Abstract

Analysis of the Cost Structure and Income of Household Businesses in Watubangga District, Kolaka Regency (Study on the Tofu Making Industry). This study aims to: analyze the cost structure and income of the tofu making industry so that the "tofu making industry" business actors in Watubangga District, Kolaka Regency do not experience losses. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with the determination of the research sample using the total sampling method. The data were analyzed using the total revenue formula, the revenue formula, and the total revenue formula. The results show that: the break-even point for each industry where the costs incurred should not exceed Rp. 31,160,390/month, or the minimum average income that must be obtained is Rp. 9,490,633/Month. This can be interpreted that the income earned by the home industry to make tofu can cover all costs incurred during the production of tofu. The tofu industry in Watubangga District, Kolaka Regency is still feasible to run because the industry players do not experience losses during the course of production.

Abstract

Today’s marketing world not only focuses on the quality of products or services but also focuses on the quality of company relationships with customers. Companies that keep relationship afloat with customers have the power to compete with competitors in the same area. Marketing strategies that have the essense of maintaining relationships and increasing customer quantity are customer relationship management. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe financing murabahah and customer analyses management in increasing customer loyalty. The study uses descriptive qualitative research with tehniques of observation, interview and documentation collection. The results of this study are known that the murabahah financing prosedure was undertaken systematically and implementing CRM through prime service by combining aspects of the process, people and technologies, which have resulted in increased financing loyalty to BTM Surya Amanah Jombang.

Abstract

The objective of this analysis was to research the effect of macroeconomics on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index in the long term and short term. The variables of this study are macroeconomic as the independent variable, including Inflation (INF), Exchange Rate (KURS), Policy Interest Rate (SKBI), and Industrial Production Index (IPI). The dependent variable includes the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that INF, KURS, and SKBI had a negative and significant effect on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index in the long term. In the short term, the exchange rate (KURS) negatively and significantly affects the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether budgeting, receiving funds, depositing funds, disbursing funds, bookkeeping, filing and controlling zakat funds at BAZNAS Melawi Regency have adjusted BAZNAS regulations Number 5 of 2018 concerning Zakat Financial Management. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method which was measured using observation data, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Melawi Regency. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Zakat budgeting in BAZNAS, Melawi Regency, the preparation of the budget has not been prepared in the form of an Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT). 2) Each receipt of zakat funds in the form of money either through the zakat funds reception counter or electronically must issue proof of deposit. Regarding the distribution of zakat funds, the management explained the purpose for which these funds were allocated, of course these funds were inseparable from the 8 asnaf who were entitled to receive zakat. 3) Zakat funds must be stored in a place that has an adequate security system with a clear person in charge. 4) The issuance of zakat funds at BAZNAS of Melawi Regency has not been included in the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT), must obtain approval from the authorized official. 5) Bookkeeping BAZNAS for Melawi Regency records and is recognized according to the amount distributed to mustahik. BAZNAS of Melawi Regency still manages manual and conventional bookkeeping, 6) Archiving, for proof of the release of the filing budget at BAZNAS of Melawi Regency there are 3 banks 2 sharia 1 including a conventional bank. 7) The existence of a control system can provide adequate guarantees for the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of zakat management. So that the purpose of the zakat can be achieved.

Abstract

The Samin Klopodhuwur community is a group of people who still choose a naturalist lifestyle in their lives, but have relevant and strong values and norms. The teachings inherited from the ancestors of the Samin people are still maintained and preserved. The purpose of this study is first to find out what Saminism values shape entrepreneurial attitudes. Second is to find out to what extent Samin's entrepreneurial value contributes to the economic welfare of the Samin community. This research is field research using the qualitative method with the phenomenological approach. Researchers conducted research on the Samin tribe in Klopodhuwur, Blora Regency, regarding the appreciation of Samin's teaching values, its role in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation for each informant who was the subject of the study. The results of this study indicate that, First Values of Saminism of the people of Kopodhuwur Village, Blora Regency, which are still firmly held in an entrepreneurial attitude, honest, independent, disciplined, friendly and keep promises. Second, by establishing the basic values of Samin's teachings such as being honest, independent, disciplined, friendly and keeping promises applied to entrepreneurial values, the Klopodhuwur village community already has performances in entrepreneurship to improve the economic welfare of the Samin people

Abstract

Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro yang menjalankan model Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah yang berlandaskan syariat Islam (KSPPS). Pembiayaan pembelian dan penjualan barang melalui sistem murabahah merupakan salah satu produk yang ditawarkan BTM. Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 mengatur tentang murabahah dan tata cara pelaksanaan akad murabahah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa cocok sistem keuangan dalam pembelian dan penjualan barang di BTM Kabupaten Banyumas dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif di lapangan dan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan dalam prosedur pengumpulan data penelitian ini, peneliti menerapkan dua jenis data yaitu primer dan sekunder. penelitian ini menyimpulkan dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan akad murabahah di BTM wilayah Banyumas masih sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI NO:04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 Tentang Murabahah, namun beberapa pelaksanaanya di BTM masih melakukan dengan cara memberikan uang secara langsung tanpa membeli barang yang di inginkan nasabah sehingga belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terdapat di fatwa DSN-MUI No:04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, dimana barang yang diinginkan nasabah harus dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh BTM.

Abstract

Salah satu metode berjualan online yang banyak digandrungi masyarakat saat ini adalah dropshipping. Sistem dropshipping terdiri dari tiga komponen: pemasok, dropshipper, dan pelanggan. Dropshipper menggunakan teknologi untuk memudahkan penjualan barang yang didapat dari supplier, dan dropshipper tidak perlu hadir untuk menjual barang ke pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengkaji penjualan internet dengan sistem dropshipping dalam perspektif Islam. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, menjual barang secara online dengan sistem dropshipping tidak selalu berhasil karena dropshipper tidak selalu mengetahui nilai dan kondisi sebenarnya dari barang yang dijualnya. Kemudian tidak ada lagi unsur keterbukaan dari dropshipper ke pihak pembeli yang menggunakan sistem tekait, karena dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada satu organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membahas dan menyelidiki bagaimana ketahanan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, dan Return on Assets selama masa krisis ekonomi. Laporan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia tahun 2018 -2023 dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Digunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk pengujian hipotesis. Uji ini dilaksanakan secara parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, ketahanan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh ROA dan ROE, sedangkan NPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan keuangan

Abstract

Banyaknya marketplace yang bermunculan, tentunya menimbulkan persaingan sehingga marketplace Shopee perlu melakukan strategi untuk menghadapipersaingan. Faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalammembentuk strategi adalah harga dan kualitas pelayanan, selain itu keterlibatan online customer review dalammembentuk kepercayaan konsumen juga peru diperhatikandalam Menyusun strategi untuk mempertahankan eksistensimarketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis Pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas PelayananTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pengguna Shopee MelaluiOnline Customer Review Sebagai Variabel Moderating di Kota Pasuruan mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi konsumen produk pada marketplace Shopee di Kota Pasuruan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling, yakni berdasarkan kriteria yang telahditetapkan oleh peneliti sehingga terdapat 85 respondensebagai sampel lalu menggunakan teknik analisis data yaituanalisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitaspelayanan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga produkyang ditawarkan marketpace Shopee mampu menarik minatkonsumen di kota Pasuruan untuk membeli produk pada makeplace Shopee. Kualitas pelayanan pada marketpaceShopee mampu mendorong kepercayaan konsumen di kota Pasuruan untuk membeli produk pada maketplace Shopee. Online customer review memoderasi pengaruh hargaterhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak memoderasipengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. Adapting to changes and increasing one's knowledge is important to maintain the competitiveness and success of the company. The use of information technology also plays an important role in improving performance and productivity in the workplace. Knowledge sharing can help individuals to continuously update and improve their skills and improve work quality and efficiency. Crucial skills in the context of a constantly changing work environment, involve the ability of individuals to adjust their behavior and actions in response to changing situations and demands that arise in the work environment. This research uses positivism-based quantitative methods to test hypotheses by understanding the population and analyzing data quantitatively. The population is determined as individuals who are the subject of research, allowing researchers to make more accurate conclusions and meaningful recommendations. The sample used 116 students who took MBKM off campus. Investments in information technology and the development of a knowledge-sharing culture improve overall organizational performance. Information technology facilitates knowledge sharing between individuals, increasing adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.
