-apparel export quality factory price/cost, and if you want to survive in the service industry should have orientation on customer satisfaction. Along with the increase in world oil prices have a direct impact on rising prices of basic commodities, it is at the beginning enough to affect a decrease in the purchasing power, but gradually Factory Outlet back in the rush by buyers, it is not separated by the image FO selling cheap goods and export quality. The nature of Indonesian society which includes consumer is increasingly becoming attractive when getting bids from these outlets, ranging from a discount program or facilities offered. This makes the writer feel interested in doing research, because as far as this writer has not found similar research. Specifically, this study is based on external factors and internal individual people and their influence on the decision to shop devoted to consumers who have been shopping at the Factory Outlet. From the results of calculation Simple Linear Regression 1, X1 to Y, the obtained determination coefficient of 0.188 or equal to 18.8%, the figures actually mean the influence of external factors on the decision-making is 18.8%, 81.2% of other factors (100 % - 18.8%) can be explained by other factors. From the results of calculation Simple Linear Regression 2, X2 to Y, the obtained determination coefficient of 0.079 or equal to 7.9%, the figures actually mean the influence of internal factors on decision making was 7.9%, the other factor of 92.1% (100 % - 7.9%) can be explained by other factors. Regression results of the calculation, X1 along X2 to Y, the obtained Effect of external variables to the variable decision of 0487 or 48.7%. Internal variable to variable influence decision-making by 0073, or 7.3%. The influence of external variables and internal variables together to the variable decision of 0191 or 19.1%. The influence of other variables outside of this path analysis model for 0809, or 80.9%.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the industry of Newspapers in Jakarta faced the problems to maintain and increase customer loyalty. In strategic marketing, failure to maintain and increase customer loyalty greatly interfere with the performance of the company. This is reasonable because customer loyalty is an important component of corporate performance. If this happens then the company will have difficulties in maintaining and developing the internal resources and advantages. Companies that are not able to maintain and develop the internal resources and advantages are threatened with bankruptcy because it will have implications on revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the customer relations HU Compass, Compass HU determine product attributes, relations determine the effect of customer and product attributes on customer value HU Compass, relations determine the effect of customer and product attributes on customer loyalty HU Compass. determine the effect of customer value on customer loyalty HU Compass. The method used is descriptive and survey method explanatory survey with a sample size of 70 customers HU Compass in South Jakarta as the unit of analysis.

Abstract

This study examines whether knowledge sharing has influence on organizational performance, where Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is used as a mediator connecting these two variables. ERP system is unique because it requires users who have more knowledge and have special skills, in contrast to usual users who usually do their job manually. In corporation world, an integrated system like ERP should be well-socialized at maximum rate to reach performance effectiveness and efficiency that will surely result in organizational productivity. Nonetheless, in many organizational cases there are still numerous employees who decline to share knowledge in regeneration process due to their fears of being replaced by younger ones and this keeps the knowledge sharing process on hold. With total of 500 employees in a textile company in Bandung County, the writer takes 250 samples as the population representation. Data analysis is undergone through Structure Equating Model (SEM) with assistance of SPSS application, the writer can see the relationship of knowledge sharing and its influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of: 1) training and competence on the work quality of employees of Bank Nagari, West Sumatra directly. 2) training, competency and quality of work on the work productivity of Bank Nagari employees of West Sumatra directly. 3) training and competence through work quality on the work productivity of Bank Nagari employees of West Sumatera indirectly. The population is 295 people and the sample is 75 using the slovin formula. The analysis used is path analysis with SEM PLS data analysis techniques. The results showed a positive and significant influence of job training variables on work productivity, competence on work quality and work quality on work productivity. Whereas indirectly job training has no influence on work productivity. However, competence has an influence on work productivity through direct work quality. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis (R2) of 0.231 and 0,361, which means that training and competence for work quality and work productivity are 23,1% and 36,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research was conducted at the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Indonesia Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample in this study were 50 people with porposional techniques. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data that is data obtained from the opinions of respondents through research questionnaires, and secondary data that is data obtained from the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang Data analysis techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. The results found that: 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian Putra University YPTK Padang lecturer; 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; and 4) Compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang with a contribution of 46% and the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between trust and risk of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 18 years and have purchased products online. The results of the study stated that trust influences consumer attitudes. While the risk was not influence on consumer attitudes in shopping online. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and explain the effect of Leadership Behavior and Reward System on Employee Performance is mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Employees PT Danpac Pharma. The method used is quantitative approach, where the population in this study were 305 employees of PT Danpac Pharma. Engineering sample selection is done by taking a sample saturated to permanent employees as much as 146 respondents. Questionnaire survey instrument used data collection techniques and have been submitted to the employees of PT Danpac Pharma. Data of this study, which analyzed using structural equation models (SEM) 3.2.8 SmartPLS software program. This study reveaks that Leadership Behaviour and Reward System have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behaviour both partially and simultaneously. In addition, the Leadership Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Reward System has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Leadership Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Reward System has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of work – life balance and employee engagement on the millennial teachers’ work performance in Jakarta area. The data collection was being collected by having questionnaires sent to 100 millennial teachers who work in formal and informal educational institutions. This research used a quantitative method and SmartPLS 3.2.7 software was being used to evaluate the outer and inner model. The results indicate that there is a negative significant effect of work – life balance on the teachers’ work performance and there is no effect of employee engagement on work performance.
