Abstract

Science subjects need to be given to all students starting from elementary school to equip students with the ability to develop knowledge and understanding of science concepts that are useful and applicable in everyday life. Application of the Problem Based Instruction model is learning that involves the presentation of authentic and meaningful situations and serves as a basis for investigation and investigation for students. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is the Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media able to improve science learning outcomes in third grade students of SD 47 / IV Jambi? From the results of data analysis, it was found that student learning achievement experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (67.65%), cycle II (76.62%), and cycle III (87.50%). The conclusion of this study is that Problem Based Instruction learning methods with Smart Card media can have a positive effect on learning motivation of Students of Jambi Elementary School 47 / IV Class III of Semester I 2018/2019 academic year and this learning model can be used as an alternative teaching field of study Natural Sciences.

Abstract

The state of poverty is generally measured by income levels. The income of a household can be derived from three sources: the effort, the work, and the acquisition of the asset portion. Very few poor households have income-generating assets. The first source of income, which is to try with a very small scale and/or work as a laborer, these two things are most likely to be improved, especially for those who really want to work and try. As the organizer of the government is obliged to carry out the mandate of the Act to alleviate poverty. Efforts made especially by local governments are set out in strategic programs to tackle poverty. Plans to tackle poverty and create employment opportunities have been undertaken by governments together with communities through the development and implementation of various poverty reduction programs. The program includes good efforts through the provision of food, health and education services, expansion of employment opportunities, agricultural development, provision of revolving funds as venture capital, construction of basic facilities and basic facilities and business assistance. The government has been working hard to tackle poverty and reduce unemployment. This is realized through the implementation of poverty alleviation programs, especially community empowerment programs and community self-reliance programs through business assistance and credit/working capital assistance.

Abstract

Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is a teaching approach that promotes students' involvement in group discussion. This article reports a classroom action research conducted to improve students’ learning acievement in fractions at Grade V SDN 2 Banda Aceh. The participants were students of Class VA which consisted of 34 students, 22 boys and 12 girls. The research was conducted in 2 cycles, each consisted of 4 classroom meetings. The procedure of the research involved four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research questions covered students’ learning activities, students’ learning outcomes, and students’ responses on the implementation of NHT in the teaching of fractions. Results show that there were improvements in students’ learning activity from the average score of 2,57 in cycle 1 to 3,04 in cycle 2. Students’ learning outcomes improved from the average score of 66,30 in cycle 1 to 75,38 in cycle 2. Students’ responses in cycle 1 was 82,35% positive and increased to 88,24% in cycle 2. These results imply that the implementation of NHT is beneficial for students’ learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Examples Non Examples Terhadap Ketuntasan Hasil Belajar siswa pada Materi Tokoh-Tokoh Pergerakan Nasional kelas V  SDN 70 Banda Aceh” ini mengangkat masalah apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar IPS materi tokoh-tokoh pergerakan nasional pada siswa kelas V SDN 70 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples pada materi Tokoh-Tokoh Pergerakan Nasional kelas V  SDN 70 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya one shot case study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Negeri 70 Banda Aceh sebanyak 20 siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah  tes ketuntasan belajar siswa. Nilai yang di dapat inilah yang di ambil sebagai data. Kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Nilai rata-rata hasil tes siswa adalah 77,75. Siswa yang tuntas belajar adalah 90% yaitu sebanyak 18 siswa dan siswa yang tidak tuntas 10% yaitu sebanyak 2 siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Examples Non Examples Terhadap Ketuntasan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Tokoh-Tokoh Pergerakan Nasional Kelas V  SDN 70 Banda Aceh dapat mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kendala Guru Dalam Melakukan Penilaian Pada Proses Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 Di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Delima Banda Aceh”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan penilaian pada proses pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dan bagaimanakah guru dalam melakukan penilaian pada proses pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan penilaian dan untuk mengetahui guru dalam melakukan penilaian tersebut sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Delima Banda Aceh dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, subjek penelitian adalah 19 orang guru Gugus Delima Banda Aceh dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data yaitu dengan mereduksi data, mendeskripsikan data, dan membuat kesimpulan. Dari hasil wawancara dengan sembilan belas orang guru Gugus Delima Banda Aceh, semua guru mengalami kendala dalam melakukan penilaian, khususnya pada penilaian aspek sikap yang di anggap sangat rumit. Terdapat enam orang guru yang sudah sesuai menjalankan penilaian kurikulum 2013, sedangkan tiga belas orang guru lagi mengatakan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sangat banyak kendala yang dialami oleh guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus Delima Banda Aceh, sehingga fokus perhatian guru terhadap anak didik menjadi berkurang.

Abstract

Motor ability is an individual capacity to develop the ability of the skills that are possessed in an effort to heighten or accelerate the mastery of a skill. Individual capacities that are motor capability consist of: speed (speed), agility, power, balance (balance), flexibility (flexibility), and coordination (coordination). Motor development is a change in motor behaviour that occurs because of maturity and child interaction with the environment. Maturity is a change that occurs in the body within a period of time. While the environment consists of: family, friends play, and community environment. The function of motor capability for children in kindergarten is to promote labor, facilitate, accelerate in the mastery of various motor skills studied. Motor skills are a child's ability to display or demonstrate a skill. Motor capability occurs or is acquired through an integrated or associated process along with an exercise or enhancement through experience. Motor capability will occur with a change from time to time relatively permanent in the capacity to showcase a skilled motor skill.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning model Think Pair Share assisted puzzle game chain to result learn some vital lessons thematic graders V theme 6 "Human Organs and Animals" subthema 3 "Living Humans, Animals and Plants" in SDN Gayamsari 01 Semarang year 2017/2018 lesson. This type of research is a quantitative research study design Pre-ExperimentalDesign.Forms Pre-Experimental Design used in this research is the One-group pretest-posttestdesign.The population in this study were all students in grade 01 VB SDN Gayamsari Semarang academic year 2017/2018. The samples taken were 22 students of class VB using saturation sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained through testing. The results of the average value of pretest and posttest increased. On the pretest value that has been implemented is obtained an average value of 63,00 and the average post-test score of 90,00. Thus, an increase in thematic learning outcomes of students in using learning model Think Pair Share assisted puzzle game chain. Results of testing the hypothesis on the cognitive aspects of student learning outcomes showed thatt tcount7,930 andttable 2,074 with significance level of 5%. Because tcountttable is 7,930 2,074 then Ha acceptable means learning model Think Pair Share assisted puzzle game chain affects the outcome of the thematic learning VB grade students of SDN 01 Gayamsari Semarang.

Abstract

Perubahan  kurikulum 2013 bertujuan untuk memperbaharui kurikulum menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apa sajakah kesulitan guru dalammengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan saintifik di kelas tinggi Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kesulitan guru dalammengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan saintifik di kelas tinggi Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh.    Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data ini bersumber pada guru-guru yang mengajar dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Saintifik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru kelas tinggi yang ada di Gugus Mangga Kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh berjumlah 15 orang guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket, observasi dan wawancara. Data ini diproleh melalui angket, observasi dan wawancara.Data diolah dengan rumus statistik sederhana yaitu deskriptif persentase.Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan bahwa 13,4% menyatakan tidak pernah kesulitan dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik, 36% menyatakan jarang kesulitan dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik, 29,4% menyatakan sering kesulitan dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik, dan 21,2% menyatakan 21,2 menyatakan selalu kesulitan dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah guru masih kesulitan dalam menerapakan pendekatan saintifik. Sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru di SD Negeri Banda Aceh. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana cara Kepala Sekolah mengadakan supervisi terhadap kompetensi professional guru serta bagaimana supervisor menyelesaikan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapinya dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pengaruh supervisi terhadap kompetensi professional guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap kompetensi professional guru serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana supervisor menyelesaikan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapinya dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pengaruh supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap kompetensi professional guru. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tempat penelitian, mengedarkan angket dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Banda Aceh dengan jumlah populasi 16 orang.Mengingat populasi tidak terlalu banyak, maka seluruh objek penulis jadikan sampel atau total sampel.Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan persentase.Dari hasil penelitian Kepala Sekolah melaksanakan supervisi terhadap kompetensi professional sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan mampu menyelesaikan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapinya dengan baik serta supervisi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi professional guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dengan adanya pelaksanaan supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap kompetensi professional serta mampu menyelesaikan kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapinya di sekolah dengan baik maka proses belajar mengajar di sekolah akan berjalan dengan lancar sehingga mutu pendidikan khususnya di SD Negeri Banda Aceh akan meningkat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.
