Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Hubungan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh” ini mengangkat masalah bagaimana hubungan kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 6 orang. Subjek dipilih dengan tingkat kedisiplinan yang berbeda yaitu 2 siswa yang tingkat kedisiplinannya tinggi, 2 siswa yang tingkat kedisiplinannya sedang, dan 2 siswa yang tingkat kedisiplinannya rendah. Subjek dipilih enggunakan purposive sampling dan berdasarkan observasi serta konsultasi dengan wali kelas V. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui data reduction, data display, dan verification serta menggunakan rumus persentase dan rumusan rata-rata. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan memiliki hubungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dari 6 siswa, 4 siswa yang tingkat kedisiplinan dan hasil belajarnya sesuai sedangkan 2 siswa lagi tingkat kedisiplinan dan hasil belajarnya kurang sesuai. Ini berarti tingkat kesesuaian antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang (66,7%). Kedisiplinan mempengaruhi hasil belajar tetapi tidak sepenuhnya hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh kedisiplinan. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil belajar tidak hanya diperanguhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain seperti minat, bakat, kecerdasan, motivasi, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi PusatPendidikan dan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar di Banda Aceh. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptip dengan teknik survey, Jumlah sample sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik total sample. Instrumen penelitian yang di pakai adalah psikotes untuk mengetahui kondisi psikologis dan angket untuk mengetahui cara rekruitmen siswa PPLP, proses belajar mengajar di PPLP, Pelatih di PPLP, Fasilitas dan dan alat serta pengelolaan PPLP. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa untuk faktor psikologis (1) Secara keseluruhan atlet PPLP memiliki kondisi psikolois yang cukup baik; (2) dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa PPLP diperlakukan sama dengan siswa lain dan diberi kemudahan untuk belajar apabila mengikuti perlombaan atau pertandingan, (4) Fasilitas dan Peralatan memenuhi standar fasilitas nasional, dan (5) Pengelolaan PPLP dikelola oleh Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga cukup baik.

Abstract

This research is focused on the analysis media of interactive multimedia learning which is used in the learning process in elementary schools towards the learning motivation of students. Education becomes an important thing in everyday life. In education a lot of potential exists in a person to be developed optimally. In the education process, not only prioritizing the improvement of academic abilities, because education also requires cultural transformation, education can also be made as a long-term investment. Furthermore, at this time, it is still minimum, the reading interest index in Indonesia, based on the study of "The Most Scattered Nation in the World" conducted by Central Connecticut State University in March 2016, Indonesia used the 60th rank out of 61 countries in the world regarding reading interest . Indonesia is under Thailand (59) and right above Bostwana (61). Current technological advances require the use of interactive multimedia learning media that need to be improved. Interactive multimedia media has a unique design, so that the motivation of students can be intrigued, interactive multimedia with an attractive design can lead to great motivation towards students, able to make the learning process more focused.

Abstract

One of the attempts in improving human resources is through education and training activity, as mandated in Government Regulations number 101 in 2000 about education and job training of civil servants, teachers are in the forefront of improving learner’s competence. Therefore, it is indisputable that teachers play a very important role in the continuation of education. The research problem is “can group discussion method be used to improve student’s learning motivation on mathematicsconcerning Least Common Multiple (LCM) at fourth-grade of State Elementary School UnggulLampeuneurut”?The aim is to find out the teacher’s efforts in increasing student’s learning motivation on mathematics regarding Least Common Multiple (LCM) at fourth-grade of State Elementary School UnggulLampeuneurut, Aceh Besar Regency. The kind of the research is Classroom Action Research that uses three sequences. Data is obtained from observation result and later analyzed descriptively and compared with minimum criterion attainment. The total number of subjects is 20 people. On the research result, there are weaknesses on sequence I, such as not all students active during group discussion. From the result of the second learning improvement,there are strengths in using group discussion method, which can give rise to sense of responsibility among students, so that will stimulate motivation to solve group tasks. On the sequence III, students are more able to develop learning competence using group discussion, compared to individual learning. All students in the third sequence get complete score. In conclusion, group discussion method can trigger student’s motivationmore to study than if they study individually.

Abstract

Komputer dan laptop merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi dunia pendidikan, seluruh guru diwajibkan untuk bisa menguasai komputer dan laptop yang berguna untuk penyelesaian perangkat pembelajaran,administrasi guru, media. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dialami guru dalam memanfaatkan media berbasis komputer di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri10 Banda Aceh berjumlah 15 orang.Data diperoleh dari hasil pemberian angket dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh melalui pemberian angket diolah dengan menggunakan rumus persentase untuk melihat persentase jawaban responden. Selanjutnya seluruh data diolah dengan tahapan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru dalam memanfaatkan media berbasis Komputer di SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh adalah usia yang lanjut,  biayamedia  yang  mahal  yaitu  komputer  dan  infokus,  keterbatasan  fasilitas  yang  dimiliki sekolah, jumlah siswa yang terlalu besar pada kelas, tidak pernah diberikan pelatihan penggunaan  komputer  disekolah,    tidak  mampu  dalam  penggunaan  komputer,  tidak seluruh   guru  memiliki   latar   belakang  mampu   dalam  penggunaan   komputer  dan disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk menyediakan komputer atau laptop dan infokus serta  memberikan  pelatihan  penggunaan  komputer  disekolah  sehingga  seluruh  guru mampu menggunakan dan menerapkan pada penggunaan media berbasis Komputer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Beban Squat Terhadap Power Tendangan Mawashigeri Pada Atlet Kempo Aceh Tahun 2015”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Beban Squat Terhadap Power Tendangan Mawashigeri Pada Atlet Kempo Aceh Tahun 2015. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Kempo Aceh yang berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara totalsampling, yaitu sampel diambil seluruhnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) tes tendangan mawashigeri dilakukan dengan cara melakukan tes leg dynamometr. Data diolah dengan menggunakan rumus statistik dalam bentuk perhitungan nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, dan uji dua rata-rata (ttes). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Beban Squat Terhadap Power Tendangan Mawashigeri Pada Atlet Kempo Aceh Tahun 2015 dengan nila rata-rata sebesar 9,4375 kg, dengan pengujian t-tes sebesar 0,377 kg dan t-tabel sebesar 0,131, demikian jelas bahwa t-tes lebih besar daripada t-tabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan beban squat (X) terhadap peningkatan power tendangan mawashigeri (Y) adalah signifikan. Maka hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Beban Squat Terhadap Power Tendangan Mawashigeri Pada Atlet Kempo Aceh Tahun 2015 dapat diterima kebenarannya. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah apabila latihan dilakukan sesuai dengan pengertiannya dan konsepnya maka akan ada peningkatan kualitas fisik, teknik dan mental dalam diri atlet.

Abstract

Behaviors and actions of individuals to achieve a goal to be obtained in principle are largely determined by a desire, needs, and expectations. Individuals in conducting behavior, actions, and actions are always based on factors that are nature coming from within themselves or coming from outside themselves or from the environment. Factors from within the individual can determine behavior, actions and actions, as well as factors from outside the individual can strengthen or reduce the motive of an individual in acting, acting and doing. Motive is a stimulus, encouragement, desire, or desire of individuals to behave, act and act. While motivation refers to the process that encourages individuals to behave, act and act in reacting to each situation, thus the motive is a driving force for behavior, actions and actions. In the competition in every sport the highest level is generally followed by athletes who have great talent, have amazing talents, are persistent, highly disciplined, have a strong and tough mentality, so what distinguishes the champion or who has amazing achievements with ordinary achievements are very difficult to distinguish. At this very high level of achievement, an athlete with small, simple self-motivated techniques that are very well managed can make the athlete successful in his career.

Abstract

This study, entitled implementation of the competence of Pedagogic Teacher SD Negeri 2 Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil. This research aims to know the Pedagogy Teacher SD Negeri 2 New Aceh Singkil Kuala. The approach used in this study is qualitative and descriptive research types. Subjects in the study were 14 teachers in SD Negeri Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil. Data collection is done by observation techniques. All data processed with the next stage of the analysis the qualitative data, namely data reduction, data model (Data Display), and withdrawal/verification conclusion. Data that have been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive percentage formula. The results of this research show that the implementation of the competency of the Pedagogy in SD Negeri 2 Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil  already belongs, although there are some constraints experienced by the teachers. It is seen from the competence on aspects of the planning, execution and control of learning. Less teacher plan well the learning activities will be undertaken and methods/approaches to learning that are used are conventional teacher. Pedagogic competence is the ability of teachers in managing learning learners, and a teacher of skills related to the study of the interaction between teacher and student which includes an understanding of learners as an understanding of the nature, characteristics, and development of children in the process of teaching and learning in terms of providing material or evaluations in order to actualize the various potential learners.

Abstract

Self-reliance in students will affect student achievement in school. So that there is an effort made to encourage student independence in learning. This study aims to describe the independence of students in the learning process in grade III elementary school negeri 1 Banda Aceh. The approach of this research is qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The subjects of this study are students of SD Negeri 1 Banda Aceh amounted to 28 people. Data collection was done by observation technique. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, present data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that students' independence consists of self-confidence, self-employed, time-honored, competing to advance, responsible and have the ability to make decisions. Independence that is in the good category is confident, able to work alone, respect the time, have the desire to compete to move forward. While the category is good enough is as follows responsible and take decisions. In growing the attitude of student independence teachers should be able to improve all aspects of the attitude of independence, especially on the attitude of responsible and make decisions. The development of self-reliance in students can be done by developing a democratic teaching-learning process, encouraging children to actively participate in decision-making, giving children the freedom to explore the environment, encouraging students to curiosity, not discriminating one child to another, Good and intimate relationships with children.

Abstract

Lesson plan is one of important role in the teaching and learning process in Primary Schools. It contains plans for activities or activities that will be carried out during learning. This research aims is to describe the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process in elementary school. The research method used is a survey method, involving a sample of 12 public and private elementary schools in the city of Sumedang. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The results showed that the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process had a percentage of 68.0% and were in the high category. This shows that all activities listed in the lesson plan start from the initial activities (79.8%), main activities (63.8%) and closing activities (68.86%) are in accordance with the activities carried out in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the lesson plan that has been prepared by the teacher and the learning process that has been carried out in the Sumedang City Primary School has a high level of suitability. However, even though it has a high category, but not fully in accordance with the lesson plan used, so there is still a need for further guidance and development for teachers so that they are always guided by the lesson plan so that learning becomes more directed and in accordance with the prepared plan.
