Abstract

This study aims to (1) Determine the feasibility of social studies subject modules; (2) Knowing the responses of teachers and students after using the Inquiry-Based HOTS-Oriented Social Studies Learning Module; and (3) Knowing the effectiveness of using the Inquiry-Based HOTS-Oriented Social Studies Learning Module. This type of research is development research (Research and Development) with the following steps: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trials, 8) usage trials, 9) product revisions and, 10) mass production. The subject of the study was a class VIII student of SMP Negeri 7 Purwokerto. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The effectiveness test was carried out with pretest experiments-posttest control group design. The results showed that the expert assessment of the module showed that the module was feasible to use with a percentage of 75% valid, while the effectiveness test with an n-gain value showed an effective category of 0.5502 > 0.07. Thus, the IPS module is worth using.

Abstract

This study aim to the effect of emotional intelligence, self efficacy, on economic learning achievement, and learning behavior as moderating variables. This study uses quantitative research with survey method. he population in this study were 151 students using the proportional random sampling method and produced 110 samples. Methods of data collection using the methods of documentation, questionnaire analysis tools used multiple regression analysis, moderated regression analysis. The results of this study are emotional intelligence has a positive effect on economic learning achievement of students in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, self-efficacy has a positive effect on economic learning achievement of students in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence on economic learning achievement of students in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on economic learning achievement of students in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas, learning behavior has a positive effect on economic learning achievement of students in class X IPS MAN 1 Banyumas. The implication given is that teachers should optimize emotional intelligence, increase student self-efficacy, and foster good behavior, further researchers can add other variables that have not been studied.

Abstract

This research is a study that aims to determine the effect of the perception of the teaching profession, motivation, and self-efficacy on the interest in becoming a teacher for the students of the Economic Education Study Program at Jenderal Soedirman University. The population in this study were students of economic education from the 2017 to 2020 class who were active. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 129 students was obtained. Collecting data using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research and data analysis using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis shows that the value of ttable = 1.98 so that the results obtained are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence on the perception of the teaching profession on interest in becoming a teacher, this is indicated by the tcount value of 3.649 and the level of significance of 0.000, (2) There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on interest in becoming a teacher, this is indicated by a t-value of 2.267 and a significance level of 0.025, (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on interest in becoming a teacher, this is indicated by the value of tcount is 5.298 and the significance level is 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process and results as well as the effectiveness of developing a picture story book based on Discovery Learning. The development model used is ADDIE (2009). The results of the product development of picture story books include: 1) the title of the book; 2) preface; 3) instructions for using the book; 3) story content; 4) activity sheet; 6) assessment; 7) bibliography and 7) glossary. The results of the validation test of material experts and learning media experts obtained an average score of 94.64% and 91.19% in the very feasible category. For the results of individual, small group, and field trials, respectively, the average scores were 89.32%, 90.95% and 93.08% and the category was very feasible. In the field trial, the results of the effectiveness test of the illustrated story book based on Discovey Learning showed that the product developed was effective in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes on economic activities.

Abstract

Good governance patterns and good governance are demands and needs in governance. The aims of this study are: 1) to analyze the effect of participation on the effectiveness of employee performance, 2) to analyze the effect of transparency on the effectiveness of employee performance, 3) the effect of accountability on the effectiveness of employee performance, and 4) the influence of grasping power on the effectiveness of employee performance. The research method used is causal quantitative and the type of data used is primary data. A sample of 50 respondents was taken from the finance department, personnel and general department, the program composition section, the plant section and horticulture with purposive sampling method. partial test is used. Based on the test results, it shows that partially participation affects the effectiveness of employee performance, transparency affects the effectiveness of employee performance, accountability affects the effectiveness of employee performance, and capture power affects the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in Indonesia has received less attention from both the world of education and society. Basic Entrepreneurship Education must be instilled early on which can be applied starting from SD/MI or SMP/MTs. Entrepreneurship education aims to develop attitudes, souls and abilities to create something of value for oneself and others. Being creative, innovative, independent, leadership,good at managing money, and having an unyielding spirit are some of the entrepreneurial attitudes that need to be instilled in children from an early age. This needs to be instilled early on because the various economic challenges facing our country are getting tougher. These entrepreneurial values become important points in the formation of life skills in children. The formation of life skills is not only through family education, but entrepreneurship education can be implemented in an integrated manner with learning activities in school. Junior High School (SMP) students can be trained to develop entrepreneurial attitudes, souls and abilities through various creative activities that can be integrated with the applicable curriculum. Various strategies and methods that can be used by teachers to cultivate good values from the character of a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship education taugh since junior high school is expected to be able to reduce consumptive patterns in children by training them to create something of value and bring the next generation to create job in the future. So in this case, teachers and parents have an important role to play in developing children’s life skills and fostering interest and potential in children through entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the model of entrepreneurship education at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono District, Wonosobo Regency. This research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of entrepreneurship education at Leksono 3 Public Middle School by incorporating entrepreneurial character is integrated into learning. The characters instilled in students are leadership, responsibility, discipline, creative, innovative, dare to take risks, work hard, cooperate and be communicative; (2) the evaluation of the entrepreneurship education model at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono is carried out by direct practice in the field starting from planning, spending, production, marketing, to preparing reports; (3) the inhibiting factors are children who have not discovered their talents and lack of support from parents.
