The method used is descriptive and consists of preparation. It starts with editing online, effective and reliable tools to measure service quality and teacher and student satisfaction, and then collects and analyzes data online using surveys in the form of Google Forms. Descriptive data analysis and correlation. The results of this survey can be used as discussion material for improving the quality of online services. In addition, you can find the barriers and obstacles experienced by lecturers and students.

Abstract

The government needs an easy and simple analytical tool in determining development priorities, especially in the economic sector. The government needs to compile business fields which are development priorities to be developed first. Several alternative analysis tools are available, including LQ analysis and DLQ analysis. The Majalengka government is one of the centers of attention because this district is one of the districts as the location of Indonesia's new international airport. Of course there is a reason why Majalengka Regency is the location of Indonesia's new international airport. Based on LQ descriptive statistics, in general Majalengka Regency is one of the regencies that are able to meet their own needs and are able to export to other regions. However, this ability is decreasing from year to year. The field of agricultural business is still a priority. However, the results of the simultaneous analysis of the LQ and DLQ methods show that the agricultural business field has the potential to become a supporting sector in the future. The mining business sector and the financial services and accounting business sector are two leading business fields and have the potential to continue to be superior in the future.

Abstract

The implementation of fire fighting performance at the Makassar City Fire Department is considered not optimal in carrying out its duties as a public service provider. There are still complaints from the public about the service quality of the Makassar City Fire Department. Based on these problems, this study aims to examine and analyze the service quality of firefighters at the Makassar City Fire Department. In this study, to determine the service quality of firefighters, it was analyzed using five aspects, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Meanwhile, the method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document review. The results of the study indicate that from the analysis of five aspects above, as well as with the increasingly complex development in the Makassar City area, it takes speed and alertness from firefighters to always be responsive and alert to all information related to fire disasters. In addition, community participation is also required to be active and able to synergize with officers in carrying out fire fighting duties, so that officers do not experience difficulties in carrying out their duties in the field. It is recommended that the government, in this case the Makassar City Fire Department, provide education to the public about the synergy of performance as well as strengthen the competence and infrastructure of officers so that they can be optimal in carrying out their duties in the field related to handling fire disasters.

Abstract

BUMDes is one of the programs set by the government as an effort to develop and improve the economy for village communities in order to achieve village welfare through the potential possessed by the village. One of the villages implementing the BUMDes policy is Ngadirejo Slawe Village, Widang District, Tuban Regency, East Java. The purpose of this research was to 1) describe how the BUMDes policy was implemented in Ngadirejo Slawe Village 2) describe the factors influencing the management of BUMDes in Ngadirejo Slawe Village. This study uses a type of qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the BUMDes policy in Ngadirejo Slawe Village has gone well even though it often encounters obstacles in the BUMDes management process, but BUMDes employees in Ngadirejo Slawe Village always try to provide services to the people of Ngadirejo Slawe Village optimally according to their needs. On the other hand, BUMDes Ngadirejo Slawe has the support of 4 farmer groups (Poktan), 9 working groups (Pokja), and 3 workers from the main diesel as a support for service infrastructure on community agricultural land in Ngadirejo Slawe Village.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and Technology (MoECRT) in Indonesia has developed a digital product named “Microlearning” within the Merdeka Mengajar digital Platform. “Microlearning” enables teachers to enhance their skills and capabilities by doing self-determined learning that is followed-up by the submission of Aksi-Nyata reports. We improved users’ journey flow and provided an alternative of user-interface designs in the platform, in which we hypothesized that these improvements could boost the number of teachers participating in the Aksi-Nyata report submissions - the main expected outcome of the “Microlearning” digital product. We conducted a randomized-control-trials experimentation in the digital platform to scientifically quantify its effect on the product, by including 1.6 million users who logged-in to the platform during a two weeks period. This experimentation (known as an A/B Testing) allowed us to simultaneously compare two groups within a specific period and within a controlled-environment. The bayesian-based experimentation revealed that the new developments increased the number of users who started to learn a topic, as well as increased the Aksi-Nyata report submission in the “Microlearning” product, as compared to the legacy-designs. A follow-up study showed even more convincing results, which shows the number of submitted Aksi-Nyata reports increased by 590% up to two months after implementing the analytics-based initiatives for all logged-in users in the platform.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a comprehensive corruption eradication model through dynamic system modeling with corruption systemic factor analysis. The method used in this research is systematic literature review (SLR), where SLR is a research method to identify, evaluate and interpret all relevant research results related to certain research questions, certain topics, or phenomena of concern. The results show that dynamic system modeling produces a comprehensive corruption eradication model. This research provides an overview of corruption research with a dynamic system model approach based on causal relationships between variables related to economic, social, political, legal and cultural factors, through causal loop diagrams that provide a broader picture of the dynamics of corruption. The resulting comprehensive policy model must be that all these factors are interrelated with each other.
