This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyzed the influence of premium income, underwriting and investment returns on profits towards joint venture general insurance companies in Indonesia. The samples that were used was 8 joint venture general insurance companies with a purposive sampling technique, including: PT ACE Jaya Proteksi, PT Allianz Utama Indonesia's Insurance, PT AIG Insurance Indonesia, PT Mandiri Insurance AXA General Insurance, PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia, PT Asuransi Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Indonesia, PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia and PT Asuransi QBE Pool Indonesia. The data used in this research were obtained from the 2011-2016 Indonesian insurance report. And The analysis technique which used in this research is panel data regression. The results of the research were using the fixed effect model found that premium income and underwriting results had a significant positive influences towards the profits of joint venture general insurance companies in Indonesia, while investment results showed no any effection towards its.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze the service quality of drinking water companies using the servQual method. This research is a quantitative research with research method conducted in different companies in the city of Mataram, Lombok. Data analysis was performed using the service quality method (ServQual). The results showed that the customer satisfaction criteria on each service characteristic in general of the five components were on average very good, this is known from the results of the NKJ calculation which are results 1,022 that are classified as very good.

Abstract

To increase profits for companies, a highly motivated workforce is needed, profit will increase if supported by good work productivity of workers. The achievement of these objectives depends on the policies adopted by the company. But on the other hand, the work productivity of workers decreases, this is due to low work motivation and the relative compensation of only enough for the basic needs of the lives of workers, this results in targeted production not being achieved according to targets set by the company, as for the goals. This study aims to determine (1) compensation provided by PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (2) motivation of workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (3) work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, and (4) the effect of compensation and motivation both jointly and individually on work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. The method used is descriptive and expansive survey method of the analysis unit of the workers of PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. Sampling using a random sampling method and simple with a sample of (n) 85 workers. The type of investigation into this study is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are compensation and motivation both jointly and individually influencing work productivity workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, but partially dominant motivation affects work productivity rather than compensation

Abstract

Today employee performance is a fundamental element for the progress of the institution. Along with the changing times demanded in increasing employee performance in order to achieve the objectives to be achieved. The discussion of this study regarding the decline in employee performance is characterized by a decrease in the percentage of achievement of work program targets. In this study, there are two variables, namely human resources information system variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resources information system and the level of employee performance. This research method uses descriptive method using the type of explanatory survey research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires that used a rating scale measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The population in this study is employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the respondents' perceptions of performance appraisal in the effective category were in the very high category. Hypothesis testing shows that human resources information system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The role of service quality in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty is a research model built to determine the contribution of each factor in explaining other factors. To get a good research model using SEM-Covariance data analysis with the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program. Sample data collection using purposive techniques and quota sampling conducted at Pengandaran, Karakatau, Dieng and Pahawang tourist destinations with 162 tourists. The findings of the research model that were built, that to realize sustainability and maintain the existence of travel agents in the future is to carry out aspects of service quality with excellence. Because it is known that service quality is an important factor for travel agents in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors of consumers that match expectations of being committed and being the first choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of compensation, competence and leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Ministry of Industry, the responses used were 81 employees in the Ministry of Industry. The data processed by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24. The resultsof this research showing that compensation has no effect and no significant effect on performance, on the other hand competence has significant effect on performance and also leadership has significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Value Added Tax has a role that is quite large in state revenue. And the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is a reflection of stock performance or good financial performance. If financial performance is good, sales and VAT will increase. Money supply reflects level of domestic consumption, if money supply rises, level of consumption increases, VAT will growth. Import value is a reflection of the import itself. If imports increase, the supply of goods from abroad to the country increases. If supply increases, consumption also increase, so VAT will grow. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of IHSG, Money Supply, and Import Value on VAT receipts. The research method used is quantitative. The results showed that IHSG did not affect VAT receipts. Whereas Money Supply and Import Value have a significant influence on VAT receipts. However, IHSG, Money Supply, and Import Value simultaneously influence VAT revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, and work motivation towards discipline work at SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The primary data were derived from questionnaires and the secondary data were from school statistics. The population of the research was all college teachers in SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The research method is: quantitative research that uses the survey method in question is to explain the causal influence or correlation which is commonly referred to as path analysis with the data analysis technique used in this research is SEM (structural equation modeling) lisrel 8.8. The respondents were 150 teachers of Mitra Karya Karawang Vocational School with a minimum service period of 1 year. The results show that organizational culture, anda work motivation together have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect on work discipline. The most work motivation is a powerful variable of influence on discipline work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of compensation and commitment to employee motivation. The type of research used is associative research by using quantitative methods. The number of samples used was 100 (one hundred) employees in A Sub-District, Palembang. The sampling technique was carried out randomly and the data analysis used was structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that the t-value for compensation 0.44 (<1.96) so that compensation did not significantly influence the motivation of A Subdistricts in Palembang. While the t-value for commitment was 4.42 (> 1.96), so commitment has a positive and significant effect to employee motivation. Therefore a strong commitment is needed to increase employee motivation.
