Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how the Application Information System Application for Financial Information Recording (SI APIK) was being used to compile financial reports for MSMEs in Tandes District in accordance with Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). In this study, which takes a descriptive approach, qualitative research methodologies and approaches are used. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used as data collection methods. In qualitative research, data analysis was done before going into the field, while in the field, and after returning from the field. The implementation of Android-based accounting applications can aid in the preparation of MSME financial reports, according to the study's findings. The output results are in line with SAK EMKM as well. MSMEs are capable of capturing anything, particularly commercial transactions. Because the SI APIK program currently employs a very user-friendly methodology. All transactional proof has been correctly archived in the SI APIK application's database. Additionally, you can view transaction history for the selected time frame.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, kualitas pelayananand dinescape on customer satisfaction at Mie SS Pasuruan. The independent variables of this study are kualitas makanan (X1) kualitas pelayanan (X2), Dinescape (X3) the dependent variable of this study is Satisfaction customer (Y1). This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, hypothesis determination, and data analysis up to writing uses aspects that involve measurement, calculation formulas, and data in numerical form. The sample of this research is SS Noodle customers aged over 17 years. by using the heirs theory, the required number of samples is determined to be 190 respondents. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to respondents through a print out of the questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed usinf spss 15 by testing data validity, data reliability, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and r square tests. The results of this study indicate that food quality, service quality and dinscape have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The intention to use a product is one of the most important factors that must be considered by all companies to be able to make the product attractive and used by people. The purpose of this paper is to analyse, relation between Website Design, Assurance and Customer service towards Intention to adopt internet banking and Customer Service and Brand Image towards Customer Loyalty. A literature review was developed to prove that there are few factors related to intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty. Besides, the methodology related to intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty allows firms to know which factors are important to increase their customer intention and loyalties. This research proved that web design, customer service have an effect on intention to adopt internet banking and customer service and brand image have an effect on customer loyalty, but in this research, assurance have no effect on intention to adopt internet banking. This article was conducted on 111 respondents which located in DKI Jakarta with age range of under 25 years old to 35 years old. This research only addresses several variables namely Website Design, Assurance, Customer service, intention to adopt internet banking and customer loyalty. This is a replication model of a journal written by Rahi & Ghani (2018), this research conducted specifically on customers of Bank Central Asia (BCA) which helps Bank Central Asia to understand what factors are important to increase their number of customers to adopt their internet banking facility. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the soundness of the State Savings Bank in terms of the RGEC method approach which includes risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings and capital factors. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method carried out through a literature study that examines (especially) secondary data in the form of governance reports & Bank BTN financial reports, laws and regulations. The results of the analysis of the Bank's Health Level, the Risk Profile factor gets a composite rating of 2. While the assessment of liquidity risk using the LDR ratio can be said to be "Sufficiently Healthy" with a composite rating of 3. Meanwhile in 2019 the LDR is categorized as less healthy with a composite rating of 4. The assessment factor for Good Corporate Governance with a self-assessment rating is good category with a composite rating of 2. The Earnings factor with an assessment using ROA can be said to be quite healthy, while the 2019 period includes the criteria for being less healthy. The Capital Factor with an assessment using CAR ratio is said to be very healthy by getting a rating of 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, service quality, sales promotion, marketer competence. The research was conducted at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri of Surakarta Branch Independent with a sample of 100 customers by providing a questionnaire through google.form for the period 5 May – 11 June 2022. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS 21 computer program. The results of the study found that statistically customer satisfaction is predicted to be influenced by factors of product quality, service quality, sales promotion and marketer competence. The predictive range with adjusted R Square obtained customer satisfaction influenced by product quality, service quality, sales promotion and competence reached 71.6%. The value of the regression coefficient of the marketer's competency variable is the largest value among other variables, this indicates that the competence of marketers has a very large influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri of Surakarta Branch. Keywords : customer satisfaction , product quality, service quality, sales promotion, marketer competence

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing to pay attention to, because at the organizational level, performance targets can affect the achievement of targets that have been set. Performance measurement is the process by which the organization determines the outcome parameters to be achieved by the programs, investments and acquisitions made. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 90 KSPPS Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out randomly so that the number of samples taken was 47 people. The method of data analysis in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that human relationships did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership style and motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. It was suggested that the management team of the Tayu Amanah Berkah Adil Pati KSPPS need to improve how interactions between one person and another person can be created. a comfortable and transparent working atmosphere, thereby affecting the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

To generate college graduates who are competitive, independent, ready to work and have entrepreneurial competencies will require hard work, both the learning process, learning strategies, regulations, curriculum, supporting infrastructure, methods and appropriate regulations to make it occur. This research aims to enhance entrepreneurial mental competence for students. The benefits of the research are that a goodness of fit entrepreneurship learning model is generated for enhancing entrepreneurial competence and a role model for increasing student entrepreneurial competence. The object of the research is students who take entrepreneurship lectures in the Industrial Engineering study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data collection methods are conducted with questionnaires, observation, documentation and direct action of students doing entrepreneurial learning activities. Stages of implementation through workshops, business internships, product manufacturing and design, and product marketing. Data analysis with structural equational modeling (SEM) concept approach build variable linkages and model formulation. Based on the results of the analysis, the model developed is declared goodness and fit so that it is feasible to use to develop an entrepreneurial learning model in order to enhance student entrepreneurial competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and make decisions in determining features, innovation values and business strategies in the renewable energy industry from Sanspower (PT. Java Surya Teknik) which is focused on PV Water Pump products in order to create competitive products for the Indonesian market. Determining the right renewable energy technologies (RET's), as well as a strategy to accelerate commercialization that has different values from competitors, and avoids the red ocean market. This study uses a qualitative methodology using the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS), testing the data using the triangulation method. This research was started from September 2021 to February 2022 to produce products in the renewable energy industry that are right for the developing country.

Abstract

Islamic banking has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in Indonesia, so it is necessary to conduct research to examine the effect of risk management and macroeconomics on the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Data analysis used the panel regression method with 14 Islamic commercial bank companies starting from 2016 to 2020. The results showed that the financing to deposit ratio had an effect on the performance of Islamic banks, while net-performing financing and the cost to income ratio had a negative effect on performance. Islamic Bank. Even so, the interest rate and inflation variables have no significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks.

Abstract

The role of the teacher as an educator has a very important influence in improving the quality of learning in madrasas. The ability of human resources must be truly tested so that they are able to do all the work correctly and produce perfect performance, both in quantity and quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation, and organizational culture on teacher performance at MIN 4 East Lampung. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The population and sample in this study were all 30 teachers at MIN 4 East Lampung. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. From the multiple linear regression analysis, the result is Y = 4.114+0.174 X1+0.218 X2+0.527 X3. The results of the Pearson product moment coefficient test were 0.367 and the coefficient of determination or R-Square was 0.987 which means that the independent variables (Training, Motivation, Organizational Culture) have a significant effect of 98.7% on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously training, motivation and organizational culture have an influence on teacher performance.
