Abstract

This study aims to find out and at the same time analyze how the payroll system is currently being implemented at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners, whether the payroll system has been running effectively and propose a payroll accounting information system design at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners and is a descriptive qualitative research, namely a case study using qualitative data obtained from internal companies. The data analysis technique used is system analysis, proceed to the proposed flowchart stage, proposed DFD, proposed ERD to payroll system design using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6.0. Based on the results of this study, the payroll system at Public Accountant Firm Tasnim, Fardiman, Sapuan, Nuzuliana, Ramdan & Partners still has problems in the payroll system, namely the procedure for payroll documents is still manual or still using handwriting and the calculations are still using the excel program whose input must use the formula complicated so that time is not efficient. Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of product innovation, price, promotion and brand image variables on purchasing decisions of PT Intan Pariwara Junior high School book in Surakarta area. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were junior high school teachers in Surakarta City who used books published by PT Intan Pariwara. The sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Collecting data by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that product innovation, price, promotion and brand image simultaneously and significantly influenced purchasing decisions of PT Intan Pariwara Junior high School book in Surakarta area. Variables that product innovation, price, promotion and brand image affect the decision to stay. Suggestions from this research, PT Intan Pariwara continues to improve product innovation, price, promotion and existing brand image, so that it will make purchasing decisions from consumers will also increase and become better than before. Abstract

Business competition will look increasingly fierce. With the development of technology, information, communication and knowledge, companies will increasingly realize that the company's goal is no longer how to increase sales volume but is more prioritized on creating customer satisfaction in making purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all visitors to WTC Surabaya. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The results of the study that the independent variables consisting of E-Commerce, Public Relations and Customer Relationship Management partially and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of OPPO brand smartphones at WTC Surabaya are accepted and proven. The E-Commerce variable has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphones at WTC Surabaya, which is accepted and proven. The conclusion of this study is that the independent variables consisting of E-Commerce, Public Relations and Customer Relationship Management have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphones at WTC Surabaya, which are accepted and proven true based on the t count > t table and the significant value is smaller. of 0.005. The E-Commerce variable has a dominant influence on the OPPO smartphone purchase decision at WTC Surabaya has the largest beta coefficient value among the Public Relations and Customer Relationship Management variables.

Abstract

Successful of regional development is inseparable from region ability in exploring and developing its economic potential. Economic potential is dynamic according to the conditions. Aims of this study is to find out Badung regency economic potential in 2011-2018. Data comes from Central Bureau of Statistics of Bali province and Badung regency, using location quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient, Klassen Typology and Shift Share method. Result of this analysis is Badung regency has economic potential to be developed into a locomotive of regional development in the real estate sector that has become the base sector, superior, and due to its location, then followed by the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors that have become the base sector, developing, and due to its location. This sector needs to be supported by synergistic policies in order to provide multiplier effect in other sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work stress on organizational commitment to civil servants at the regional secretariat of Pemalang Regency. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Pemalang Regency Regional Secretariat, as many as 170 employees. The sampling in this study used the nonprobability sampling method with the incidental sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. Technique of analysis in this research used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research showed job satisfaction, organizational culture and work stress have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The research shows that job satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The showed that organizational culture variable has no significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also show the work stress had significant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that influence high school students in the science program to choose to study in the Management study program at STIE Ciputra Makassar. The population in this study were all new students of STIE Ciputra Makassar who at the time of high school were a science program but chose the Management study program. The number of samples that meet the criteria in this study are 72. The study was conducted in 2021 using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a google form. The analytical tool used is the Chi Square Test. The results of the study conclude, the main factors that influence the respondents' decisions are: The first factor X2 wants to continue the family business, the second factor X3 wants to set up their own business, the third factor X6 wants to be a company manager, the fourth factor X7 is directed by parents/guardians, and fifth factor X8 wants to learn business management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether advertising media, brand trust, and brand equity have a significant and simultaneously effect on customer loyalty of Telkomsel data quota customers in Surakarta. The population in this study is infinite because of the large number of Telkomsel customers in Surakarta. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 100 respondents using the multiple linear regression method. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed to Telkomsel quota customers. The results showed that the variable advertising media, brand trust, and brand equity had a significant effect on Telkomsel data quota customers in Surakarta and advertising media had a positive effect on customer loyalty while partially brand trust had no positive effect on customer loyalty. And for brand equity it had a positive effect on customer loyalty. positive on customer loyalty. Three independent variables explained that customer loyalty was 41,3% and the others were influenced by other variables. Keywords: advertising media, brand trust, brand equity, loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the Effect of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price Fairness Impact on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty; The population used in this study are all customers who have used Grab Bike services, aged 17 years, and located in Samarinda City, with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses non-profitability sampling, the analysis is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9. The results showed that: Service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction; Service Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty; Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty; Price Fairness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; Price Fairness has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty; Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Abstract

The phenomenon that has occurred in recent years is that millennials feel more stressed than other generations who are older at work. Developing a bad habit due to many activities driven by instant life style may have add to this problem. This study examines the effect of habits, workload, and work environment on work stress on millennial generation employees. The research method used in this research is quantitative research using questionnaire with 140 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis, this study shows the results that habits have a positive influence on work stress on millennial generation employees, the workload does not influence work stress on millennial generation employees, and the work environment negatively influence work stress on millennial generation employees. Abstract

Health services are health efforts that are carried out to achieve the highest possible health status for individuals and the community. This study has purpose to determine and analyse the relationship between leadership style, workload, motivation and stress on nurse performance. This study was conducted at Prof. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital, Surakarta. This study was conducted using an associative quantitative research with a non-experimental research design, called as a survey design. The population in this study were 45 nurses in the central surgical installation room who worked at Orthopedic Hospital Surakarta. The sampling technique was done using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) leadership style affects employee performance, 2) workload affects employee performance, 3) motivation affects employee performance, and 4) stress affects employee performance at a significance level of 0.05.
