Abstract

Abstract should be written in English. The abstract, consists of no more than 200 words, should inform the readers briefly about the manuscript’s purpose, methods, findings, and values. References are not allowed to be cited in abstract. (Arial Narrow 10 Normal, Sentence Case)This study has determined the economic growth rate of the Hope Family Program (PKH) Beneficiary Family (KPM) in Cianjur Regency, whose marketing is supported by PARAPE (PKH People's Market) in Cianjur Regency. UMKMs can make a big difference in raising living standards, lowering unemployment, and promoting sustainable economic growth. Enhancing the efficacy and productivity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKMs) is crucial for fostering social and economic well-being in the community. In many nations, including Indonesia, UMKMs form the backbone of the economy and play a major role in employment creation and regional and national economic growth. A component of the Indonesian government's initiatives to lessen social inequality and poverty in the nation is the Hope Family Program. Prosperous families are the outcome of similar initiatives that are implemented under other names and strategies in numerous other nations. One of the primary drivers of beneficiary families' transition from impoverished and at-risk to successful households is UMKMs. PARAPE has been successful in helping KPM use digitization to market KPM UMKM products. Additionally, it can motivate KPMs to graduate 10% of KPMs whose UMKM products are supported by PARAPE on their own.

Abstract

Performance is a benchmark for the level of success achieved by the company. Research on sharia banking performance still requires a lot of further discussion. Most previous research only focused on financial aspects. This research aims to review literature regarding factors that influence Islamic banking performance (IBP), financial factors as measured by profitability, liquidity, and activity ratios, as well as other supporting factors. This study used a systematic literature review (SLR) method combined with bibliometric analysis. SLR is an approach to reviewing articles in a systematic and organised manner, aiming to increase the depth of research to make it more comprehensive and balanced. The results of this research are that most of the proxies for IBP are measured using profitability, namely ROA. The better the company’s asset management, the impact it will have on improving bank performance. NPF also has an impact on bank performance and is widely used to assess performance. The lower the NPF ratio, the more favourable it is. This means that the bank is able to manage its credit appropriately. Apart from good performance, banks also carry out CSR activities, where in Sharia banking, zakat is distributed. This research provides updates regarding more varied methods and variables in assessing the relationship between each variable and bank performance, both based on the literature review carried out. Future researchers can add several non-financial factors that are related to bank performance.

Abstract

The labor market is not always able to meet the demand for workers who have competence in accounting. One of the sectors experiencing this condition is the owner of Desa tea shop in Semarang city. It certainly has an impact on the training and mentoring conducted by business owners to improve the competence of their employees. This study aims to look at the training and mentoring process carried out by the owner of the village tea shop employees in Semarang City. The research was conducted by surveying micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) or owners of Village Tea Shops. The results showed that the average time needed to train employees to perform work related to product presentation and transaction data input in the group of employees with low accounting competence (group 2) was longer than that of employees with medium and high accounting competence. In addition, the average time needed to assist employees to perform work related to product presentation and data input in the group of employees with low accounting competence is longer than that of employees with medium and high accounting competence. The results indicate that the lack of accounting competence of village tea shop employees has an impact on the owner's efforts to make employees have better work readiness. Further research can expand the population and research area so that the research results can be better generalized to provide an overview of the challenges of accounting digitalization in UMKM.
