Abstract

Abstrak - Sertifikasi Halal suatu produk pangan tentu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen pada produk pangan tersebut. Akan tetapi, kriteria ‘halal’ tidaklah cukup jika tidak memperhatikan aspek ‘thoyyib’. Masyarakat umumnya mengira bahwa pangan bersertifikat halal sebagai pangan yang ‘thoyyib’. Aspek ‘thoyyib’ yang dimaksudkan adalah aman dikonsumsi dan telah melalui tahapan atau prosedur yang sesuai, sehingga diharapkan tidak menimbulkan efek penyakit bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi mengenai penerapan cara produksi pangan yang baik pada industri kecil menengah produk minuman dan bahan minuman yang telah tersertifikasi halal. Pada penelitian ini metode survei dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diamati berupa pengetahuan pemilik mengenai CPPB (Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik) dan ketercapaian penerapan CPPB, terutama pada fasilitas sanitasi, higienitas proses produksi, serta pengawasan proses produksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi dengan bantuan kuesioner, panduan wawancara, dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif melalui penyajian berbentuk grafik, tabel dan narasi. Data hubungan penerapan CPPB dan sertifikasi halal diolah menggunakan XLSTAT dengan Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal pada IKM tidak hanya mencerminkan aspek “halal” tetapi dapat pula mencerminkan aspek “thoyyib” produk yang dihasilkan. Sementara itu, tingkat pengetahuan pemilik IKM tidak dapat mencerminkan tingkat keamanan pangan yang diimplementasikan selama proses produksi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran pemilik dan penanggungjawab IKM dan tidak adanya pengawasan oleh lembaga atau badan yang bertanggungjawab akan kulitas produk.Abstract – Consumer trust in food products may increase with halal claims on the product. However, ‘halal’ is different from ‘thoyyib’. People assume that halal food is ‘thoyyib’. ‘Thoyyib’ means good to consume and health for the body. This study aimed to obtain the description of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) holding Halal certification. To gain the purpose, the purposive sampling method was applied to this research. The level of IRTP and knowledge level of GMP were observed. Data were collected by interview and observation. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis using the graph, table, and narration. Correlation of GMP implementation and the halal claim was provided by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) using XLSTAT. Results showed that halal claims on SMEs may reflect the safety of the product. Halal-claimed food might be classified as ‘thoyyib’ food. Abstract

PT. Chubb Safes Indonesia (PT. CSI) is a company engaged in manufacturing and producing safety products for the public. In carrying out safe production, there is often a difference between the production plan made by the production department and the actual production done by the operator on the production floor. From the production plan that has been made, on the week-6 to week-8 from PT. CSI is only 76% to 89% of the production plan achieved. PT. This CSI has a FIFO (First In First Out) scheduling system and implements a mixed production system. Based on the problems experienced by PT. CSI, this can be minimized by predicting demand using the single moving average and single exponential smoothing method then the best demand prediction is obtained based on the value of the smallest deviation using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) method where the results are obtained in the next week or the 11th week. PT. CSI can produce as many as 472 units of safes in one week. And by scheduling production using the heijunka method PT. CSI can perform 472 safe productions within 75 working hours of the available 88 working hours resulting in an efficiency of 15%. Then PT. CSI can increase daily production capacity from 424 units in the week-8 to 554 units of safes or 92 units of safes per day.Keywords – Demand prediction, Production scheduling, Heijunka method, Single moving average, Single exponential smoothing, Mean absolute error

Abstract

Abstrak - Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) merupakan sel yang memiliki kemampuan memperbarui diri dan berdiferensiasi menjadi berbagai jenis sel. MSCs berperan penting dalam perbaikan dan regenerasi jaringan. Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) merupakan MSCs yang didapatkan dari jaringan lemak. ADSCs telah banyak digunakan dalam studi MSCs karena ketersediaan sumber sel yang banyak dalam jaringan tubuh dan proses isolasinya lebih mudah serta memiliki risiko yang lebih rendah. Pada studi ini, ADSCs digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan migrasi dalam medium yang mengandung fetal bovine serum 10% (FBS) dengan penambahan L-Ascorbic Acid (LAA) konsentrasi 0%, 1%, 3% dan 6%. Kuantifikasi kemampuan migrasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik goresan luka. ADSCs yang dikulturkan menunjukkan morfologi seperti fibroblas. Luas penutupan luka menunjukkan hasil tertinggi dengan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan pada penambahan konsentrasi LAA 3% dan 6% dibandingkan penambahan LAA 0%, 1% dan kontrol. Hasil ini juga ditunjukkan pada pasase 7, 8, dan 9. ADSCs menunjukkan kemampuan migrasi yang optimal pada penambahan LAA 3% dan 6% dibandingkan medium dengan penambahan LAA 0%, 1% dan kontrol.Abstract - Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multilineage cells with the ability to self-renew and differentiate into a variety of cell types. MSCs play important role in tissue repair and regeneration. Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) are MSCs derived from fat tissue. ADSCs has been widely used in MSCs studies because it require more cell sources in body tissue and the process of isolation is easier and has lower risk. In this study, ADSCs were used to determine migration ability in a medium containing 10% bovine fetal serum (FBS) using 0%, 1%, 3% and 6% of L-Ascorbic Acid (LAA) concentrations. Quantification of migration ability was done by using scratch technique. ADSCs were cultured display fibroblasts-like morphology. The closure of wound area is highest with not significantly difference in LAA concentrations of 3% and 6% compared to LAA 0%, 1% and control. This results were also showed on 7, 8, and 9 cell passage. ADSCs showed optimal migration ability at LAA 3% and 6% compared to media with LAA 0%, 1% and control.Keywords - ADSCs, Cells Migration, LAA.

Abstract

School-age children are a population who are at risk of health. According to the Riskesdas 2018, data for school-age children (5-12 years), the prevalence of underweight was 6,8%, obese 9,2%, and stunting was 16,9%. The purpose of this study was to analyze nutritional knowledge, nutritional status, and consumption patterns of students in SD Islam Al Azhar 1. The design of this study was a cross-sectional study conducted at Al Azhar 1 Islamic Elementary School, Jakarta from March to September 2019. Some students who were involved as respondents in this study were 55 people purposive sampling technique. The results showed that children with obesity were 43.3%, normal was 32.7%, overweight was 20%, and underweight was 3.6%. The number of children with good nutrition knowledge was 33 people (60%), adequate nutrition knowledge was 20 people (36,4%), and poor nutrition knowledge was 2 people (3,6%). Average vegetable consumption was 34.57 grams and is classified as less. While the average fruit consumption was 91.88 grams and is classified as adequate. Chi-Square test results showed no correlation between nutritional status with nutritional knowledge and no correlation between nutritional status with consumption of vegetable and fruit.Keyword – Child, Nutritional Knowledge, Consumption Pattern, Nutritional status

Abstract

Abstrak - Spirulina sp. merupakan mikroalga yang mengandung antioksidan, phytonutrient, probiotik dan nutraceuticals yang dapat meningkatkan kandungan protein makanan dengan pencampuran biomassa Spirulina sp. kering dengan tepung ganyong atau biasa disebut Cannalina. Peningkatan penggunaan tepung ganyong dapat meningkatkan limbah tajuk tanaman ganyong yang tidak ikut terolah menjadi tepung. Pemanfaatan limbah tajuk ganyong tersebut dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi media tumbuh mikroalga khususnya Spirulina sp.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pertumbuhan Spirulina sp. terhadap pemberian pupuk organik hasil fermentasi limbah tajuk tanaman Ganyong sebagai media tumbuh. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan pembuatan pupuk organik cair, persiapan bibit kultur Spirulina sp., persiapan media tumbuh dan analisa pertumbuhan dari Spirulina sp.. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperoleh luaran berupa publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Pupuk cair organik yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi tajuk tanaman ganyong telah memenuhi kriteria pupuk organik cair yang yang diterbitkan pada Peraturan Menteri Pertanian NO:37/Permentan/SR.130/5/2010 sehingga dapat diaplikasikan pada tanaman. Laju pertumbuhan dan produksi biomassa Spirulina sp. mencapai angka tertinggi pada konsentrasi media pupuk organik 14 mL/L. Penggunaan pupuk organik cair dari tajuk tanaman Ganyong berpotensi menjadi alternatif bahan media pertumbuhan Spirulina sp.Abstract – Spirulina sp. is a microalga that contains antioxidants, phytonutrients, probiotics, and nutraceuticals that can increase the protein content of food by mixing the dried Spirulina sp. with Ganyong flour which is called Cannalina. Increasing the use of Ganyong flour can increase waste from the plant shoot that is not processed into flour. Utilization of the shoot waste can be processed into organic fertilizer which can be used as a growing medium for Spirulina sp. The objective of this study is to find the effect of Spirulina sp. growth on the organic fertilizer medium that is resulting from Ganyong shoot fermentation. This research will be carried out by making liquid organic fertilizer, preparation of Spirulina sp. culture stock, growth media, and growth analysis. Organic liquid fertilizer produced from the Ganyong shoot fermentation has met the criteria for liquid organic fertilizer published in Minister of Agriculture Regulation NO: 37 / Permentan / SR.130 / 5/2010 so that it can be applied to plants. The growth rate and biomass production of Spirulina sp. reached the highest rate at 14 mL / L organic fertilizer media concentration. Abstract

Rubber leaf waste is often found in rubber plantations and is considered of no value to the community. Rubble BricQ (Rubber Leaf Waste Briquettes) is an innovative alternative fuel today by utilizing rubber leaf waste that does not pollute the environment and the price is affordable. Briquettes can replace some of the uses of kerosene and LPG gas such as food processing, drying, burning, and heating. The purpose of this study was to find out how to make Rubble BricQ (Rubber Leaf Waste Briquettes) as an alternative fuel today which is packaged in video form due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research phase begins by collecting the materials needed to make a Rubble BricQ (Rubber Leaf Waste Briquette) video through digital searches (internet). The result of this research is to know how to make Rubble BricQ (Rubber Leaf Waste Briquettes) as an alternative fuel today through video. Therefore, it can be concluded that Rubble BricQ is made by burning rubber leaf waste into charcoal, pounding it until smooth, adding tapioca flour, molding, drying it to dry, and the results can be used immediately.Keywords - Briquettes, Rubber Leaves, Rubble BricQ.

Abstract

Abstract - Worm infections are still a health problem in the world, involving Indonesia. This disease generally rarely causes death, it has a detrimental impact on society such as malnutrition, anemia, productivity declining, and inhibits physical growth and intelligence in children. Efforts to support the intestinal helminth infection elimination program must be supported by proper diagnosis so that it can be continued with appropriate treatment and as a guideline for determining further policy. Microscopic examination is currently still the most commonly used method but has a limitation, especially less sensitive if in conditions of low infection. Molecular diagnoses suc [1]h as PCR can provide an alternative in providing a more sensitive and specific diagnosis of intestinal helminth infection.Keywords - Diagnosis, Intestinal helminth infections, Polymerase Chain Reaction

Abstract

Parasitic disease is still a health problem in the world. However, some diseases caused by parasites are still being neglected, especially in tropical countries, so the World Health Organization (WHO) includes them in Neglected Tropical Diseases. Little is known and reviewed about the geographic distribution of parasitic diseases in the world, even though this condition is very important for the prevention of transmission. This article will review the geographic distribution of parasitic diseases in Indonesia. Several worms, protozoa, insects, and fungi are widely distributed cosmopolitan, especially in Indonesia which has a tropical climate. Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan pada PMI Kota Tangerang yang berjalan saat ini masih semi komputerisasi. Pengetesan dan penilaian materi masih manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan input nilai peserta, memerlukan proses dan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui kelulusan peserta diklat yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya laporan panitia kepada Kadiv SDM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan secara visualisasi, yang selanjutnya diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL-Server sebagai database. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi diklat relawan PMI berbasis web yang terdatabase untuk membantu dalam hal pengelolaan data mulai dari pendaftaran, pemberian materi, keadiran, pengetesan, dan penilaian.Abstract – The education and training system at the PMI Kota Tangerang that is currently running is still semi-computerized. The testing and evaluation of material are still manual so that there are often input errors in the participants' scores, it requires a long process and time to find out the graduation of the training participants which results in the delay of the committee's report to the Head of HR Division. The research method used consisted of interviews, observation, and literature study. The analytical method uses the PIECES analysis method. Modeling the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize, which is then implemented with the PHP programming language with the MySQL-Server database as a database. The results obtained from this study are a web-based PMI volunteer education and training system database that is assisted regarding data management ranging from registration, material delivery, presence, testing, and assessment.Keywords - Education and Training, Systems, Volunteers

Abstract

The production process of a tool is very important in a manufacturing company, especially in producing medical equipment. The use of medical masks by health workers in handling COVID-19 patients for hours will make medical personnel uncomfortable when wearing them, one of which is congestion. Therefore, the LCC RESPIRA V.01 PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) was produced, designed by Mr. Ahmad Juang Pratama, who is a lecturer at Al Azhar University Indonesia. In the production of LCC RESPIRA V.01, a standardization of the production process is needed, so that the reliability of the product can be guaranteed. For this reason, the design of the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) and the layout of the production floor are carried out in the production process of the LCC RESPIRA V.01 tool. The results of this study include the design of a production SOP in which several departments take part in it, namely team leader, head of the production, production operator, research and development department, head of the warehouse, and quality control department. Besides, a production floor layout design is obtained, where the total production floor area is 8.2 x 6.0 m2 with manual and trolley material handling types.Keywords – Covid-19, Layout production floor, Medical equipment, Standard operational procedure
