Abstract

The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic compile a grand design to improve bureaucratic services as a whole. The reason for the initiation of this program in the vertical unit of Ministries/Agencies is because in general the governance system in Indonesia is still not fully oriented towards the implementation of the principles of good governance (good government governance) and there are still gaps in corruption and fraud. The purpose of this study was to explore leadership patterns, investigate employee motivation, trace the problems faced, and describe the organizational strategy of the Pekalongan KPKNL organization to achieve integrity performance based on facts and data derived from interviews, observations, behavior patterns, body language, and the beliefs of the informants. The resource persons in this study were consisting of one Head of the Pekalongan KPKNL Office as the subject informant and 7 (seven) Section Heads as triangulation informants. Data collection methods used are field research. Data analysis was performed using qualitative data analysis methods with a phenomenological crisis approach with data processing methods through the NVIVO application. The analysis results show that the leader is expected to become a role model by providing direction, guiding the communication room and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of activities. Abstract

This investigation plans to decide the administration of HR data frameworks at CV. Samaco, which is occupied with development administrations, is to discover how much impact HR data frameworks have on organization execution. The exploration method was to convey surveys to representatives with a populace of 60 workers, but since specialists zeroed in on research on development representatives, the examples taken were 30 representatives. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of affective commitment in mediating the influence of employee competencies, training, organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Semarang, which numbered 100 employees. The sampling method uses the census method. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. This study shows that employee competency, training, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment, employee competency, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training does not affect employee performance. Affective commitment can mediate in full (complete) the influence of employee competency, training, organizational culture on employee performance. Abstract

This research is aimed to know and understand the prospects of the sector of ecotourism Wanagiri village in a normal new era. To answer research questions, used conducted interviews with informants to understand the prospects of the ecotourism tourism sector in the new normal era. This study uses an ethnographic approach as a variant of the qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out in four steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity test of the data in this qualitative research includes the credibility test (credibility), data triangulation, member check, confirmability (objectivity) of the data. The results showed that: First, tourism in the pandemic era cannot run and stop the sector of tourism in Bali, especially in the village of Wanagiri. Wanagiri Village tourism is the value-added for the community's economy because the object of tourist-based nature is located in the village Wanagiri managed by a group of people under the supervision of the Department of Tourism District Buleleng and BKSDA (Agency for Conservation of Resources Power Nature). Encouraging children teens to create innovations to improve the Village Tourism in Rural Wanagiri and improve business locally. Strategy forward to increase the power interests of a Rural Tourism, which is Transport and Connectivity equipped with an extra value package developed by the Bureau of Travel Tourism for people who traveled effective, efficient, and productive.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the business groups that are most able to survive in the event of an economic crisis. The development of the number of small and medium business units that continues to increase, this will certainly open up large employment opportunities so that the number of unemployed people decreases. The presence of SMEs in terms of managerial level and ability is still low, there are still a few of our SME entrepreneurs with Bachelor degrees. The fact shows that the quality of SMEs resources is still low, especially in the fields of management, organization, mastery of technology and marketing. The low level of education of small and medium entrepreneurs was apparently not matched by capacity building efforts through training, education and programmatic comparative studies. HR has an important role in achieving success, because sophisticated and complete facilities are not yet a guarantee of the success of an organization without being balanced by the quality of human resources who will utilize the facility. This study seeks to examine strategies that can be used by SMEs in an effort to improve HR capacity by covering the determination of samples using purposive sampling method, which then data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Employee Placement, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency of the Ministry of Transportation. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency of the Ministry of Transportation as respondents. Quantitative research method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with AMOS version 24 application. The sample in this research were 150 respondents. The results of the research indicate that Employee Placement, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture and Motivation have a direct positive and significant impact on employee performance at the BPTJ (Jakarta Transportation Management Body) of the Ministry of Transportation. This article describes how foodservice managers can effectively manage cost con-trol in the workplace. Ultimately, this study helps us to better understand how cost control in the food industry can help control expenses and undue costs due to un-expected events. Foodservice managers must understand and manage costs related to their business operations. Abstract

Enterprise risk management (ERM) is being adopted by many firms globally and the value relevance of enterprise risk management is scarce. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of enterprise risk management on firm value for companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is conducted using a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2020. The findings indicate a significant correlation between enterprise risk management and firm value, indicating that enterprise risk management significantly contributes to firm value. These findings may be used to develop and shape enterprise risk management policy frameworks for firms and countries. The study provides new insights, from an Indonesian emerging market context on the value effects of enterprise risk management. Nonetheless, this study found that companies with larger and international samples may improve future studies. Keywords: Corporate Risk, Enterprise risk management, Firm Value.

Abstract

This research evaluates the impact on the operating room nurse's efficiency at Prof. Dr R. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital, Surakarta, of competence, teamwork, encouragement, and work discipline. This research method using quantitative descriptive. The population of all nurses who work at Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr R. Soeharso Surakarta, totalling 180 people. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling technique with the number of samples in the study were 45 people or respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that competence, collaboration, motivation, and work discipline affected the operating room nurse's performance at Prof. Dr R. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital, Surakarta. The variable shows that competence, collaboration, motivation, and work discipline affect nurses' performance by 0.825 or 82.5%, while 17.5% are influenced by other variables that are not studied, such as work environment, ability, education, and others. Suggestions from this study, Prof. Dr R. Soeharso Surakarta Orthopedic Hospital continues to improve the quality of existing competencies, collaboration, motivation, and work discipline, so that nurses' performance will increase and become better than before.

Abstract

From Article 45A paragraph (1) jo. Paragraph (2) of Law 5/2004, it can be understood that a state administrative case whose object of lawsuit is a decision of a regional official whose decision range is valid in the region concerned cannot be filed for cassation, but things that are not regulated are related about request civil. Based on the background above, it can be understood that the formulation of the problem in this article are: 1) Limitation of legal remedies against state administrative cases where the object of the lawsuit is a regional official's decision whose range of decisions applies to regional areas; and 2) Legal remedies to review state administrative cases where the object of the lawsuit is a decision by a regional official whose decision range is valid in a regional area. This research is legal research with statute approach and conceptual approach. Based on this research, it was found that Firstly The limitation of legal remedies against state administrative cases where the object of the lawsuit is in the form of a regional office's decision whose range of decisions applies to regional areas is that an appeal cannot be filed and Secondly there is no prohibition at all regarding legal remedies for request civil
